As Secret Service Head Resigns Video Surfaces That Confirms Secret Service Was Warned About Crooks

After a contentious hearing where lawmakers from both sides called for her removal, U.S. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle has stepped down following the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. This just as the N.Y. Post is reporting that new video has surfaced that confirms Secret Service agents on scene were warned of his would-be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks in position with a rifle before the shots rang out!

In the shockingly graphic bodycam footage, local cops and a Secret Service agent can be seen standing over the dead body of Crooks as they appeared to confirm the 20-year sniper was identified previously as a suspicious person before he opened fire. The video, released by Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley, shows Crooks’ lifeless body as a pool of blood trails along the roof where he wounded Trump and killed a hero firefighter earlier this month.

One man, who appears to be a Secret Service agent, tells a Beaver County Emergency Service Unit officer that Crooks’ body appeared to be the suspicious person who was previously reported to them.

“So this is the guy,” the agent can be heard saying, acknowledging law enforcement and the Secret Service were aware of the threat – and failed to take appropriate action – before the former president had been shot and wounded.

Amidst such failures that day, Cheatle was hauled before Congress where she was lashed by both sides.

“You’re full of sh*t— today!” Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., said, slamming Cheatle for dodging questions and being “completely dishonest” about her cooperation with the committee.

In her resignation letter, obtained by NBC News from a senior official who received it, Cheatle wrote that the “scrutiny over the last week has been intense and will continue to remain as our operational tempo increases.” She added she takes “full responsibility for the security lapse.”

“In light of recent events, it is with a heavy heart that I have made the difficult decision to step down as your Director,” wrote Cheatle, who had led the agency since September 2022.

It’s unclear when her last day will be.

In a statement, President Joe Biden thanked Cheatle for her service, saying he will appoint her successor to lead the Secret Service “soon.” After the assassination attempt on Trump, Biden ordered an independent review to assess what happened and said Tuesday that he looks forward to reading its conclusions.

“We all know what happened that day can never happen again,” Biden said. In response to the news of her resignation, Trump wrote on Truth Social: “The Biden/Harris Administration did not properly protect me, and I was forced to take a bullet for Democracy. IT WAS MY GREAT HONOR TO DO SO!”

I think the news that FBI head Wray added that we don’t know if a bullet or shrapnel hit Trump is telling. Especially since Trump demanded that doctors say NOTHING about his condition. “There’s some question about whether or not it’s a bullet or shrapnel that hit his ear,” Wray testified. “As I sit here right now, I don’t know whether that bullet, in addition to causing the grazing, could have also landed somewhere else.”

Trump immediately shot back: “I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin,” the former president wrote. “Much bleeding took place, so I realized then what was happening.” Of course, Trump also said that the ear is the bloodiest piece of the body there is. A lie, but guess he was amazed by the amount of blood.

On Thursday, Trump’s White House doctor, Ronny Jackson called Wray’s testimony “absolutely irresponsible” and “politically motivated” because Ronny knows politics. “What little credibility he may have left is GONE after recklessly suggesting Trump might not have been hit from a bullet,” Jackson wrote. “It was a bullet, I’ve seen the wound!”

Of course, Trump has blocked the attending physicians from free speech because the ear is a delicate subject. Secret Service can’t talk and I promise you, the one’s near Trump were Trump’s choice and I am sure, very loyal to Trump. They ain’t talking any time soon.

Trump tore Wray, his appointment in 2017 and with Trump all four years, and still there under Biden —– so a very competent guy under two administrations from two different parties.

Trump said “The hospital called it a “bullet wound to the ear,” and that is what it was. No wonder the once storied FBI has lost the confidence of America!” So, in one fell swoop the FBI is irresponsible, inept, and incapable of telling the truth. A guy Trump loved for his four years in office. Trump said what he thinks the Hospital said. Trump lies a lot. I wonder why the attending doctors cannot be allowed to speak? It’s as simple as that.

