Texas Scores Big Victory against Hospital in Transgender Treatments Case

The left’s war on children continues in 2026 and so does the right’s fight for children’s safety against the evil liberal mission of gender change in minors. Last week, Texas scored a major victory in this fight by forcing one of the largest hospitals in the state to pay for the damage it has done to children.

The pro-family and Judeo-Christian values website Texas Values (Txvalues.org, May 15) reported that the state’s Attorney General Office announced a settlement with Texas Children’s Hospital whereby the hospital would create a detransition clinic to serve patients on whom gender-change procedures were performed and the clinic would provide detransitioning services to these patients free of charge for the first five years.

In addition to the creation of the clinic to reverse the harm it did to children, the hospital is also required to pay $10 million for billing Texas Medicaid for the harmful and illegal gender-transition procedures performed on children. Further, as part of the settlement, the hospital will also fire five doctors who performed such gender-change procedures on patients, reported the New York Post (May 16).

The office of Texas AG Ken Paxton, who is also running for the U.S. Senate, was cited in NYP hailing the victory after years of investigation into the hospital’s gender-transitioning practices and billing codes for Medicaid reimbursements. Conservatives on social media cheered at the news of the settlement.

And as expected, liberals are reportedly not happy over the settlement that comes as a loss to their agenda. NYP wrote:

Civil rights groups and some Democratic lawmakers condemned the settlement, saying it placed politics over sound medical practice and was an attempt to stigmatize transgender people and push them out of public life.

The victory for conservatives in TX comes at a time when they are fighting for the same cause in several other states. In Kansas, for instance, a judge appointed by the Democrat Governor Laura Kelly temporarily blocked the state law banning transgender procedures on minors. Metro Weekly (May 20) reported:

On May 15, Judge Carl Folsom III of the State District Court in Douglas County granted a temporary injunction blocking the state from enforcing the law, finding that it likely violated parents’ rights to make decisions about their children’s health and wellbeing.

In a parallel and related legal battle in Wisconsin, a legal group called the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) sued the state’s Democrat Governor Tony Evers after he rejected their demand to end the state’s ban on conversion therapy. Conservatives support conversion therapy to change sexual orientation among homosexual or other non-natural sexual tendencies back to natural/straight sexuality.

This is yet another blow against self-determination as the Republicans once again mandate control of parent’s and kid’s God given right to choose how they live their lives. They call it the left’s war on children when it is they who are banning things. After all, 10% of the trans community votes Republican; it’s a reasonable slice of their own constituency that they are pissing on. Personally, I do not expect the Republican’s restrictions on trans-for-minors will ever affect me or mine, it’s the fear factor for families having to live under draconian Republican restrictions telling folks they must breed like cattle and cannot artificially change gender, no matter what. Why they feel they must put their hands in our pants and tell us what to do there is beyond me. Studies indicate that detransition amongst trans teens is below 10%, perhaps 2% and often due to external pressures, not their own choice. Note given the numbers, these studies are qualitative in nature, not necessarily scientific.

What strikes me is that the author feels that following the rule of law is some gigantic win for conservatives. Is that because it just does not happen very often in their world of cash for criminals and their frequent pardons for druggies, liars, pedophiles, and cop beaters?

Republicans tell us what we can and cannot read. Like the Nazi’s, they actively ban books. They tell us if we have a zygote that we must breed even if the DNA is from rape, even from the likes of Jeffry Epstein, Jimmy Saville, Sean Williams or other pedophile rapists. I don’t know who that is like, but the rapist part is really weird. Bet there’s a big NIMBY of that restriction. They don’t want us to mail in our vote, ever, and we must be forced to enter that petri dish of disease known as the polling booth after not only showing ID, but proving citizenship from birth. Amazing they are not smart enough to figure out how to make mail-in voting safe, much less leverage the modern technology known as “the internet.” But then again, they disdain technology, science, and medicine seemingly desiring life as it was in the Middle Ages or Mayberry.

Because they are the law and order party, they pardon their felon buddies, those Christian conservative mercenary soldiers who do their violent bidding beating cops, hunting legislators, crapping on the Capitol and get pardons and cash in return. They tell us what to buy by restricting foreign goods with schizoid tariffs emotionally placed with wild abandon on a whim or perceived personal insult by one man, and one man alone. They tax us and spend our taxes not through Congress but from the White House. They make diversity, equality, and inclusion illegal in a similar manner as this Texas law. The make being woke a crime. And they make us go to war on a whim, a conjecture, a lie, paying billions to stop the oil and pay gas prices higher than Biden’s. We pay billions to criminals like the ones who tried to stop the vote. Rewards for cop beaters, pedophiles, druggies, drinkers, and abusers of all ages and genders. The result: as gas prices soar, inflation roars, personal debt sets records, as we cede powers up to the Oval to take self-determination down as if Republicans who are begging to be told what to do. As our personal and public debt set records, the grifters cash in on free planes, homes, and alcohol — lots of alcohol. Tis the Republican way, drink away, and if you stray, you better pray they don’t take all your money away and toss you in jail. Or worse yet, an ICE detention warehouse. They tell us to voice opinion is to vote against America.

