FCC Takes on Disney’s DEI Operations

FCC Takes on Disney’s DEI Operations

For too long now, Disney has gotten away with its unofficial but very obvious anti-white racist mission in its presentations and operations. But not anymore! The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) under its current Chairman Brendan Carr is taking action against Disney for its discrimination masked as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Last Friday (May 29), The Daily Signal reported that Disney objected to the FCC’s order issued to Disney-owned WABC-TV for renewing its license early while the commission investigates Disney for engaging in DEI practices. The investigation began over a year ago and Disney’s responses to it have been characterized by Carr as “deficient, disingenuous, and incomplete.”

The issue has a number of important points of concern with broad implications for society and the nation.

Unmasking the Anti-White Racism of DEI

When liberals say they want diversity to include the so-called marginalized or underrepresented ethnic, religious, or cultural groups, it simple translates into rejecting merit and people’s talent and skills. In America and the developed west, this race-based prioritization directly targets the native English-speaking white population for being the majority. In other words, discrimination against the white race is sugarcoated as the positive-sounding DEI with the political motive of overturning the society’s fabric by denying the majority their right to be hired on the basis of talent and skill. Disney’s practice of DEI policies, therefore, amounts to anti-white racism, something that also shows in Disney’s entertainment products.

Operating above the Law

Sugarcoating anti-white racism and normalizing discrimination under the DEI rubric has given liberals a freeway through an otherwise legally forbidden territory. In America, discriminatory hiring – on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin – was outlawed decades ago under the Civil Rights Act of 1964. But liberals systematically bypassed this legal roadblock by merely calling their anti-white discrimination DEI. This is exactly what the current FCC’s investigation into Disney’s hiring practices is about. In his letter (dated March 27, 2025) to Disney’s CEO Robert Iger, FCC Chairman Brendan Carr wrote:

In recent years, Disney made DEI a key priority for the company’s businesses and embedded explicit race- and gender-based criteria across its operations. Indeed, public reports—including ones based on whistleblower documents—paint a disturbing picture of Disney’s DEI practices.

Using DEI as its shield, liberals weaponized the corporate and entertainment sectors against white people that they want to replace with others. Trump’s FCC has decided, and rightly so, to take action against this special kind of violation of the civil rights law.

Behind the First Amendment Shield

What better justification for weaponizing media of communication, education, and entertainment against a vulnerable group than freedom of speech as guaranteed in the constitution? Disney instantly resorted to the First Amendment when FCC launched a probe into its DEI practices. A story in Daily Signal titled “Here’s How You Can Fight Back Against TV Shows Pushing the Transgender Woke Agenda on Your Kids” (May 12)  detailed some of the sexually suggestive content from Disney and other entertainment companies available on streaming platforms directed at children (underage audiences). The story wrote:

In 2022, Latoya Raveneau, executive producer for Disney Television Animation, bragged that “showrunners were super welcoming … to my not-at-all-secret gay agenda.”

Disney and its leftist backers have justified these practices as freedom of expression, just like they do when exposing children to queer/deviant sexual lifestyle in educational material. So it shouldn’t come as any surprise that Disney accused the FCC of attacking its First Amendment rights upon receiving the commission’s order for early license renewal.

The FCC rejected that accusation by citing from federal law that prohibits airing of “obscene, indecent, and profane content, or broadcast hoaxes” while requiring broadcasters to provide equal opportunities to political candidates.

The Significance of the Investigation

Disney as is widely known to conservatives is the big fish in the leftist corporate pool that has become a swamp full of anti-American gators. Because of a large number of American children as its audience, the stakes for the country’s future are high and the battle to declaw its DEI weaponry is not between the government and Disney but directly between parents and predators. If this entertainment giant can be exposed and held accountable for its racist agenda targeting the all-American families, others in the same pool will likely abort their anti-American plans and America can hope for a better future for its next generation.

Dempsey does not exist, has no experience, education, or expertise listed. He is a blank slate, just a jpg probably AI generated. In this article, he makes his stand against diversity which is hysterical given his picture. He thinks equality is a bad idea pretty which is funny given his work. And he harkens that inclusion is for idiots while hell is for children I gather. This brown fellow feels Disney is anti-white because they hire people unrepresented in media and work, weird. Any time you hire off-white, you are anti-white but support equality? And if you only hire white, then you do support equality? Weird with a beard. He feels DEI negates merit, a sin in his book, however, he does not notice or note how Team Trump is mostly white, mostly male, that the Trump women are the first thrown under the bus, and the most incompetent for the jobs they get in the Trump administration. Merit is the last thing the Felon King considers when hiring. Can you say Pulte for DNI head with zero knowledge, training, or experience as the worst cabinet appointment in our nation’s history is merit: PERIOD? And he retains his old job so he’s supposedly doing two full time cabinet head jobs simultaneously. Beyond weird.