As conspiracy theories from false flag operation staged by Trump to Melania did it swirl, the ex-President and current Felony Rapist Republican nominee for President may not be able to answer questions about a second shooter, or that Crook’s was an Oswald-like stooge unwittingly taking the fall for popping so many shots that did not land, one questions why Crooks told his boss, “I need to take the day, I wills see you on Monday,” or why Trump’s security seemed to provide the openings. Some even suggest that Trump himself caused the wound or that there is no wound — it was a blood balloon triggered by Trump. But the ex-President can easily answer the bullet versus shrapnel versus self-inflicted wound controversary just by letting the attending doctors exercise free speech. Ronny Jackson is the President’s man who would probably take a bullet himself before letting his guy down. Trump lies all the time. Why not let the real doctors settle this. Why the coverup? What’s to hide? Either way, unless it’s a blood balloon, a close call. And to be a self-inflicted wound, the doctors would have to be in on the fix, and that’s a stretch.

Resolve this. Let the doctors talk. Remove the gag. Let free speech reign.

Frank you are a true idiot.

As more and more evidence rolls in you have to wonder if this was a deep state assassination attempt. Now we learn that the local police offered secret service with a drone but they refused to allow it. And Frank, your theory about fake blood is truly idiotic. You are so woke it is surprising your brain hasn’t fallen out of your head. LOL

Please share this widely as this updated essay (07/15/24) includes a lot of new information. But to me the 3 most critical questions are 1) Why security did nothing after being told about a gunman was on the building 4 minutes before the shooting and 2) Why did the sharpshooters wait 42 seconds — till after the assassin shot 8 rounds — before taking him out, 3) Why were no drones employed for security. Were the snipers told to stand down. Was this a deep state assassination attempt? The new sources bring up many new additional questions as well. Go to “Updated Sources” for the new information.

Is the Globalist Biden Administration complicit in the attempted assassination of Trump
They understand that if Trump wins their globalist agenda and power will end

If the FBI director says Trump could have been shot by shrapnel, then I am disappointed by the FBI. Shrapnel is flying metal. It can come from a canon, from a hand grenade or other similar weapon of war designed to send fragments of metal through the air. It does not come from a high powered telescopic rifle fired from 140 yards away. How can the director of the FBI not even know this? What a disgrace! He is an embarrassment to the FBI.
If you were to fire a 22 caliber soft lead bullet at a target 20 feet away, you might find a few small metal fragments of the bullet near the main hole in the target. These are miniscule pieces of led that scrape off as the bull races through the barrel of the rifle. They wont travel very far.
This could never happen with a high powered rifle because the hardness of the metal in the bullet, and because of the distance of the target from the place where it was fired

Thanks Chuck. Good to see you up Chuck. If you mattered, I would take offense at your personal attack. . I take no offense.

    • Joe Gilbertson

I think chuck meant that in the most helpful way…

      • frank stetson

Joe with the nod to personal attacks and hate as positive things in his world. Figures.

    WOW, idiots, protecting crooked Idiots!
And Biden still fired NO ONE!
ALL that money from Black Rock!
And crooks was their groomed guy? (Thank got Trump dodged a Bullitt, literally! )
How do people with so few Brains get so much Power.
    This Administration Proves it!
    Democrats new Slogan.
IF YOU CANT BEAT THEM BY ANYMEANS, KILL THEM!
    For Democracy of course.

  4. frank stetson

Darren: perhaps we should wait until the investigations are done. You got your head, your sacrifice on alter of Jorden and Comer, take a break.

    Blackrock —– really?

Still waiting for the doctor’s report on Trump’s possible bullet versus shrapnel attack. Ungag those doctors, allow them free speech to tell us the straight skinny on his wounds. Give truth a chance.

