New Report Obama’s CIA “Trump-Russia” Connection Was Corrupt from the Start

According to reports by the NY Post, a new CIA review of the Obama administration’s spy agencies’ assessment that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election to help Donald Trump was deliberately corrupted by then-CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey, and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. The bombshell review says the three Obama-era officials were “excessively involved” in  drafting the original allegation of “collusion” and rushed its completion in a “chaotic,” “atypical,” and “markedly unconventional” process, which raised questions of a “potential political motive.”

Further, Brennan’s decision to include the discredited Steele dossier, over the objections of the CIA’s most senior Russia experts, “undermined the credibility” of the assessment.

The “Tradecraft Review of the 2016 Intelligence Community Assessment [ICA] on Russian Election Interference” was conducted by career professionals at the CIA’s Directorate of Analysis and was commissioned by current CIA Director John Ratcliffe back in May of this year.

Ratcliff’s “lessons-learned review” found that, on December 6, 2016, six weeks before his presidency ended, Barack Obama ordered the assessment, which concluded that Russian President Vladimir Putin “aspired” to help Trump win the election.

The review identified “multiple procedural anomalies” that undermined the credibility of the ICA, including “a highly compressed production timeline, stringent compartmentation, and excessive involvement of agency heads.”

It also questioned the exclusion of key intelligence agencies and said media leaks may have influenced analysts to conform to a false narrative of Trump-Russia collusion.

“The rushed timeline to publish both classified and unclassified versions before the presidential transition raised questions about a potential political motive behind the White House tasking and timeline.”

The review found that Brennan directed the compilation of the ICA and that his, Comey’s, and Clapper’s “direct engagement in the ICA’s development was highly unusual in both scope and intensity” and ”risked stifling analytic debate.”

Brennan handpicked the CIA analysts to compile the ICA and involved only the ODNI, CIA, FBI, and NSA, excluding 13 of the then-17 intelligence agencies.

He sidelined the National Intelligence Council and forced the inclusion of the discredited Steele dossier despite objections of the authors and senior CIA Russia experts so as to push a false narrative that Russia secured Trump’s 2016 victory.

“This was Obama, Comey, Clapper, and Brennan deciding, ‘We’re going to screw Trump,'” said Ratcliffe speaking to the Post in an exclusive interview.

“It was, ‘We’re going to create this and put the imprimatur of an IC assessment in a way that nobody can question it.’ They stamped it as Russian collusion and then classified it so nobody could see it.

Ratcliff added that the “direct engagement” of agency heads Brennan, Comey, and Clapper in the ICA’s development was “highly unusual in both scope and intensity. This exceptional level of senior involvement likely influenced participants, altered normal review processes, and ultimately compromised analytic rigor.

Hearts, donations, and prayers to the folks in Texas and hope they find what to blame so they can fix it. Speaking of blame…..

Amazing that Trump devotee and CIA head Ratcliffe that saw nothing but fraud In the Russian collusion, said so in Congress, said so for years, it’s therefore just amazing that he found fault in the Russian Investigation as he always said he would. Is this the same guy that found then lost the Epstein client list? No revenge and retribution here, we’re just bending the light so you can now see the truth of what was there, really isn’t. Further bending the light so that what was not there, now is.
The report does not dispute the data showing Russia favored the election of Trump, worked to rig our elections towards Trump and that Team Trump welcomed the efforts. But no collusion proved. Still. Yet Russia did attempt to rig the election towards Trump and Trump welcomed the help. Just could not prove collusion. Yes, the bank was robbed, Trump cheered, but can’t find his finger on the trigger.
There have been four or more Congressional and Department-level investigations into the investigation, at least two by the House and two by the Senate. Most found fault, but not to the degree of indictment. The FBI’s review concurred and process changes were made to fix.

This guy got a group of analysts that report to him to issue an 8-page report in less than two months that basically dovetails with the previous four reports, some of which are bipartisan, some by Republicans alone. Just amazing work that the guy’s guys found what the guy asked for that everyone else found when looking at the same data.

The Durham Report, a 900 plus page treatise, screamed foul, but yielded two acquittals and one guilty plea for changing an email to make Carter Page look worse than he did. Wray was not on the job for most of the allegations and had put corrective measures in for most as well before the report came out. Durham makes no mention of collusion between department heads as the new 8-page report championed by a guy who already has the conclusion and was therefore completed in less than two months does.

“Obama’s Trump-Russia collusion report was corrupt from start: CIA review” which the author parrots so well. Politico said: “The 2020 Senate Intelligence Committee report had 200 witnesses, over 1 million reviewed documents, was released by the committee which was chaired by Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio who stated that national security should never be a partisan issue. It contradicts the new report and the new report does not contradict it:

This new review, which is a tradecraft review, found the same or similar outages previously reported, and fixed, within the FBI. Here’s the actual review:

It’s good to review, to audit, to look for root causes for improvement. We can probably find better things to do with our time and money than beating a dead horse. Like getting better weather forecasts for life-with-climate-change and maybe a few sirens in flood prone areas in Texas. The town next to Kerrville had sirens: *https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/deadly-texas-floods-one-town-warning-siren-rcna217202* Like this story, the important part is to assign blame to what caused our failure and fix it. Not beat dead horses like this review.

Dunger I’m sure that you realize that there was no Russian collusion. Believe me, the crooked special prosecutor would have found it. And the people who started that witch hunt should go to jail. Weaponized prosecutors should be ended. It’s really funny. The democrats are too stupid to get Trump. So get over it. Dumbass!!

Willie Whacker: I think the guy who names himself after his penis might think twice before throwing the dung around like a monkey in a cage. I spell my name: danger. And you can’t. Apparently.

Mueller did not find collusion. I said that above if you were smart enough to read.

Mueller also said one reason was that everyone lied. And Trump pardoned all his lying team members, all the 1/6 cop beating, Capital pissing n defecating felons. You know, your dungy friends no doubt.

The “crooked special prosecutor” was a Republican appointed first by Bush but worked during Trump too after appointment by Trump’s appointment in DOJ. Therefore, I do not believe you.

I have no issue with punishing criminals by the rule of law. I have severe problems with your concept of law, fairness, and the American way. Then again, Limp Willie, I don’t really think much about a guy who names himself after his penis. Sorry for the small, flaccid, joke.

Ok Dunger. You’re hung up on 1/6. So why are democrats threatening violence and talking of charging the White House? It’s been reported in the news. And it’s said that they are frustrated with their commiecrat so called lawmakers because they aren’t smart enough to stop Trump. What’s next? Another civil war? That would be a bad idea since you fools failed to disarm us. And nobody on the left condemns the attacks on the patriots who’s serving as ICE agents. So keep at it. I’m going to apply for a job with ICE. If I’m not too old. Past 40 could be.