Merit is not needed to be part of Team Trump; to say so is a sham. Education, experience, training not needed for Team Trump. Just blind loyalty and the willingness to promote personal agenda, revenge, and retribution above the Constitution. That’s Dempsey’s merit, equality, and inclusion: NO DIVERSITY.

Brenden Carr is an anomaly in that he is educated, experienced, and trained for the FCC head, but he’s operating unusually from his normal course of affairs in the case of Disney as sycophant to the Felon King. I think he got the pat on the shoulder telling him to step it up. He is a savvy member of Team Trump but seemingly has overplayed his hand on this one. The case is based not on proving that Disney is unfair in it’s DEI, he’s got to prove that DEI is not in the public interest. That’s his potential indictment. That’s what he wrote, that he is contending in court. That’s a high bar to clear. Especially given that 80% of American business still pursues DEI. Why? Because unlike Dempsey the anarchist, we are capitalists and we follow the money. DEI pays. It’s pays in productivity and results; it pays in consumer preference and purchase. DEI = profit $$$. Guess what Mr. Carr; those 80% of all businesses probably have the numbers to support that too when they are called to provide evidence.

GOOD LUCK keeping this Carr on the road.

The FCC has never called any DEI program illegal ever in its history. NEVER. PERIOD. No precedent in all of FCC’s history.

SCOTUS, including Roberts and Thomas have already ruled that the FCC has to determine program illegality before forbidden stations actions. ALWAYS. PERIOD. Their own precedent. In SCOTUS and FCC history. And ahead of the charge which was not done in this case. Another high bar to clear. Tis the determination of SCOTUS so tough to take it back. Carr’s Disney filings look like The Federalist wrote them. Makes sense given he’s a Project 2025 author; you know the plan that the man could not stand as he mandates Project 2025 across the land.

Fact is that it looks like, to all experts but dummy yet insincere Dempsey, that Disney can enter the courtroom, stipulate they are the advance guard of the DEI invasion, and still, they will probably win. The government needs to prove DEI is harmful to the public interest. It should have done that before it threw the stones. Be careful what you ask for Mr. Carr. Be careful what you claim as the truth Mr. Dempsey.

The shady truth is that it looks like Disney faced Trump’s revenge over not firing Jimmy Kimmel whereupon Carr got the nudge and unusually ordered a surprise attack of a complete review of all Disney licenses over DEI concerns which were even not seen as dangerous by the FCC. In the entire history of the FCC, there has never been a review of station licenses like this for any network in America. Extremely unusual which heightens the need to dot the I’s and cross the T’s. Carr has dotted T’s and crossed eyes on this. But he did his work well, it is well documented, sourced, and he will fail on the merit, not the implementation. If licenses are surprisingly cancelled, experts expect Disney will have little issue in winning in court. The actual review was scheduled for 2028 before Trump and Carr had their hissy fits which begs the question: why the emergency over something the FCC never saw as an issue even?

There are about 200 stations involved of which Disney owns the largest 8; that means Trump is revenging against 192 stations not owned by Disney who will still suffer fighting the entire weight of Trump’s pugilistic regime.

Carr issued his letter, it’s got corporate documents sourced, no biggee, and he has one senior manager ex-Disney whistleblower who is tainted through his association with muckraker James O’Keefe and the fact he is being sponsored and paid by Turning Point and other right-wing groups. He is a computer guy and was a Senior Manager at Disney before being fired in 2024. Chances are his career and firing will add spice to Disney’s case. Not even sure he ever hired anyone while at Disney.

As Carr makes his case to the media, we will see if Disney flinches and pays Trump off or pushes back. Given the success of pushing back on these bullies of revenge lately, good chance they will follow suit. Disney is giving every indication they will fight; their lawyers are chomping at the bit for this one.

But in launching the case, riling up the conservative blogosphere, getting some press, Carr has already won. The Felon King, and Dempsey, are happy and when the case goes silently away in the fog, chances are the Felon King will have moved on to his next retribution and will not even remember this one failed. If he remembers at all.

Take it for granted that Dempsey would pick a loser by listening to the blogosphere, not researching the truth from all sides, and just being the asshole he likes to be. For the money. And then he even gets that wrong as is his way.
