
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">“I still think the most likely etiology of this pathology in Wuhan was from a laboratory &#8211; you know, escaped,” said Robert Redfield, a virologist who led the CDC from 2018 to 2021. “Other people don’t believe that. That’s fine. Science will eventually figure it out.”</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">“I do not believe this somehow came from a bat to a human &#8211; and, at that moment in time, the virus came to the human, became one of the most infectious viruses that we know in humanity for human-to-human transmission,” continued Redfield. “It takes a while for it to figure out how to become more and more efficient in human-to-human transmission. I just don’t think this makes biological sense.”</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">China has denied accusations that COVID-19 originated in or escaped from a Chinese lab. Officials have taken great lengths to keep raw data about the first cases private. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">“It’s not unusual for respiratory pathogens that are being worked on in a laboratory to infect the laboratory worker,” added Redfield. “That’s not implying any intentionality. It’s my opinion, right?” </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Based on Redfield’s assertions, the most likely origin of COVID-19 is the Wuhan Institute of Virology. It is a biosafety level 4 (BSL-4) lab that specializes in coronavirus research. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>BSL-4 is the highest designation of biosafety precautions. </strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">BSL-4 labs are equipped to handle easily transmitted pathogens that can cause fatal disease, such as Ebola and COVID-19. Employees at BSL-4 labs are required to wear positive pressure suits when working and must pass through a chemical shower for decontamination before leaving.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As noted by <em>USA Today </em>contributor and investigative journalist Alison Young, safety lapses inside laboratories are not uncommon. ;From 2015-2019, there were more than 450 accidents at labs studying pathogens so dangerous they required federal regulation. <em>And that’s just in the United States. ;</em></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&#8220;If the COVID-19 pandemic were found to have been caused by a lab accident, it would have far-reaching implications for the fragmented and secretive oversight of biological research in the United States and worldwide that currently relies heavily on the scientific community to police itself,” writes Young. ;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">To make matters worse, the lab-leak theory has been tied to President Trump and thus dismissed by the liberal media. ;And the CDC is completely loyal to Beijing. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>In the meantime, COVID-19 has infected 126 million people and killed 2.7 million people worldwide. ;</em></p>
