Democrats Defend the Rights of Illegal Voters

Have you ever noticed that Democrats defend illegality at every turn. They see no reason from accountability and justice those who are in the United States illegally. They encourage illegal border crossing and protect the illegal aliens with sanctuary policies. Democrat prosecutors refuse to take action against common crooks – shoplifters, looters and other felony offenders.

Democrats have again pushed back against protecting American elections from vote fraud. It would seem to be universally common sense that only eligible voters should be allowed to vote. Duh!

That means you need a system that prevents the casting of illegal ballots. And that requires an official vetted list (register) of eligible voters. Democrats fight every effort to purge the lists ineligible voters. It does not make it right, but it does make sense if you assume that all those illegal voters are your voters.

One of the proven methods to establish whether a person is who they are is an official identification card as verification. Democrats oppose such commonsense requirements.

President Trump issued an Executive Order restricting the sending out of mail-in ballots voters on the official voter list – only to people who are legally eligible to vote. Makes sense. But not to Democrats. They have been filing suits to block Trump’s Order by the scores. Twenty-three Democrat-controlled states filed suits to block Trump’s Order.

In a recent Supreme Court decision, the justices of the high court – at least a majority of them – decided that imposing such a restriction was inconsistent with Trump’s presidential powers. They reversed a block on Trump’s Order imposed by one of those left-wing justices on a lower federal court.

As you might have guessed, Democrats went ballistic. A number of Democrat office holders developed apoplexy. New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill issued a social media post that declared the Court’s action a “terrible decision” and that “states run elections, not Donald Trump.” She pledged to do “do everything I can to protect New Jerseyans’ right to vote — by mail and in person.” Nice sentiment, but even she knows that there is not a that she can do about it … fortunately. And since the Trump Order does not prevent as single legal voter from getting and casting a ballot, Sherrill is obviously more interested in ensuring that ineligible voters will receive mail-in ballots.

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro wrote on social media that he would “see the Trump Administration in court.” Like Sherrill, Shapiro promised to “keep defending Pennsylvanians’ right to free, fair, and secure elections,” he added.

For his part, California Governor Gavin Newsom posted: “WOW. The Supreme Court just let the Trump Admin move ahead (for now) with its plan to disenfranchise voters across the country. California will be suing AGAIN to block these Orwellian rules from being implemented.”

The boldest response came from Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont who said his state “will continue to defend the safe, secure, and accessible elections we hold in this state — including mail-in ballots.”

Democrats are pinning their hopes on the fact that the Supreme Court defended Trump’s right to issue the Executive Order, but deferred judgment on whether proceeding with implementation was with the President’s authority. That will require a later decision.

It is never wise to predict how the Supreme Court will act. However, I do believe that the Court would not have okayed the Order is it was not inclined to uphold the implementation.

Mail-in balloting is only one of the voting issues in which Democrats support, essentially weakening ballot security. In addition to voter IDs and clean voting lists, Democrat policy makers oppose deadlines for late arriving mail-in ballots, support election day registering, “vote harvesting” and unsecured drop-off boxes – all of which weaken the chain of custody of the ballots. Early voting creates opportunities for illegal manipulation of ballots and vote counts since cast ballots are stored for weeks and even months. Democrats even change voting laws so that millions of people once considered ineligible to vote can vote in local and state elections.

Voting is among the most fundamental and important rights that is guaranteed to American citizens. Consequently, it should be as secure as possible – and a right extended only to legal citizens of the United States, who have been properly vetted and registered. That is common sense.

So, there ‘tis.

There is no rights for illegal aliens to vote, receive government assistance or Medicare. They deserve to be treated well while being marched to the border and told to never come back. And as I understand the law being kicked out of here causes them to be unable to return legally. So why not do it legally for starters?

How much voter fraud in each national election? Is this how Trump wins?

How many illegals vote in naional elections?

Are the capitol seditionist and rioter pardons suppporting the rule of law? How many arrested again already for heinous acts?

Ben: I asked some questions, why do you feel I am pissed off?

The fact is there is no significant voter fraud, much less any sort of conspiracy: except by Trump himself.

Starting with the 2016 Hillary Clinton rigging job where under New York law, falsifying business records becomes a felony if it is done to conceal or commit another crime. Prosecutors successfully argued that the secondary crime was an unlawful conspiracy to undermine and influence the 2016 election. The payment was designed to keep voters from learning damaging information during the final weeks of the campaign, following the release of the Access Hollywood tape. You know it’s true, the transcripts and evidence prove it and it’s one of his many felonies.

You know he tried to strongarm Zelensky to get dirt on Joe Biden to rig that election.

You know he begged Raffensperger for his 11,780 votes to rig the Biden election, it’s on tape. His legal team pled guilty on that one and would have turned State’s evidence to tell the truth.

And those are just the ones as plain as the nose on your face; there’s plenty more. You put a felonious tax cheating sex abuser in the Oval Office; you have no leg to stand on re: that first Horistian paragraph. You are the party of disunion and disorder now.-

Myself — the only piss off is when he fucks with the mail in vote cancelling my legal proxy. At that point, it’s not a democracy for me and all bets are off. I have, and never have, any problem with common sense voter id laws. I have nothing but problems for assholes who have two years to create and invoke but wait until a few months before voting to bring the hammer down. Either party.

Don’t you wonder why Republicans can’t figure out how to make mail in voting work? Are they stupid or what?

There’s this thing called the internet. Really cool. Republicans can’t make that work for voting either!