Why to they feel that God’s will is for them to tell others what to do and how to act; what’s next, a dress code? Wanna guess what color shirts? Remember when they championed personal freedoms, liberty for all and not just for the elite billionaire class. Now if they could only walk that talk.

Dunger it’s good that you showed your true opinion of sexual mutalation of children. Just because some commie Marxist assholes say so. If you assholes get your way all kids will be at risk. I’ll make you an offer. Let your comrades fuck with my kids and see how that works out. It’s time for the people of America takes a stand against you sick bastards. It’s on the law books in my state to protect our children at all costs. And I damned sure will.

Sethsuckshit: I have not a clue what your hallucinations are telling you. I advocate nothing except what you do: keep your fucking hands out of our pants. Go fuck yourself instead of fucking with others. Or else face double what you propose to dish out. I chew you up for breakfast and crap you out for lunch. You are but a fart in the wind.. A weak petty little pos that can’t make a cogent argument for love nor money so you devolve into these childish rants about private parts and your violent tendencies. Grow up. Grow a pair.

Dunger you had better listen. People aren’t going to allow people like you to groom their kids into turning queer or transgender. It’s the goal of the left to take away the rights of parents. Don’t even. And why would anyone want to put our hands in your pants. Suck all the dick You want but don’t come near our kids.

Sethsuckshit: I will never listen to the likes of you. I will never groom anyone for anything. I am from the left and don’t want your rights or anything else from the likes of you. You have absolutely nothing to offer me, nothing I want, nothing I needs. And trust me, I will never come close to your kids. I don’t want to catch anything.

I have not a clue what your hallucinations are telling you. I advocate nothing except what you do: keep your fucking hands out of our pants. Go fuck yourself instead of fucking with others. Once again, a stupid pos that can’t make a cogent argument for love nor money as you once again devolve into these childish rants about private parts and your violent tendencies. Grow up. Grow a pair.

Both Paul DunGoff and Sethsuckshit seem preoccupied with their obsessive thoughts of my genitals and their delusion that I am grooming their kids for trans. These guys are really afraid. Why are they so afraid? Repressed memories?

Not sure what would make them think I am trans or a groomer? Strangest thing. I mean they talk about the 2A all the time but doubt anyone thinks them a patriot because of that spew.

They seem overly obsessed with trans and their belief everyone is grooming their kids. They think Mike is gay because his last name starts with a F.

I suggest homeschooling, just not in CT, probably can’t pass the screening there.

Dunger in years past we didn’t have debates about letting small children change gender. Small children don’t have a clue about that shit. And speaking of the 2A, there are gun right groups whose members are gay. And I’m good with that. They deserve the same rights as you and I. One that comes to mind are called the pink pistols. And yes, many leftist are exercising their 2A rights. Again, that’s great. I’ve shot competition with them and kicked their asses. They should learn to shoot. LOL. Many are marksmen and hunters. I’ve met plenty of them at meets and public hunting grounds. And I know several who have their CCL. Most liberals don’t want all guns banned. Just certain types. But that’s another debate. Ned York isn’t close to being a red area and after the SCOTUS ruling on CCL becoming shall issue a few years ago permits have more than doubled. Chuck Schumer has his license. The politicians have armed security, why not us?

Screw you Ben; the name is Frank Danger. Infantile as you are, you bring up a good point. Due to acceptance and medical science, those ID’ing as trans or non-binary increased from the 2010 and peaking around 2020 and now, recently falling dramatically. Many studies confirm and all studies are suspect.

Fact is, on the increase, it’s mostly self-identification and no idea if medicinal or physical conversions are made, or is it just the idea? Same on the downturn, perhaps they are just hiding from the likes of you. Even the percentages are weird, some saying 3% trans, others 6%. Well, sure as hell, the CDC won’t study so we can learn the truth. One thing is sure, there are trans, there have always been trans, there will always be trans. Across the globe. Where these fraidy cat bozo’s jump from that to I’m the Jeffrey Epstein of the trans class is beyond me. They are so afraid. Plus, the chance of me being friends, much less best friends with Boss Tweet, the Blarney Rubble of Flintstone, is pretty slim.

