Corrupt Liberal Judge in MI Charged with Embezzlement from Disabled People
She was handed the responsibility to hold wrongdoers accountable; but she used her position as an opportunity to steal money from the most vulnerable members of society – the incapacitated. Meet Andrea Bradley-Baskin, the 36th District Probate Court Judge of Michigan, who has been charged with embezzlement along with her co-conspirators.
On Friday (January 30), the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced criminal charges against Judge Andrea Bradley-Baskin and three other individuals, all Detroit residents, for embezzling money from incapacitated individuals in a scheme that lasted years. The judge’s 72-year-old father Avery Bradley, an attorney, is also among the other three charged with embezzlement. The DOJ press release states:
Nancy Williams, 59, Avery Bradley, 72, Andrea Bradley-Baskin, 46, and Dwight Rashad, 69, all Detroit residents, were charged via indictment with conspiracy to commit wire fraud. The indictment also charges Bradley with one count of wire fraud, Bradley, Bradley-Baskin, and Rashad with several counts of money laundering, and Bradley-Baskin with a single count of making a false statement to federal law enforcement agent.
Of the many instances of embezzlement, one cited as an example in the DOJ release and media reports includes Judge Bradley-Baskin’s purchase of ownership stake in a local bar using $70,000 of the money stolen from incapacitated wards. In another case, she used the embezzled money to pay lease on a new car, a Ford Expedition, for herself.
Citing Wood TV 8 as their source, The Midwesterner reported (February 4) that Judge Bradley-Baskin faces a maximum of 45 years in prison if convicted on call charges. The story also mentioned the political association of the judge, i.e. with the Democratic Party. Her 2024 election campaign has pictures of her with prominent Democrats endorsing and promoting her. Though she ran as a non-partisan candidate for the judge’s office, a campaign strategy to baffle partisan voters, she was endorsed by many liberal/Democrat groups and officials. The liberal organization Blue Voter Guide that promotes liberals/Democrats described Bradley-Baskin as: “Espouses progressive values. Rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Detroit Bar Association.”
Tosca Austen, writer and conservative social media influencer, commented on Bradley-Baskin’s indictment as she wrote on her X page: “This is what happens when left-wing activists slip into robes instead of roles of accountability.”
America-First conservative Hunter Eagleman, a retired homicide detective, called for Bradley-Baskin to be locked up for decades.

His entire life, before PBP, was doing things other than journalism, or opinion.

It was a profession with college degrees and official press credentials.” And he suggests: “If journalism is going to survive as a profession — not just a hashtag — it needs boundaries, higher standards, and especially a clear definition. “
Or you can brand it “extreme free speech” even if it looks like shoddy journalism and extremism.

Except: In September 2025, a former Republican Charleston County magistrate judge, Ronald Gosnell, was arrested and subsequently indicted on charges of possessing child sexual abuse material. He resigned in September 2025. Hmm,
Another Republican office holder in SC, RJ May, resigned before pleading guilty in 3q25 for what prosecutors called a “five-day child pornography spree” in the spring of 2024. Court documents described in graphic detail how he allegedly used the screen name “joebidennnn69” to exchange 220 different files of toddlers and young children on the Kik social media network. No wonder Joe had to drop from the race. (I wonder if Dempsey concluded Joe was a pedo after that and all dems are pedos therefore.)
Hey, break the law, you deserve the punishment, and sometimes, like this one, the crime is egregious, and if found guilty, the fullest extent of the punishment will never cover these really bad acts. These are the types of left leaning activist judges running our judicial system. They have been corrupted by Joe Biden’s 4 years of lawlessness in holding criminals accountable.
