Slain DNC Staffer Seth Rich Confirmed as WikiLeaks Contact (not the Russians!)

Former DNC staffer Seth Rich was shot to death last summer. Twelve days later, WikiLeaks published a damning batch of DNC emails revealing a conspiracy to stop Bernie Sanders from winning the party’s nomination.

Former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz resigned and took a job with Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

WikiLeaks leader Julian Assange did not identify Seth as a source of information, but he did say that whistleblowers often take “very significant risks” to provide information.

Seth’s family hired Rod Wheeler, a private investigator and former DC homicide detective, to look into their son’s death. This month, he told Fox News that his investigation “up to this point shows there was some degree of email exchange between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks.”

Seth’s family denies this claim and says Wheeler was not authorized to speak for the family: “We are a family who is committed to facts, not fake evidence that surfaces every few months to fill the void and distract law enforcement and the general public from finding Seth’s murderers.”

Seth’s parents feel that Clinton opponents are using Seth’s death as a political exploitation. “It’s unfortunate and hurtful,” they said, “that at the moment a murderer remains at large there remains unfounded press speculation about the activities of our son that night.”

Speaking with Fox News’ Sean Hannity, Wheeler said he has not seen the DNC emails or the computer that Seth used. “Here’s the problem with all of this: I don’t even know where the computer is. I checked with the police department…and the FBI, they say they don’t have the computer.”

An anonymous federal investigator who saw Seth’s computer says he contacted WikiLeaks through Gavin MacFadyen, a former American investigative reporter and filmmaker who was considered a mentor by WikiLeaks leader Julian Assange. According to the investigator, Seth transferred over 44,000 DNC emails to MacFadyen by the end of May 2016. MacFadyen died of lung cancer in October.

“When you look at that with the totality of everything else that I’ve found in this case, it’s very consistent for a person with my experience to begin to think well perhaps there were some email communications between Seth and Wikileaks,” stated Wheeler.

Meanwhile, the Washington police have no suspects and no substantial leads as to who the murder or murderers are. They have refused to discuss the case despite multiple requests from Fox News

Both the DC police department and the FBI have refused to cooperate to Wheeler. “I believe that the answer to solving his death lies on that computer, which I believe is either at the police department or either at the FBI. I have been told both,” said Wheeler.

As Wheeler points out, “The only reason the FBI would be involved [in a murder investigation]… is if this has some degree of national exposure, meaning because maybe it is related to the DNC.”

The police aren’t the only ones refusing to talk. Despite a $125,000 reward for information about Seth’s murder, not a single person has come forward.

Even more curious: Wheeler recently found out that Washington police waited days to return his initial phone calls about the investigation because a high-ranking DNC official called Seth’s family to ask why an investigator was “snooping around.” Seth was reported as having trouble at work with that high-ranking DNC official.

Editor’s note: This information has come so slowly its unbelievable. And who has a motive to kill a DNC staffer who is leaking stuff to Wikileaks? I’m not telling but her initials are Hillary Clinton.