Do you know the real reason Republicans like their polling booth mandate? It reminds them of a Saks Fifth Avenue dressing room 🫣

Frank you should be concerned about the real threat of communism.

Harold, do you see bogeymen behind every tree and bush? The brown people scare you, the mythical communists that you made up scare you. How scared are you? How do you sleep at night: clutching your gun with back against the wall?

You branded socialists as communists to be trendy and cool. Please stop, accuracy matters. They do not exist except by name-calling pussies. Fraidy cats cuddle your guns, talk about civil war, and call out anyone different as something evil, scary, and mean.

There are extremists all around from Charlie Kirk’s entire organization to your favorite pre-DSA punching bags like Omar and Tlaib. Let’s put them aside and agree extremism is wrong and has no place in our culture. Together, we can end it overnight but just saying no. But FYI, I find calling a socialist as a communist is as insane as calling MAGA Nazi fascism bending the knee to one fascist dictator.

But your team has moved towards it with Trump and my team has responded with the DSA.

The DSA has grown, gained footings, but has no power and won’t for some time, hopefully never. You being scared, fuming, calling names won’t help it. Your leaders, like Vance, advancing that guard, in public displays of aggression and repression will only advance it. He is very wrong to escalate like that for a few votes he won’t even get.

Today, we are governed by both capitalistic and socialistic programs and policies, always have been. In the future, there will be more socialist programs, but not necessarily less capitalistic ones. For example, giving $5K looks pretty socialist to me. Buying controlling interests in numerous capitalistic corporations is socialism that you invented. Taking over VZ oil as our state-oil company sure sounds like socialism to the nth degree. “Golden Shares” and Veto Power where Trump’s State secures managerial or veto oversight in major transactions, such as Nippon Steel’s acquisition of US Steel is socialism the US has never seen.

I am not concerned that socialists are taking over my party or my country. However, my day is past, over, and I expect that trend to continue. I raised my kids as free thinkers and try as I might, I can’t shake that tree. I am hoping maturity of years and Trump’s pending recession might wake them up. So far, all you have down is push them in the other way by not listening, caring, or lending any credence whatsoever.

I have no issues with a number of DSA planks like universal healthcare and see your party’s thoughtless badgering about it while having no viable solutions whatsoever as stupid as defunding the police. But the DSA platform in it’s entirety is extreme, misplaced, not well thought out, and wrong. Some planks are downright crazy, I am betting even Bernie can’t support it.

I take one program at a time, Democrat, DSA, Republican, MAGA, and attempt to judge based on the facts. I don’t see bogeymen, just citizens. I continue being a moderate capitalist, just made 15% in 2 months on an equity I am pissed I did not spend more. Just Vegas weekend money. I knew Trump would tank the market but set a limit anyway. His radical, extreme, zigs and zags are very hard to manage to. It was an emotional buy to begin with because of that.

Harold, I do not know who the first one is, but the second is no Marxist and has never called for the overthrow of capitalism. Not even DSA and I think labelling a progressive democrat as a Marxist is complete overreach based on the facts. Or come back with some actual statements of his support of Marxism, hatred of capitalism, whatever. FYI: not my cup of tea, but as Larry says: it’s the electorate.

Mamdani just said he would invoke the ICC’s arrest warrant issued in November of 2024. In early 2026, he walked it back after his’ administration’s legal review determined NYC did not have jurisdiction to do so. Your claim seems somewhat bogus at this point, especially give the new revelations that Netty knew about the pending attacks from multiple sources. This was some awful stuff, but Israel’s acceptance of war crimes and criminals is getting pretty heinous itself. The bombs have our names on them and I feel enough is enough. We should only fund Israel to do the right thing, not this thing.

Frank you bitch about Trump being a sex offender or crook not realizing that the trial was rigged. But back to the times now. It’s being talked about Pete Buttigieg, aka Pete butthole running for president. If that pervert gets the nomination you would vote for a faggot. People tell their kids that anyone has a shot at getting elected to the presidency. Even queers. And that’s shameful. At least Trump isn’t a rump ranger.

Mark, I did not bitch, just stating the facts. Any time Trump loses, you whine how it’s rigged. The 2020 election, rigged. EJ Carroll sex trial, rigged. EJ Defamation trial, rigged. Hush money spanking sex trial: rigged. Financial fraud trial with his signature on the reports: rigged. Trump University ripoff pay-off: rigged. Charity ripoff payoff: rigged. Poor little Trump, poor Mark. When he wins, it’s a record-breaking landslide. How many trials, in how many courts, has he lost. I think you boys are the bitchers.

I gotta ask: who is doing the rigging, and why are you so incompetent that you cannot prove it? Are they that much better, smarter, than you to pull all these rig jobs off? I mean, on one side you complain about gays being perverted while on the other hand you whine how you are being bent over the table over and over with all these rig jobs. So sad for you.

Now it comes out that Don Jr. is best buddies with Russian oligarchs who throw extravagant wedding parties for them. No quid pro quo there, eh? Makes Hunter look like chump change. And Trump has made more stock trades in office than all of Congress, combined.

But the big bottom line in front of your face is the fact that Trump has made more money while President than he ever did in a similar timeframe as a businessman. His business is political grift and business be berry berry good for the Trump family. Never better. But no rigging there, eh?

On Mayor Pete: yup, I would vote for him in a NY minute. On every metric you can measure as a citizen, and a man, he is your and my better. But, as I have said here before, he cannot win the 2028, should not run.
