Democrats do not relate to men … period

The recent election and subsequent polling have exposed the Democratic Party’s problem attracting folks with the XY chromosome – especially the younger guys.  Yes, there are millions of male Democrats — although a smaller percentage of the Alpha males, I suspect.

Democrats tend to attract men with some level of gender dysphoria.  You are more likely to see male Democrats play on women’s sports teams … exhibiting self-shame for their male traits and … most likely supporters of the radical feminist agenda.  (Why did Minnesota Governor Mike Walz pop into my mind?) …  and the flamer faction of the gay community. (FYI, most gay men exhibit very masculine traits.)

The men who align to the right are those conservatives call “real men” and the left-wingers call “toxic males”.

While the focus is currently on the young male voters, it should be noted that in the last election that Democrats were losing ground in virtually every demographic category – women, Blacks, Hispanics and Asians.  But the big loss was among young men.

According to a Wall Street Journal poll, Democrat support among Black men has dropped 16 percent since 2012.  The same for Hispanic and Asian men.  In 2012, Democrats had a 15-point advantage among men.  In 2024, it was a 13-point advantage for the GOP – a dramatic 23-point swing.

To address the problem, the Democratic National Committee has launched SAM — Speaking with American Men.  It is essentially a $20 million public relations program.  A co-founder and spokesperson for the program is Ilyse Hogue … a lecturing woman.  I add the adjective after having watched Hogue on CNN’s “Smerconish Show”.  Having a feminist as the salesperson for male outreach shows just how out of touch the Democratic Party is.

According to Hogue, SAM research shows that young men feel disconnected from civil life.  They distrust politics, education and the job market.  SAM also says that young men feel shame about their mental health and are conflicted about their masculinity.  Whoa!  That little tidbit tells us everything we need to know as to why Democrats are losing young men.   Perhaps SAM is only talking to the young men who populate the Democratic Party.

SAM has also determined that young men are struggling with economic insecurity.  Perhaps that is due to the high-cost educations offered by the elitist left-wing education establishment – and the relative meaninglessness of those degrees.

CNN’s Bill Maher mocked SAM for having their first meetings at the ritzy Ritz Carleton at Half Moon Bay in California while dining on mini lobster rolls, heirloom tomato carpaccio, and seared sea bass– proving once again that they still do not understand their problem … or men.

Democrat leaders have been suggesting that the Party does not know how to talk TO men.  I would suggest that the greater problem is how they talk ABOUT us.  The “toxic male” appellation has become embedded in the Democrat play book – an evergreen talking point.  Joy Behar, of “The View”, personified the Democrats’ problem when she said that it would be better if SAM would “teach men not to be so sexist”.  (Hmmm.  That sounds like an extremely sexist remark to me.)

Democrats’ contempt for the traditional male was reflected in the DNC’s own website, where they listed 16 demographic groups they claim to represent – essentially every group in America, except one.  The list included African Americans, Americans with Disabilities (Joe Biden?), Asian American and Pacific Islanders, Democrats Abroad, Ethnic Americans, Latinos, Faith Community, LGBTQ+ Community, Native Americans, Rural Americans, Seniors and Retirees, Small Business Community, Union Members, Families, Veterans and Military Families, WOMEN (my highlight) and Young People and Students. (Even in the world of political bullcrap, this list is a whopper.)

Did you find the only group not specifically mentioned?  I guess even the leaders of the Democratic Party recognize the fact that they do not represent men and men’s issues – especially younger men.  That is such an obvious truth that the DNC could not even make that claim in their list, which otherwise covers all of humanity.

While Democrats claim to represent all women (a gross exaggeration), they have proven an inability to define a woman.  How can we expect them to understand a man is they cannot define a woman?

A man is a biological reality – a fact of science that the Democratic Party refuses to accept.  A man is also a physical reality.  We are generally stronger and more physically able than women (excluding myself, of course).  Despite a large grey area, men are cultural and social realities based on evolution and tradition — and the fundamentally different roles in producing and nurturing offspring.  There have been endless studies that have shown that men are wired differently from women in terms of emotion.  And such books as “Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus” have made that point.

Since Democrats blur the distinction between men and women, it is understandable that they cannot define one or understand the other.  In assuming a radical feminist sexist view, Democrats reject traditional manhood as an acceptable reality – but more as a problem.  THAT is the Democrats’ problem with men.  If they cannot accept men for who we are, then we are not going to accept them for who they are.

So, there ‘tis.

Hammon, funny that a guy who calls names like a school kid is telling us about manliness.

Manners maketh man. a gentleman is one who puts more into the world than he takes out. courtesy is as much a mark of a gentleman as courage. a true gentleman is one who is never unintentionally rude, a gentleman is simply a patient wolf. being male is a matter of birth. being a man is a matter of age. being a gentleman is a matter of choice. a gentleman is someone who does not what he wants to do, but what he should do.

You have been weighed, measured, and as a gentleman, you come a cropper.

Learn the art of polite discourse. What’s a matter, you scared to debate?
