Obvious, Blatant Voter Fraud: Brenda Snipes in Broward County
Editor’s note: We at the Punching Bag Post are at this time charging Brenda Snipes and the Democrats with voter fraud in Broward County, Florida. It is plainly obvious when ballots heavily in favor of a losing candidate appear more than 24 hours after the election is over under these circumstances, that some kind of fraud happening. Consider that every other county in Florida, including some recently devastated by hurricane weather, have all gotten their ballots in within the legal time limited, a very short period of time. Only heavily Democratic Broward County is having this problem. This charge is supported by the lack of cooperation with and that lack of adherence to regulations designed to prevent voter fraud such that records cannot be examined.
To produce this many fraudulent votes requires a great amount of organization and likely there are many people involved in creating fake votes, possibly even a “boiler room” type operation. I never thought I would see this in America, especially in the county where I live. The Florida Bureau of Criminal Investigations and Intelligence should immediately arrest all involved, seize the building in which this is happening and all assets associated associated with this vote, and immediately launch a strict investigation. This is blatant, open and notorious voter fraud
——————–
While the polls closed long ago the battle over the US midterm elections is far from over as key races in key states continue to come down to the wire, qualify for recounts, or whether allegations of voter fraud and/or suppression.
However perhaps most prominent amongst the still sizzling squabbles are the Senatorial and Gubernatorial races in crucial swing state Florida, where GOP candidates Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis could be seeing their tentative and razor thin democratic victories become less assured.
Votes have continued to trickle in, and with the margins already thin enough to legally trigger a recount, tensions are high amidst growing concerns of electoral malpractice.
The epicenter of focus for the possibility is my lifelong homeland of Broward County where longstanding controversial supervisor of elections Brenda Snipes has come under intense fire for what appears to be yet another case of gross mismanagement in her long career of them. Fox Reports,
Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes is at the center of the explosive Florida ballot-counting battle, with the state’s Senate and gubernatorial elections on the line — but it’s hardly her first voting controversy.
“She has had a horrible history … and all of a sudden they’re finding votes out of nowhere,” President Trump, referring to Snipes, told reporters Friday.
Outgoing Gov. Rick Scott, the GOP Senate nominee locked in a tight and bitter battle for the lead against incumbent Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson, accused Democrats of conducting a coordinated effort to “steal” elections in a campaign of possibly “rampant fraud,” in a lawsuit Thursday.
Prospective Senator-elect Rick Scott has been quick and decisive in mobilizing formidable legal forces to defend what he, of course, considers an upset victory he spent vast amounts of his own fortune pulling together to oust longtime Democrat incumbent Bill Nelson. Scott minced no words telling Fox,
“They found 78,000 new votes since Election Day, two days ago, in Broward County, and 15,000 more votes in Palm Beach, we don’t know how many more votes that they are going to come up with, but it sure appears that they are going to find as many votes as they can to win the election. So, I have asked the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to do an investigation. We filed a lawsuit, we are going to fight this, and we are going to win.”
Scott is by no means bluffing, having already assembled a squad of crack veterans of the Bush-Gore electoral debacle of yesteryear to fight tooth and nail to defend his theoretical victory, and likely by extension the equally closely contested gubernatorial race hypothetically won by fellow upstart Republican Ron DeSantis, who zealously embraced Trump to win at the polls.
Brenda’s Many Misadventures
Here’s the thing; Republicans have a real prospect of hitting serious pay dirt in these investigations.
As someone who’s quite literally had to live with Brenda Snipes’ incompetency, bias, or both for over a decade – since she took the reins after her predecessor was fired for gross illegal misconduct – the Broward official has a *long* history of being absolutely terrible at her job (deliberately or not is up for debate). Our faithful Floridian publication the Sun Sentinel lists off a few with ample sourcing;
- A court ruled she had broken election lawwhen she destroyed ballots from the 2016 election 12 months after it, instead of the 22 months required by federal law.
- A medical marijuana amendment was left off some ballotsin 2016.
- Election results in the 2016 primary were posted on the elections office’s website before polls closed, another violation of election law.
