<p>It is quite impressive, I asked it to synthesize an article from three links, and it did a decent job. I asked it to translate a Renaissance poem into modern English. It did it. I was really amazed at the power exhibited from this technology.</p>



<p>But it has a sharp liberal bias just like everything else coming out of Big Tech at the moment. In my friend George&#8217;s words &#8220;it&#8217;s programmed to be a Marxist.&#8221;</p>



<p>As an experiment. I sent the same request to gather information about Joe Biden on PBP versus Politico. We at PBP certainly admit (and state it on the site) that PBP leans conservative. </p>



<p>But ChatGPT doesn&#8217;t seem to realize how left leaning Politico is. &#8220;Objective and accurate reporting&#8221;? Yes, that is what ChatGPT&#8217;s masters in California might think. Anyone who reads their headlines daily, like I do, should know better. (By the way, ChatGPT cited the proven fake Russian investigation as a shining example of unbiased political reporting &#8211; and later admitted that it had information that Politico might possibly have left leaning bias.)</p>

Instead is says &#8220;Trump has also continued to promote false claims of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election, which he lost to Joe Biden.&#8221; Interesting judgement there buddy, I though you said you had no biases and didn&#8217;t have the ability to fact check.</p>



<p>And this is the scary part of such powerful technology &#8211; the built in biases put there by its creators. </p>



<p>As this makes its way into schools (and it will) our children will be subject to more and more politically biased thinking &#8211; all the while being told it is &#8220;objective.&#8221; Another tool of the liberal left.</p>
