David Hogg is becoming the most hated Democrat …  by Democrats

David Hogg came to prominence as one of the students attending Florida’s Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School at the time of the horrific shooting in 2018.  He has parlayed that fame into a career as a high-visibility political activist.

Hogg was initially involved with gun control but has expanded his activism to encompass the full range of radical left issues.  He has also proven himself to be a prodigious fundraiser.  With his Leaders We Deserve Political Action Committee (PAC), he has raised millions of dollars.  He has also been elected as vice chairman of the Democratic National Committee (DNC).

Normally, Democrat leaders would be promoting Hogg as the future of the party – a role model for the younger generation.  A guy with a bright future in Democrat politics – even a future candidate for high office.  But that is not how things have worked out.

Hogg’s Achilles Heel appears to be his arrogance and his disdain for anyone – especially men – over the age of forty.  In his early days, Hogg even suggested that older political leaders should die to make room for his generation – and him personally.  While he has stopped wishing for visits from the Grim Reaper, his disdain for the older generation is palpable.

Recently, Hogg has announced his intention to finance primary opposition to congressional Democrats from safe districts solely because they have attained the status of senior citizen.  This has immediately put him in a conflict-of-interest with his job at the DNC – which has a strict policy of NOT challenging incumbent Democrats in primaries.  Rather than trying to defeat Democrats in safe districts, the DNC – and most Democrats – would rather see Hogg use his political funds to defeat Republicans in swing districts.

Democrat strategist James Carville has called Hogg “a contemptable little twerp.”  Others have referred to Hogg’s plan as “stupid” and “insane.”  Several Democrats have called for Hogg to be removed from his position with the DNC.  Even the DNC national chairman has said that Hogg’s plan is incompatible with serving in the organization’s leadership.

When South Carolina Congressman James Clyburn – who is both Black and old — indicated that retiring would be “giving up my life, Hogg went after him like a wild boar.  He pushed back, saying, “Get over yourself. This isn’t about you, this is about our country and it’s about your constituents.”  (Methinks Hogg has forgotten that it is his constituents who have repeatedly returned Clyburn to Congress by wide margins.)

There is a move afoot to have his DNC election declared invalid.  Three Black women contenders claim that Hogg’s election was a violation of the DNC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policies.  It is no small irony that Hogg is being challenged based on left-wing’s racist woke policies.  Even a young man is still a man – the lowest human category in DEI theology.

As long as Hogg can raise money and raise a fuss, he will remain a newsworthy public figure.  And that is not good news for the Democrat leaders who promoted him. He was originally taken under wing by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer – who is now in the bullseye of Hogg’s attack on the elderly Democrats.

Hogg claims to speak for HIS generation.  His ambition and arrogance blind him to the fact that HIS generation – Gen Z – is moving to the right.  Hogg speaks for … Hogg.

So, there ‘tis.

” a man – the lowest human category in DEI theology.” You really just don’t get it.

    Diversity includes men.

    Equality includes men.

    Inclusion, uhhh, includes all.

You mistake your fears for facts. You feel downtrodden, beat upon, picked on, and if you are, considering you are a white man, boy, you must really suck.

DEI is as defined. It’s policies that favor, enforce, or mandate DEI that you are against. Hate to lower your odds, eh. Even when you have the advantage.

WOKE is as defined: be polite and accepting of differences. Matter of fact, see the advantage in differences. It’s policies that favor, enforce, or mandate woke that you are against. Hate to be polite? When you make someone feel bad by a word, any word, it’s their fault?

I hate when people trash an entire idea over a policy mistake.

The fact that Larry supports being asleep to other’s feelings goose-stepping-like uniformity in his groups, inequality wherever he can get it, and exclusion for all those not goose-stepping, notwithstanding.

Larry, you’re up to your usual tricks with this article. Your subject this time follows the anti Democrat line of non reasoned thought processing.
But, Mr. Hogg, the current villain in your sights, is an unknown person for those of us not conversant in Floridian and like it that way.
Question, then, is. Why pick on this particular person? Is it because Hogg is young? Or, does he stoke your ire because he’s a Democrat? Is it on account of his malevolence in Florida that’s troubling your deep conservative sensitivities. And, that Hogg, in your estimation, is against the older statesman in the Democratic Party? (That one must set your hair on fire.)
It’s surprising you didn’t connect Hogg’s rise in the party to Biden having played a part in that rise. Because, it’s rare these days when you don’t find a place for Biden in an article trash talking Democrats.
Possibly you chose to attack Hogg on your supposition that he is personally flawed due your impression of him as arrogant. Which is rich for you.
Arrogance and pride just happen to be two of the primary sins that those who are arrogant and overly proud see on others and condemn others for.
Isn’t that too ironic. You, Horist, calling the pot out for a characteristic for which the kettle is all you. Arrogance and pride definitely are sins of the rich and wealthy persons like Trump and Munch, and it’s to their discredit. But, it’s also to the discredit of others who are guilty of being arrogant and proud along with those top two offenders.
If Hogg is arrogant, then Horist is the more arrogant, because Larry, you are older than Hogg and have had 70 plus years in which to perfect plying arrogance. And Hogg detests you for being old and Republican
But, I digress, what makes this subject a matter so urgent on your mind at this time and in this place, that it must be published. There are other more important miscreants out there at the top creating havoc for the people who must bear the consequences when they will not.