- In 2012, almost 1,000 uncounted ballots were discovered a week after the election
- In 2004, some 58,000 mail-in ballots were not deliveredto voters, leaving election officials to scramble to send new ones.
- And now, after days passed in which Snipes could not or would not say how many ballots remained to be counted, and failed to give regular updates to the state every 45 minutes as required by law, she was hit with a lawsuit by Scott’s Senatecampaign and the National Republican Senate Committee demanding she inform the public how many votes remained to be counted.
Scott’s press for electoral transparency to preserve his victory’s narrow thin margin already appears to be uncovering appallingly clear mismanagement (truly a shocker…) with local publication the Miami Herald breaking late tonight,
Broward’s elections supervisor accidentally mixed more than a dozen rejected ballots with nearly 200 valid ones, a circumstance that is unlikely to help Brenda Snipes push back against Republican allegations of incompetence.
The mistake — for which no one had a solution Friday night — was discovered after Snipes agreed to present 205 provisional ballots to the Broward County canvassing board for inspection. She had initially intended to handle the ballots administratively but agreed to present them to the canvassing board after Republican attorneys objected.
With Snipes already appearing to be caught with her hand in the ballot box yet again merely a day into what will no doubt develop into a weeks’ if not months’ long struggle; one has to wonder what a truly thorough investigation of the longstanding disaster of a bureaucratic office might uncover.
Hell… I wonder if my ballot even got counted.
Makes you wonder how many illegal aliens and dead people may have voted.
This is right out of socialist 3td world countries. Its severe voter fraud and should be dealt with all that can be done. Sniped should be arrested along with anyone who brought in the “missing” ballots. Someone will talk then.
Send the Federal Marshals down there and seize all of the ballots and secure the facility. Sit Brenda in a chair and keep her under observation. It’s time that Broward County be called to accountability for their apparent voter fraud.
It looks to me that to many criminals don’t get what they deserve. Not only on this gross voter fraud, but on uncountable cases at federal, state, and local levels. My first conclusion is that the justice system needs a heavy review.
how can they recount when thousands of ballots were destroyed and replaced with dems corrupt ballots. the election should be called as it was first called. i would not take any ballots from there with all the corruption. maybe next time the dems can find someone honest to do this {if they have any honest people left} its just terrible what the dems are trying to do, . that corrupt dem and her staff have to be locked up for filling out fake ballots. what the dems are trying to do will ruin this country, time to put a stop to it and lock these aholes up
The incompetence in this case is purposeful. To hide the real illegal activity, which is massive ballot box stuffing, they are creating chaos by not following procedures and picking fights with people who are in a position to do oversight. This is a classic espionage technique.
The Federal Marshalls should be sent in to to confiscate all ballots and all election personnel in that office arrested for voter fraud. All ballots should be verified against registered voters lists and those lists verified that all voters are legal citizens and properly registered.
Why isn’t this democrat criminal in jail? If this were a republican accused of this voter fraud there would be mobs of thugs protesting for the person to be arrested. Funny how the lying media doesn’t mention a word about this, simply because it is a democrat being the criminal.
Brenda, it is time to resign. Just go quietly. Retire in court.
Brenda, take Andrew, Ben and all the lunatic voters and go away.
Snipes actions; comingling the ballots already rejected with good ballots means that there is no way to determine the valid votes now! Just one point. There are more violations of the election laws to demand that those involved be prosecuted and jailed. Then revote or invalidate the whole process from these two districts!
All Americans are subject to damage because of voter fraud in Fla.
Why does this leftist bastion in southeast Florida always have trouble with arithmetic.
It is obvious Snipes is a partisan individual who has used her position for partisan purposes. She should be prosecuted but she is a black woman and nobody will have the guts to prosecute her and be
charged with being a racist.
Snipes should have been charged, tried and if convicted jailed for her part in the voter fraud issue, further she should never be allowed near a voting precinct again, except to vote her own ballot, much less supervise the county elections. Either the National Guard, US Military. State Police or some other nonpolitical group be brought into monitor and make sure the vote is not tampered with. Any time a ballot is touched by a human they monitor should be there.
