Durham’s Investigation Produces Indictment, Confirms Clintons’ Guilt
Cybersecurity lawyer Michael Sussmann was indicted this week as part of former Attorney General John Durham’s investigation into Democrats’ mishandling of the Trump-Russia collusion probe.
According to the 27-page indictment, Sussmann lied to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016 when he presented a thumb drive purporting to reveal links between the Trump Organization and a Russian bank known as Alfa Bank.
As confirmed by Baker during 2018 hearing, Sussmann claimed he was not doing this work “for any client.” In reality, Sussmann and his law firm, Perkins Coie, were actively working for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Sussmann’s claim “led the General Counsel to understand that Sussmann was providing information as a good citizen rather than a paid advocate or political operative,” wrote the Justice Department.
His lie was “material,” added prosecutors, “becuase, among other reasons, Sussmann’s false statement misled the FBI general counsel and other FBI personnel concerning the political nature of his work and deprived the FBI of information that might have permitted it more fully to assess and uncover the origins of the relevant data and technical analysis, including the identities and motivations of Sussmann’s clients.”
Sussmann’s meeting with Baker prompted an FBI investigation into the Trump-Alfa allegation, which was purposefully leaked to the media. Keep in mind this is around the same time Perkins Coie paid research company Fusion GPS to produce a series of slanderous reports (AKA the “Steele dossier) that were treated as evidence by Democrats as they pushed the Trump-Russia collusion narrative.
Sussmann’s attorneys, Michael Bosworth and Sean Berkowitz, claim their client shared data with the FBI in the interest of national security. “Regardless of who Mr. Sussmann’s clients were, or even if he had no clients at all, none of that would have mattered.”
Sussmann’s clients matter a great deal in this case and it seems obvious that he lied to Baker in hopes of triggering an investigation that would harm Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and therefore benefit his client, Hillary Clinton.
Furthermore, the indictment traces the Trump-Alfa claim to a cybersecurity expert (another one of Sussmann’s clients) who had been hoping to earn a top spot in the Clinton Administration.
“The narrow Sussmann indictment opens another window on a far greater offense,” notes The Wall Street Journal. “Which was the Clinton team and the media’s dirty trick against US democracy. The indictment alleges that Mr. Elias [a lawyer at Perkins Coie] kept Clinton campaign officials informed about the scam, including the ‘campaign manager, communications director, and foreign policy advisor.’”

John Durham was selected by then-Attorney General William Barr in May 2019 to take a closer look at the origins of the FBI’s Trump-Russia investigation and to reveal suspected crimes committed by intelligence officials. The charge against Sussmann comes as Durham nears a deadline to complete his investigation and decide whether to seek charges regarding the mishandling of evidence.
Sussmann resigned Thursday in order to focus on his upcoming legal defense.

Lawyer indicted on charges of lying to FBI as part of Durham probe into Trump-Russia investigation
The killery cartel will take action. Remember Epstein?
You mean the Epstein of whom Trump said: “I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy,” Mr. Trump told New York magazine. “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”
Man, that really never gets old; thanks for being the straight man!
But wait, there’s more…..rumor has it that Epstein introduced Trump to Melania, 24 years younger than Don, she’s young enough to be his daughter. Matter of fact, Melania was only seven years older than Don’s youngest child. Of course, he cheated on Melania with Stormy, she’s 32-years his younger which is younger than Don’s daughter. So, if we review the pecking, and I mean it, order: Don is three years older than wife one against whom he cheated with Malia, 17 years his junior, and wife two. Then he marries someone 24 years younger and cheats on her with someone 34 years younger. Don was born in 1946, grew up in the 60’s. Melania was born in 1970 and she read about the 60’s.
thanks again for playing the straight man, I gotta tell you, this never gets old :>)
As to the actual subject: no, I really doubt Hill will kill over this, as much as you adore violence. And independent of how guilty he is, Durham has not exactly found a smoking gun, so he dropped to the lying to the FBI offense, which, in Trump world, demands an immediate pardon. Papadopoulos, guilty of lying – pardoned. van der Zwaan, guilty of lying – pardoned. Flynn, guilty of lying – pardoned. Stone, guilty of lying – pardoned. Apparently, lying is an very good defense to be able to be pardoned. Especially if deemed a witch hunt.