  5. Darren

So did the bullet bounce off something in front of Trump?
Or did the Shrapnel go in reverse after it passed him?
Some times the Truth is Stranger than Fiction.
Bit I do not think so in this case.
And Yea, Blackrock! people are stupid, but at that level
    only purposeful mistakes happen!
People tell cops a guy with a gun is on a roof and no one wants
to climb up and see what is going on?
    Really?
Cheatle needs to be found in Contempt of Congress and sentenced to Prison!
No one cares to explain to congress anything any more, this was brought around
by the democrat’s when they ran both houses and
    still continues today.

Darren et al: when terrible things happen, we have many tidbits with the whole truth taking awhile to come together. So, all these questions, suggestions, and recommendations for jail time and firing are fun but might as well say it was kamala harris with a pitchfork from the rose garden…..

Frankly, none of us know squat at this point, just enough to wager dangerous conspiracies all around.

Bullets can go all sorts of funny, can you say JFK?

The only think I know, and I watched in real time, was Trump grabbed his ear, went down, multiple shots fired, Trump helped up, there’s blood but he’s standing on his own, helped off to the SUVs as some jerk gives the camera the finger and yells FYou over and over. God that image is burned into my retinas. How much hate does this guy have. What a world. The crowd seems like deer in the headlights but clears the area really, really fast. Now, from that, I can make all sorts of assumptions and accusations based on what I saw in real time.

In real time, it initially looked like a hornet sting as Trump slaps his ear. I heard gun shots as he went down, but not on the first ear grab. Probably me or the TV. Then he gets helped up, he’s obviously standing and bloody. Later I see spatter across his face which seems to be going in the wrong direction too, but without a diagram, how would I really know.

There’s also so many coincidences, think you can correlate to prove anything or nothing.

Darren brings up Blackrock — righties see as evil for green investing —– must be bad —– which has a pretty harmless explanation that I guess he missed. Or is he showing us ready-fire-aim analysis… Here’s the explain: *https://www.cbsnews.com/news/thomas-matthew-crooks-blackrock-ad-pulled/*

I wondered about the audience, wondered why it took Newsmax so long to bring them up, and was saddened to hear the three victims, two of which will live with it forever. But I also thought that no way it was a set up UNLESS you took out innocents for effect. And I just can’t bring myself to believe that either in governmental or Trumpian actions. Too much and way too risky to even try.

    But we can!!!!

There is no contempt of Congress for Cheatle; unlike Republicans who didn’t have the balls to speak to Congress over 1/6, she showed up. Not well, but she showed up. If you plan to put her in jail for incompetence, I say Trump goes first :>) Come on, get real. You guys want to impeach administrators and directors —- and you can’t even get one of your House investigations to court. Four fucking years and you got squat. Probably over a 100 million dollars and not one collar. Most of your House time for the past four years and you got one director to resign, and Hunter a steeper punishment, but nothing he cannot handle. Great use of your past four years.

Shrapnel or bullet: I think we all have been subject to bullets and weird paths. Can you say JFK? My only point is that IF Wray does not know, and if we are relying on Trump and Dr. Ronnie to know the truth, then we really don’t know either. Easy enough for Trump to un-gag the actual doctors who treated him for their first-hand, on-site, determination. It’s just data, the answer does not change a thing we think about this tragedy. It really does not matter, not sure why he is gagging the doctors, preventing free speech. Either way, pun intended, he dodged a bullet and the wound is the same wound no matter what actually did the cutting. Just his covering it up seems weird.

Frank–This was posted everywhere 7 days ago—“WASHINGTON, July 20 (Reuters) – Donald Trump’s former physician Ronny Jackson said on Saturday that the former president is recovering as expected from a gunshot wound to his ear that he suffered last week, but noted intermittent bleeding and said Trump may require a hearing exam.
The bullet fired by a would-be assassin at a July 13 Trump rally in Pennsylvania came “less than a quarter of an inch from entering his head” before striking the top of Trump’s right ear, said Jackson, a Republican congressman from Texas who served as physician to Presidents Trump and Barack Obama.”
