MS NOW’s Velshi Endorses Dangerous Hate Speech

It is bad enough that Democrats and the radical left-wing establishment double and triple down on hyperbolic hate-speech against President Trump and Republicans in general – but MS NOW’s Ali Velshi has gone one better. He is endorsing it as justified — legitimate.

Velshi devoted an entire segment of his self-name show to the topic, titled “Telling the Truth is not Incitement.” It is a title that, itself, is gross disinformation. It assumes that those inciting violence with false accusations, extreme mischaracterizations and outright lies are … telling the truth. Nothing could be further from the truth. Velshi’s entire premise is utter malicious bull crap.

Velshi led off the segment with clips of White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt, calling out the extreme and dangerous rhetoric coming from the left – and correctly noting that the manifesto of the wannabe assassin at the White House correspondence dinner read like the unhinged statements coming from Democrat leaders and media folks like Velshi on a 24/7 endless loop.

While there are calls to tone down the rhetoric, it continues – even from those who call for the rhetoric to be toned down. In a recent interview on MS NOW, Alabama State Representative – and congressional candidate – Justin Pearson called Trump a white supremacist and domestic terrorist “who is seeking to destroy our Democracy.” None of that is “telling the truth” despite Velshi’s claims.

Since the most recent assassination attempt, those afflicted with Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) – including some Democrat officeholders –have been all over the media expressing regret that Thomas Cole was unsuccessful. That is just sick.

When high ranking Democrats officials – such as Illinois Governor J. B. Pritzker and Congressmen Dan Goldman, Bonnie Watson Coleman and Maxine Waters – say that Trump must be “eliminated,” that draws to only one conclusion. The word cannot mean to defeat in an election, since Trump is in his second and last term. It is not the word that is associated with impeachment and removal from office. It means to eliminate him as a person … period. And there is only one way to do that. Duh!

Calling Trump America’s Hitler, a Nazi, fascist, grifter, white supremacist, xenophobe, misogynist, and even the anti-Christ is not “telling the truth.” It is demonizing Trump and providing incentive for sick minds to “save the country”. That was the stated motivation of each of the nutcases who attempted to “eliminate” Trump. It is what motivates sick minds to wish for a successful assassination.

All that hateful reckless rhetoric has consequences. It churns up irrational fears and anxieties at the grassroots – motivating local violence in cities and states ruled over by radical left-wing Democrat administrations. We saw it in the irrational and violent rampage against Tesla dealers and owners. It is what motivated people to protest – with occasions of violence – against a non-existent king.

No mistake about it. The extreme mendacious rhetoric is contributing to – or even causing – the disturbing rise in political violence. It is a major contributor to Trump’s declining favorable ratings. And that may explain why those on the left continue to double and triple down regardless of the lack of integrity and the very real peril associated with their campaign of malicious slander.

Velshi’s spin is factually false and morally repugnant. His efforts to sanitize the rhetoric is no different than engaging in it – which Velshi does routinely.

So, there ‘tis.

“When high ranking Democrats officials – such as Illinois Governor J. B. Pritzker and Congressmen Dan Goldman, Bonnie Watson Coleman and Maxine Waters – say that Trump must be “eliminated,” that draws to only one conclusion.” Yeah, that you exaggerate, conflate, to illuminate: NOT.

Can you source these? I dare you. Until then, how can anyone believe anything in this story?

I looked up Pritzker and cannot find him saying ELMINATE.

Dan Goldman, yes, but geeez, 2023, and not President as in to Jen Psaki on then-MSNBC, Goldman said: “It is just unquestionable at this point that [Trump] cannot see public office again. He is not only unfit, he is destructive to our democracy, and he has to be eliminated.” Pretty rough stuff.

Think you have a better chance with Waters, but no can find. She talks the 25th a lot.

Bonnie Watson Coleman is a winner and she was pounced upon by the right and left and clarified the next day to: “I’m calling for Trump to be impeached and removed from office — as I have for months,” and PressReader reported that she was clarifying she was not calling for physical violence.

One out of four ain’t bad, can you do better? You said you can IF I COMPREHEND you correctly. Maybe they said it in Maine?

  1. Oh my Larry gets his knickers knotted for the most trivial of things. Not a real offense, his imagined offense…

  2. The problem with Collins, like her cohort from Alaska, is she's a RINO and rarely backs the party. She's not…
