Was FBI's Lead Investigator on Clinton Email Investigation Bought Off for $500,000?

Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe – a longtime Clinton ally – leads a political action committee that donated over $500,000 to the 2015 State Senate campaign of Dr. Jill McCabe.

Jill’s husband Andrew works alongside James Comey as the Deputy Director for the FBI, and he just so happened to be the man in charge of the investigation into Hillary’s use of a private email server.

While the details of this story certainly make for a juicy accusation, the fact of the matter is that McAuliffe can’t see into the future. He donated money to McCabe’s campaign because he wanted that Senate seat – or so the Dems want us to believe.

In that same 2015 election, McAuliffe also donated money to Dan Gecker, a Chesterfield County supervisor who years ago fought for one of the women who accused Bill Clinton of sexual assault. The Dems are quick to point out that McAuliffe’s endorsement of Gecker (despite his anti-Clinton past) proves the Virginia Governor was only after the Senate seat.

However, looking into donation records shows that McAuliffe’s PAC gave only $95,000 to Gecker – a fraction of the amount he showered on Jill McCabe.

Let’s take a look at the timeline:

March 2015: News of Hillary’s private server hits the press the same month Jill McCabe announces her candidacy for the Virginia State Senate.

July 2015: The FBI launches an investigation. Andrew McCabe is promoted and joins the investigation team.

September 2015: Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe makes a giant donation to Jill McCabe’s campaign.

January 2016: Comey promotes McCabe again, this time to second-in-command.

July 2016: The FBI decides not to press charges against Hillary despite her obvious crimes.

McAuliffe’s Clinton Connection

Terry McAuliffe has a long history with the Clinton family. He served as chairman of the DNC from 2001 – 2005 and chaired Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign.

During Bill Clinton’s presidency, McAuliffe’s team raised a whopping $275 million for Clinton’s causes. He guaranteed the Clintons’ $1.35 million mortgage for their post-presidential home in Chappaqua, NY. He even sat on the Clinton Foundation board for a time.

As reported by the Wall Street Journal, the Virginia Democratic Party donated $207,788 to Jill McCabe’s 2015 campaign – bringing the total amount of funding “from entities either directly under Mr. McAuliffe’s control or strongly influenced by him” to more than $675,000.

When you take all the facts into account, McAuliffe’s donation certainly seems like a bribe.

The ironic part about all this is that Jill McCabe lost the election to Republican Dick Black. “I am at a loss to see how the FBI could possibly allow Andrew McCabe to oversee the investigation of Mrs. Clinton’s email server scandals,” said Black. “Mr. McCabe was clearly indebted to the Clinton Campaign because of the support given his wife.”

Editor’s note: How is it this is not a major media outcry? The ability for Hillary Clinton to get away with blatant corruption is beyond incredible.