My point in my comments is that Republicans want to mandate restrictions on parents and kids for a most personal and all-encompassing decision. I thought you folks favored freedom and privacy. I thought you like limited government, not intrusive government. And less law, not more. Why you care to control your neighbors seems outside your ideology wheelhouse.

As to the 2A and your spew: I have noted often that I grew up with guns, have guns, that’s not the issue. Too many guns in America is. The proof of an issue is our gun death statistics, whether homicide, mass shooting, or suicide; they are all terrible. There is nothing patriotic about too many gun deaths. FYI: I have even recommended that the NRA take over any gun registration the States mandate today; we could pay them to manage the system offline, offnet, with a kill switch in case of government overthrow. In return, they could digitize crime gun search requests, upon warrant, to take the large time interval out of the process. It’s 7 to 10 days still and that’s a vast improvement. Should be minutes. I have also recommended gun bans for LCMS, you pick the number 10-17 bullets. Instead, let our militia armories, be registered, comply to law, and be able to get LCMs, and really cool stuff like drones, backpack weapons, bazookas, tanks whatever, as long as they keep them on-premises, and follow the regulations. Then we can really have some fun! Would suggest a good plan for taking them off prem during government takeover, foreign or domestic, including untraceable communications since you would be going off-net, off-grid at that point. I like win-win solutions.

Dunger are you so stupid that you think that suicides and murders are always carried out with guns? Firearms are not needed. The greatest majority of gun owners don’t shoot other people or commit suicide with them. And yes, my home is safer because I’m a responsible gun owner.

Ben, funny for a guy who can’t even spell the word danger calling someone stupid. A guy who can’t tell a small child from a teen. Much less your total lack of respect and even decency to your neighbor citizen. But the funnier part is you would think before you go total jerkwad on me that you would check your facts. I would even this a dull twit like you would have figured out that I either already know OR will look it up. Might even source it with a link.

Your statement is so stupid that without looking, I can say BUSTED for ignorance of the facts ald laziness in sourcing his bullshit.

You claim I said all suicides and murders are by gun. Did you not learn how to read in grade school? I bet you sure play a mean pin ball. I said gun death statistics, Bozo. Any level of common sense would tell you that’s not the only way. But is the predominant way. Are you so stupid not to know that 80% of all child suicides are by gun. Over 60% of all gun deaths are suicide. And, to your stupid point, 56%, the majority of all suicides are by gun. Have been for decades smart guy. Suffocation comes in at half that, 23%, poisoning at 9%, the rest in the noise.
Here’s the cool part that I have shared many times: the lethality index. Look it up for the stats and such. The lethality index attempts to measure the effectiveness of weapons. What it shows is that because the gun is so efficient, so effective, so, so ez to use, just point and click, compared to other methods in suicide, about 90% of those who attempt suicide with a firearm will not survive. Does that blow you away, pun intended? Please Republicans, don’t try or test this at home. I like your diversity.

Here’s the bottom line: the odds of survival are higher for those who attempt suicide by other methods. You botch drug overdose, poisoning, hanging, etc so much easier than point, click, and dead. This is a massive thought point that idiots like you do not consider given 9 out of 10 suicide attempts will not go on to die by suicide. The truth is 2 out of 3 Americans mistakenly believe that most people who survive a suicide attempt will make additional attempts in the future. In actuality, 70% never attempt suicide again. It is estimated because of this that homes with guns are about at 300% higher risk of suicide by gun, 80% of kid suicides because of that, so people — lock those guns up and hide the key, or code. The lethality index is also handy for mass murders by other weapons where mad bombers many times off themselves in the planning, a benefit of gun control!!!

Being open and honest, try it sometime, I will add that the recidivism factor, 70%, is highly debated, but until we allow and fund the CDC or other large-scale analytical house to run large, expensive, quantitative statistical studies, the debate will continue. So far, the NRA has lobbied against us knowing more since they are pretty sure the conclusions will not fall their way.

For homicides, rocket scientist, the percentage by gun is up around 80%, handguns being around 45% in that. Knives come in second at about 10%. In your case, I figure the weapon used will be stupidity.

So, actually, your “my home is safer because I’m a responsible gun owner” is not true as you are at a higher risk of suicide by gun. Responsible is the key, but I would gather that most gun owners who off themselves believe they are responsible gun owners too. Just saying. I am sure you will be fine.

Ben, fyi: how did you get to “small children?” Texas is 18, by law, and I do not know States or doctors that do “small children.” No state has legalized under 14, most do top only at 16, bottom at 18.

Are you guys so terrified as to make it more horrific than reality even suggests?

What is your fear factor problem?