I say — lock em up, lock em up. All of them, both sides of the aisle.
Yeah that guy. Nice try. But Trump banned Epstein from his club in Florida after getting a read on his character. I once had a high opinion of a friend. But later I found out that he was a child molester. That friendship came crashing down. We have all known people that turned out to be scum. Like when I found out that my fishing buddy is a commiecrat. We still go fishing but he has to buy the bait
Yeah, in 2008, after 21 years of Trump idolizing Epstein, and literally the night before Epstein pleads guilty in 2008 in FL for paying for a 14-year old, and only after Epstein hit on a Mara Largo member’s underage daughter, but over two years after Epstein had been indicted for prostitution with minors, and from Mara Largo, where Epstein had been an honored dues-paying member of Mara Largo.
And if you think Don didn’t know a decade earlier what was Epstein’s specialty, I can refer you to a bunch of Trump quotes that say different.
FYI – there’s nothing illegal with being a Democrat. Immoral maybe, but that’s God’s call. I think there is something illegal, immoral, and just plain freakin wrong with Epstein, his behavior had been out of control for decades when Trump called him “a terrific guy.”
So, if you are saying Hillary killed Epstein, to protect Bill, but Don…….no Don is innocent as hell and as soon as he caught the smallest whiff of a skunk he did the brave thing. He asked him to leave and took no further action. Is that what you do to a person that hits on a 14-year old at your house; you politely ask him to leave and not return? And if you have known that for a decade, this is the straw the breaks the camel’s back? Like it’s OK over there, but not at my house?
My point is your allegation against Hillary is ridiculous and, easily, you could fit the Don into the same role of murderer that you have ascribed to Hillary. And after all, the Don’s name is etched on the tombstones of over 680,000 Americans, more than that of the Spanish flu. More than any War. More important, at a much higher rate than the vast majority of industrialized, modern, nations. I think if we had them both in a line-up, one looks much more like a killer than the other based on the history of their actions.
If we lined up all the dead, it would stretch in a solid line from New York City to Chicago Illinois. Without Trump, only a portion of them would have died. Half or less would have died if we acted like Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Israel, Canada. About 75% less if we acted like Denmark, Finland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, and many, many more. When it comes to death, we are not in the top ten, but we are number 22 out of 184 countries —— with number 1 being the worst. That’s like saying either we killed ourselves, we got some really bad advice, or both. It was totally on Don’s watch with his prime objective being defense of the nation. He is a killer at his job, no doubt, according to the numbers, according to his actions or lack thereof.
Thus I rate your “killory” allegation in this respect: BUSTED. Doesn’t make sense she would do this for Bill, she was basically out of office, her race to the White House was over, and frankly, she is overshadowed by a known murderer who one time banned Epstein for being Epstein on his property offending his paying guests. Bigger motive, better suspect, same level of investigation.
I don’t give a rat’s ass about killery. She’s old news and her political career is over. Even her crowd knows by now that she’s a nutcase. As for someone hitting on kids in my house, I would probably be in jail because of them. Especially if they were my kids I would be proud to become a convicted felon over my kids
Hey, you brought her up, not me. “The killery cartel will take action. Remember Epstein?” You really need to think before you type….. And then, maybe after…..
I thought the same about jail. No joke, there would be things broken, and police would be present. That shit can’t pass. But Trump probably just had his security usher Epstein out after decades of allowing him in and turning a blind eye, even acknowledging his predilections apparently not able or willing to predict his next performance. Hell, Don’s robbed more than one cradle in his life; perhaps all of legal age but ewe….34-years younger….for a few flings….ewe, just ewe.
Probably? You’re the one looking for proof. And yes, I firmly believe that killery has blood on her hands. And yes, she visited Epstein island. Probably to try out a new strap on. Can’t prove shit about her but there’s too much coincidence. And a lot of bodies. But we will never know. But the man upstairs has a judgment day coming. For us all
not to mention Trump’s grabass and lewd remarks about his own daughter…
The more the kin the deeper in
Well you be the king of coincidence, closet case.
Seems like pretty weak results for a multi-year investigation. I’d bet it gets dropped for lack of evidence (like almost all legal action instigated in Trump’s name).
Dropped by rino deep state assholes
That would be your homies, right?
No, he’s not deep, no depth at all.
