<p>What is so appealing to voters about Trump is that he rejects the ineffectual political norm. He, along with millions of Americans, is tired of the current state of the country. He is a disrupter and plans to make a difference.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">As the official republican candidate in the presidential race, it&rsquo;s all a matter of time until he selects a running mate. The country is dying to know who it will be.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Interestingly enough, he has just announced that his vice president will most likely be an experienced politician. Throughout his campaign, he has been brutally honest about how he feels about politicians by often trashing them.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">So his reason for selecting a politician? &ldquo;I have the business &mdash; ;let&#8217;s call it talents,&#8221; said Trump on MSNBC&#8217;s ;Morning Joe. &#8220;And I think I&#8217;ll probably go the political route, somebody that can help me with legislation.&rdquo;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">He recognizes one of his weaknesses, specifically that he isn&rsquo;t a politician. Trump also said he is looking for &ldquo;somebody that can help me get things passed and somebody that&#8217;s been friends with the senators and the congressman and all.&rdquo;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">So with that being said, rumors are going around about who he is considering. Could it be New Jersey Governor Chris Christie? Or Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin? Or perhaps his former competition, Ted Cruz? He has also said he is thinking about selecting Ohio Governor John Kasich. Nikki Haley of South Carolina might bring considerable conservative credentials but she adamantly opposed him in the primaries.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">&#8220;Well, I would certainly consider him. I mean, he&#8217;s someone that I&#8217;ve gotten along with. During the debates, during intermission, I always seem to be talking to John,&#8221; said Trump.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">But, he also is not writing off Ted Cruz. On <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">The O&rsquo;Reilly Factor </em>Wednesday, he said he had no hard feelings toward Cruz.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">&#8220;He really competed hard and tough, so I respect Ted. He&#8217;s certainly a capable guy, so it&#8217;s something we can think about,&#8221; said Trump to Bill O&rsquo;Reilly.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">According to the NY Times, Dr. Ben Carson is working to select the finalists. Guess that means Carson is out (he has no political experience anyway&#8230;), and the same source says Marco Rubio is out, because of lack of gravitas. It might have been different fo Rubio had he won Florida in the Primary.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Well, Trump&rsquo;s team has their work cut out for them. There is a long list of potentials who are all interested. Trump even admitted on Tuesday following his five-state win that he hasn&rsquo;t really thought about who will be his running-mate. &#8220;I just don&#8217;t want to think about it right now,&#8221; said Trump.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">So who do you think he should pick? Would it be wise for him to select a female politician such as Governor Mary Fallin to appeal to more women voters? Or will he gravitate to his previous competition who already have some supporters?</p>
