Will Jill Stein throw the election to Trump?

Will Jill Stein throw the election to Trump?

There is not a lot of reporting on the impact of third party candidates for president.  There are a bunch of them.  The most notable – and the one with some real potential for flipping results – is Jill Stein, running on the Green Party label.  Are the pollsters not polling or is the media simply not reporting?

Stein is not getting a lot of votes, but if the results are as close as they appear in the polling, even a few thousand votes can flip a state – and one flipped battleground state can flip the entire national election.

To the extent Stein has an impact, she appears to be hurting Vice President Harris more than President Trump.  Trump said the quiet stuff out loud when he said he loved Stein because she takes more from Harris.

While the general polls appear to be ignoring Stein as a non-issue, methinks Harris’ internal polls must be showing Stein as a potential threat. I say that because Team Harris is running a series of ads against Stein – closing with “a vote for Stein is a vote for Trump.”  This is the first time in presidential campaign history that a major candidate has paid for political ads against a minor third party candidate.

The concern over Stein is seeping into the left-wing media.  MSNBC’s uber left Lawrence O’Donnell spent an entire segment on his late night show to attack Stein – and those who would vote for her.

Stein has a unique appeal for some of the traditional Democrat base this year.  It has to do with her anti-Israel positions.   She gives a home to Arab American voters who side with the Palestinians.  They are unhappy with both Trump’s and Harris’ support for Israel – although the latter’s support is tenuous.  And Stein has an appeal to Democrats who think Green – and that is not an allusion to money.  Harris appears less Green after flipping from no fracking to no stopping fracking.  Harris is parading Green for Halloween while claiming to support fracking.

Harris is trying to play on both sides of the political tennis court.  She blames Israel for the civilian casualties and calls for an immediate ceasefire.  At the same time, she pledges to continue military support.  Those are incompatible positions that give Stein an opening with the radical left in the Democrat base.

Arguably Stein’s best opportunity to peel off Harris votes is in the battleground state of Michigan – with its large Muslim Arab population.  If the Wolverine State is as close in the vote count as it is in the polls, Stein could make a difference.  And flipping a major battleground state could – just could – flip the Electoral College.

Generally, third party candidates account for less than 5 percent of the total vote – although there have been exceptions.  With Trump and Harris nationally separated by less than 5 percent – as well as in the battleground states — the third party voter could determine the outcome of the election.  In view of who the third party candidates are —  and who they draw from —  Harris should have difficulty sleeping at night.

SD. Liar. You are no better than that lying actress, calling itself Kamala Harris. You are using multiple names; we are all on to you. Liar! Showing your true colors again?

Obviously the use of different names against the same email is not against the rules. Nor is appropriating someone else’s moniker. Happens every once in a while.

The new Frank Stetson is an example.

Now there’s a second Stranger Danger too.

As u have noted, not hard to figure when it happens and who. Hint: the new frank stetson has an other-people’s-fake-daughter fetish. Pretty ez to drill down on that. .

You seem to think I am Frank Stetson too. Whatever. I think you see Frank everywhere you look.

And there you go; America First throws the N-word. So many of my family perished in that war. Nicely done.

Frank Danger …LOL You picked up on the name i gave you — Frank Danger .. or was it Danger Frank or Stranger Frank.. I guess you are now admitting that you are or were the previous phony Frank Stetson. That was obvious to everyone. But you never explained why you lied about giving up on PBP only to change your screen name and carry on with your obsessive attention to PBP. Pretty weird. And now you whine that someone else is using your old screen name and you complain that PBP allows it. Didn’t you give up that phony screen name for another phony name? To be frank, I doubt if you or the new Frank Stetson is really Frank. lol Not sure why you enjoy playing “What’s my Alias”. I guess I am the only one who does not use a screen name.

The new Frank Stetson is an example. Stranger Danger is not, and never will be this Frank Stetson.

Now there’s a second Stranger Danger too. I will call him out when he does it but really, get a decent moderation sw to stop using an email to fake other’s names. It’s too ez and a decent sw engineer could stop it in seconds. automated. otherwise, stfu with the victim of false names whine.

As u have noted, not hard to figure when it happens and who. Hint: the new frank stetson has an other-people’s-fake-daughter fetish. Pretty ez to drill down on that to determine which fake name really owns that. He’s been chasing other people’s daughters for a while now.

And that somehow gives you the right to call me a NAZI? You didn’t learn much from their sacrifice, did you.

It’s Tuesday, still waiting for the Marines and the EAS/EBS signal. Wait, wait, here it comes…. Nope, oil truck backing in…. Phew. Will this sword of Damocles’ ever fall?

Godwin’s law of Nazi analogies, is an Internet adage asserting: “As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1.”

The importance of this election carry’s some serious Magnitude in both directions.
The fact anyone would vote for Stein besides her family puts her voters on the short list
    of smarts!
No one should tell her to drop out, but the people voting her way need to consider
    their position.
As far as Green goes, it comes down to who is the best Lier!
And any one of her voters who believe in this BS have Kamala written all over them.
I really enjoyed this article Larry.

Seth, be careful when you denigrate and demean the greatest generation, many of whom, died for your sins.

They went, they fought bravely, they sacrificed, just so you could be free to play your little games, share your pretty names, as you blame everyone else for your own shortcomings and failures.

Remember, Seth is a four-letter word. As brother of Osiris, you were one ugly being. Then again, you probably are of the Jewish persuasion, just lapsed.
