Trans Woman Charged For Exposing “Himself” in Girl’s Locker Room

&NewLine;<p>An Ohio transsexual who identifies as a &&num;8220&semi;woman&&num;8221&semi; has been charged with indecent exposure after allegedly brandishing his manhood in a women&&num;8217&semi;s locker room with girls present&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The man who was masquerading as a woman in a YMCA women&&num;8217&semi;s locker room has been charged with indecent exposure&comma; signaling a possible prioritization of common sense over ideology&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Local TV station WHIO reported that complaints from real women at the YMCA center in Xenia began to pile up&comma; accusing 31-year-old Darren Glines of various improprieties&comma; but virtually all on the same theme&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The complaints&comma; which go back to 2021&comma; were filed by people who &&num;8220&semi;reported seeing a naked male in the female&&num;8217&semi;s locker room&comma;&&num;8221&semi; with three little girls present in one instance&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Xenia City Council President William Urschel echoed one of the complaints in a recent Green County Tea Party meeting that one woman who complained &&num;8220&semi;went to the front desk and said&comma; &&num;8216&semi;Hey&comma; I don&&num;8217&semi;t know if you know what&&num;8217&semi;s going on&comma; but there&&num;8217&semi;s a naked man in there&period;'&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Urschel suggested that the woman had been told in response&comma; &&num;8220&semi;&&num;8216&semi;No&comma; this is actually a woman and &&num;8230&semi; you shouldn&&num;8217&semi;t be disturbed by this&period;'&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Greene County mother told another local affiliate&comma;&nbsp&semi; WLWT&comma; that she was &&num;8220&semi;upset&&num;8221&semi; and &&num;8220&semi;shaken&&num;8221&semi; after Glines&comma; of Fairborn&comma; allegedly exposed himself to her and her 13-year-old and 16-year-old daughters&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Despite brandishing at least one piece of rather obvious evidence to the contrary&comma; Glines allegedly told the concerned mother he was&comma; in fact&comma; a woman&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The mother reportedly found no help from the director of the YMCA&comma; who indicated Glines and men like him couldn&&num;8217&semi;t be stopped from entering women&&num;8217&semi;s spaces&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The YMCA of Greater Dayton doubled down in support of male members in women&&num;8217&semi;s locker rooms&comma; writing in a recent statement&comma; &&num;8220&semi;Under no circumstance will we investigate an individual&&num;8217&semi;s birth identity and then assign individuals to locker rooms&period; That would be counter to the law&comma; counter to respect for all people&comma; and it is not who or what we are as an organization&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The organization told WLWT that the &&num;8220&semi;Greater Dayton YMCA adheres to Ohio and Federal laws and antidiscrimination laws which allow all members access to its facilities and programs&comma; regardless of religion&comma; national origin&comma; race&comma; color&comma; sex&comma; age&comma; disability&comma; gender identity&comma; or sexual orientation&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Local resident and real woman Kim Coates&nbsp&semi;told&nbsp&semi;WHIO&comma; &&num;8220&semi;I&&num;8217&semi;m not judging nobody&comma; that&&num;8217&semi;s not my business&comma; but that&&num;8217&semi;s a family place&period; &&num;8230&semi; It doesn&&num;8217&semi;t make me feel comfortable or at a safe place&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Despite the Y’s lenient attitude towards Glines letting it all hang out in the lady’s locker room&comma; The Journal-News reported that Glines&comma; who calls himself Rachel&comma; was charged in Xenia Municipal Court with three counts of public indecency for exposing himself in September&comma; November&comma; and on a third occasion with kids present&comma; all fourth-degree misdemeanor charges&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>City Council President Urschel&comma; affiliated with the Republican Party&comma; indicated that if the city is successful in prosecuting Glines&comma; it may bring legal action against the YMCA for aiding and abetting the alleged crimes&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Of course&comma; Democrats take a different view of Glines indecent acts&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Democrats lashed out at Urschel after he appeared to suggest that women and girls shouldn&&num;8217&semi;t be subjected to indecencies to sate the ideological ambitions of social constructivists&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Kim McCarthy&comma; chair of the Greene County Democratic Party&comma; called Urschel&&num;8217&semi;s stance &&num;8220&semi;extremely disappointing&comma;&&num;8221&semi; suggesting that he should turn his focus elsewhere&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
