Democrat Prosecutor Shields Democrat Election Worker in Election Fraud Case
November 2024 is less than three months away and America continues to learn of election fraud by Democrats, reported from those states that have seriously pursued election integrity. In Harris County, Texas, a Democrat election worker was caught sabotaging the voting process in Republican precincts. But the county’s chief prosecutor, also a Democrat, has come up with an excuse to deny that he engaged in election fraud.
On Tuesday (August 14), The Gateway Pundit reported that Democrat election worker Darryl Blackburn of Harris County (TX) was charged with 6 felonies related to his role in rigging the 2022 midterm election. The charges brought against Blackburn are for crimes of tampering and theft that resulted in paper ballot shortage at 119 polling locations across Harris County on election day.
Despite evidence proving that Blackburn sabotaged the ballots, the Democrat District Attorney Kim Ogg has cleared him of any intentional attempt to sabotage the midterm election in the country. Her office has found cover for Blackburn’s actions in that the suspect worked a full-time job on the election day in addition to his election duty and thus was so overworked that he ended up with “lazy blanket allocation” of ballot paper. As reported in Houston Public Media:
Ogg emphasized that investigators found no evidence that Blackburn intended to impact the outcome of the 2022 election or impact the election in general. Ogg said no other charges are pending, and added that this marks the end of the investigation.
Reporting on the case, Covering Katy News wrote that the problem with the election in Harris County began when Democrats on the Commissioners Court handed the control of administering the elections to an unelected elections administrator instead of the elected county clerk. The story noted:
Blackburn worked for two different elections administrators, who were appointed by the Democratic-controlled Harris County Commissioners Court.
Ogg admitted that Blackburn’s actions have led to erosion of public trust in the Harris County election system.
In related news about the battle for election integrity, the Republican National Committee (RNC) and Republican lawmakers from the Arizona legislature filed an emergency appeal in the Supreme Court last week to allow the state enforcement of its proof-of-citizenship voter registration requirement in the 2024 election. Arizona passed the election integrity law in 2022 to require documented proof of citizenship for voting in elections. But the Biden administration along with other left-wing activist groups challenged the law in a federal court.
After a legal battle, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals first ruled in favor of the Republicans seeking to enforce the law but later flipped and ruled against it, leading the Republicans to the Supreme Court. On Thursday (August 15), 24 states filed an amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to uphold Arizona’s law requirement for proof of citizenship for voting in elections. The coalition is led by Attorneys General from KS and WV.
Democrats have been fighting the proof-of-citizenship requirement to open the ballot to non-citizens who otherwise would not be eligible to vote. On Wednesday (August 14), the Secretary of State of Alabama found 3000 registered voters, who were non-citizens, and ordered their removal from state voter rolls.

And yet the left insists it isn’t happening… They are a disgrace.
