
<p>Democrats are breaking laws and shredding ethical codes left and right without showing any remorse when caught and found guilty. This month has brought yet another outbreak of crime among leftist officials – judges and lawmakers – in different states across the country.</p>



<p>On December 8, the Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a press release announcing the arrest of Sharon Henderson, elected Democrat of the Georgia House of Representatives, for stealing public funds. Her arrest came after she was charged by a federal grand jury with 2 counts of theft of government funds and 10 counts of making false statements.</p>



<p>Henderson had illegally collected about $18000 in pandemic unemployment funds in the first two years of the COVID-19 health emergency using multiple false statements, including 8 such documented lies after she was sworn in to represent District 113 of GA in the State House. She was not charged or arrested throughout the Democrat administration of Biden and Harris.</p>



<p>The same day as Henderson’s arrest, Democrat councilman Gerald Dixon of Ohio was arrested on charges of sexual abuse of children. But unsurprisingly, he was sworn to serve his second term on the Whitehall City Council literally hours after he was released from police custody following his arrest. <em>The Columbus Dispatch</em> reported that Dixon was charged with sexually abusing at least 8 boys since 1996. While the investigation into his crimes was launched in 2020, he was not arrested or charged until now.</p>



<p>Dixon refuses to step down from his council seat, arguing that he is not convicted yet.</p>



<p>Then there are these Democrat judges who haven’t been behaving themselves very well, not in line with law or code of conduct, something that won’t surprise the readers here. On December 11, <em>The Advocate</em> reported that Judge Tiffany Foxworth-Roberts of Baton Rouge, LA, has been kicked off the bench by the Louisiana Supreme Court. In a 4-3 vote, the state’s Supreme Court decided to remove the elected Democrat judge for essentially being a serial liar. The story wrote:</p>



<p><em>Members of the Louisiana Judiciary Commission recommended that the Supreme Court strip her of her title after they said she lied about her military service, an insurance claim for roughly $40,000 and more.</em></p>



<p>Foxworth-Roberts was also ordered to pay $9,500 as reimbursement for the cost of the investigation. Highlighting the range of her lying, <em>Daily Mail</em> ran the story on December 13 under the title “Female judge&#8217;s career ends in disgrace after she lied that she&#8217;d taken part in Operation Desert Storm aged SIXTEEN.” The removal of Foxworth-Roberts was based on her questionable honesty and integrity – qualities that are required of a judge, even a liberal one.</p>



<p>But the guilty verdict of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan in WI casts doubt on the character of leftist activist judges who go out of their way to serve their political agenda instead of serving justice from the bench. On Thursday (December 18), Dugan was found guilty of felony obstruction as she had helped an illegal alien from Mexico to escape federal agents. As reported in the <em>New York</em> <em>Post</em> (December 19):</p>



<p><em>Dugan was busted in April on felony obstruction and misdemeanor charges after she helped Mexican national Eduardo Flores-Ruiz and his lawyer sneak out a back jury door when ICE agents showed up at the courthouse to detain him, prosecutors said.</em></p>



<p>Dugan’s team was cited telling that they had planned their defense ahead of the verdict and they are going to clear her name and show she did nothing wrong.</p>



<p>Now don’t expect Democrats to show any remorse for standing with the illegal aliens in the country against the federal law enforcement that is working to clear American soil of them. Instead, Democrat Senator Dick Durbin of IL was seen the other day threatening federal immigration officials with consequences once Trump is not the President anymore.</p>
