World Swimming Organization Bans Transgender Swimmers Beyond Age 12
FINA (Fédération internationale de natation), the governing body for international swimming events has instituted a new policy for transgendered swimmers. They have released a 24 page policy document.
No male swimmer will be allowed to enter women’s competitions unless they “transitioned” to female before the age of 12.
This means that Lia Thomas, the transgender man who claims to be a woman, is banned from women’s swimming.
FINA has proposed an “open competition” category that will allow transgendered athletes to compete.
Transgendered men are also welcome to compete as men, unless
“For the disciplines of Water Polo and High Diving, the athlete must provide to FINA an assumption of risk form signed and dated by the athlete or if the athlete is a minor, by their legal proxy” or “All athletes who are undergoing treatment involving testosterone or other anabolic substances as part of female-to-male genderaffirming hormone treatment are required to obtain a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) for that treatment in accordance with the FINA Doping Control Rules.”
As best I can tell, this is actually a good and fair solution to the problem. The number of males “transitioned” before age 12 Is tiny. (This is child abuse, but beside the point at the moment). They would not have had the surge of testosterone-generated growth of a normal teenage boy. Given the infrequency of elite level swimmers in the general population, the odds of someone fitting into this category and being allowed to compete are small.
So they have managed to completely eliminate the problem, while conforming to the “woke” B.S. and actually respecting the science.

These people are mentally sick. What they need is not a trophy, but a rubber room at an insane asylum. The wacky left has pushed this sick behavior on our children. Both those teaching and pushing it and those play acting in it are all nuts and they need to be told so instead of being coddled for play acting in sick behavior.
Previous to 1973, all gay Americans were considered mentally defective. Amazingly, this defect affects every culture on the planet and a few in the animal world as well, as I have to imagine that God intended. Transgenderism has a similar history. In all cases, troglodytes like Rick still have their fears and lash out against anyone who is different which they consider to be a defect.
Sorry Rick, we all can’t be like you, some of us are just more enlightened, but we forgive you for your trespass and hope you can learn to be more inclusive versus the divisive path you are on.

There are more scriptures about this too Ben. I guess you never took the time to read your bible. If I offended you, I am sorry. If you want to dabble in the sickness, go for it. But, just remember, satan is the ruler of this world and he wants nothing more than to destroy you and kill you. Also, we will all have to stand before Yahuwah and be judged for the things we do in this life that He gave us by the way. Good luck on your enlightened path.

Is your life as a queer so unfulfilling that you feel the need to try and force others to accept your sickness instead of just enjoying your sickness behind your bedroom door. I don’t remember Jesus lashing out at the gays. He accepted so many that others found abhorrent in the eyes of God. Others like you. As far as I am concerned, two consenting adults doing no harm to others, how can I judge? I can judge their actions, as I can with you as well. Grooming, pederasty (the “gayness” the Bible often returns to since it is what the writers actually knew and were referring to), I would judge as very bad actions. But not two consenting adults. Who am I to judge?
You seem to rationalize your judgement on The Bible. Yet it’s not a commandment. And it is your interpretation based on the advise and translation of Biblical experts. I get it. That is your right to feel that way. But if you take one action to make your judgement take effect, I would condemn that action too. I see no demons, public displays of perversion, the devil, or any other overt evil. My judgement here is acceptance.
Yes, the Bible is the word of God. As translated by men. The gay community, and other experts, disagree with your translation, and point out that the word, homosexual, wasn’t in use until the late 1800’s but somehow is in the forefront of your translations, kind of a modern twist on an old text.
All I can say is I have a number of gay friends, and except for that difference, they are the exact same as you and I or as different as you and I, but in an OK way. Good to be different. They have stable relationships, frankly less breakups than my hetero friends which might just be coincidence, but it’s an anecdote
