Shhhh … Don’t Talk About RFK Jr.

Shhhh … Don’t Talk About RFK Jr.

If you follow the news with any regularity, you will hear a LOT about the Republican presidential race – especially the relative fortunes of former President Trump and his chief rival – at least at the moment – Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.  Trump and DeSantis get daily coverage – with South Carolina Senator Tim Scott and businessman Vivek Ramaswamy getting honorable mentions and the rest of the GOP field treated like less significant “also-runs”.

You will not hear nearly as much about the contest on the Democrat side.  In fact, folks may not even know that President Biden has competition in the Democrat primaries.  The Party and their media allies are moving toward a coronation.  That is because the left-leaning media is following orders from the White House to censor .. ban … any information about that other candidate –unless it is an occasional barb.

In case you are among the unaware, the other candidate is RFK, Jr. – son of the assassinated Senator Robert F. Kennedy.  If he were not a member of the most famous political family in American history, Jr. might not be mentioned at all. Most pundits do not believe RFK, Jr. has much of a chance to defeat Biden in the primaries, but he does have the President and his folks rather nervous.  RFK, Jr. is exposing the weakness of the Biden candidacy.

In the extreme, he could reprise the McCarthy role of 1968.  (For those younger than me or Biden … Minnesota Senator Eugene McCarthy took on President Lyndon Johnson in the 1968 Democrat primaries.  McCarthy did not win the nomination, but he exposed Johnson’s weakness to such an extent that the President withdrew his bid for a second term.  Ironically, it was RFK, Sr. who swooped in and was likely to become the Democrat standard bearer until he was gunned down in a Los Angeles hotel after winning the California primary.  But I digress.

The lack of coverage for RFK, Jr. is strange since he is polling against Biden about the same as DeSantis is polling against Trump.  RFK, Jr. has been holding between 18 and 20 percent of the vote. That is pretty impressive against and incumbent President seeking reelection. If it were not for the pro-Biden media bias, that would be a BIG story.  It was a big story when McCarthy was taking on Johnson.  It was a big story when millionaire businessman Ross Perot challenged George H. W.  Bush — costing him a second term.

Taking 20 percent of the Democrat primary voter from an incumbent President is a big story no matter how Biden & Co. try to suppress it. Like McCarthy and Perot before him, RFK, Jr. is a bit of a gadfly.  He proffers conspiracy theories — including that the CIA bumped off his uncle, Jack Kennedy – and is an anti-vaxxer.  But he is not without appeal to at least some of the 60 percent of Democrats who would prefer to have Biden retire.  RFK, Jr. is running on an environmentalist platform – which makes him popular with some of the radical left greens.

The reason Biden needs to keep RFK, Jr. silenced is because the President cannot afford another voice explaining to the American people why old Joe Biden should not be returned to the Oval Office.  RFK, Jr. is not the only Biden challenger, however.

You may recall Marianne Williamson, who ran in the Democrat primaries in 2020.  She is another gadfly, running on a platform of love and the creation of a Department of Peace.  She appears to be reprising the Flower Children world of the 1960s.  Unlike RFK, Jr., she is languishing in the low single digits. There are always a lot of third party and independent candidates for President.

One that Biden needs to keep his eye on is long time civil rights activist Cornel West, running to represent the Green Party.   He could hurt Biden like Ralph Nader, as the Green Party candidate, cut into Al Gore’s vote in 2000.  West gives the growing number of disenchanted black Democrats and alternative in the General Election.

While Biden and the Democrats are putting a confident face on for the public – and trying to keep RFK, Jr. from get noticed – they are nervous.  That was seen in a fundraiser from Americpafund, a Democrat super PAC, which wrote to donors:“We’ll be frank: Other candidates including Robert F. Kennedy Jr on the left and Donald Trump on the right are gaining traction. So we need to lock down support for President Biden before it’s too late.”

Unless one of the major Democrats, such as California Governor Gavin Newsom or Illinois Governor J. B. Pritzker enters the race, Biden probably has a lock on the nomination.  But with so many Democrats pining for a change, RFK, Jr. and others could throw the election to the Republican candidate – even if it is Donald Trump. So, there ‘tis.

    OMgoodness you are partisan.

RFK Jr. is not liked by the Democratic Party, he is not like by the Kennedy’s. How much can you say about a vaccine denier that Tucker has not grossed about before. Freedom of speech trumps lies rides again, this time it’s Horist in the saddle…..

You say: “That is because the left-leaning media is following orders from the White House to censor .. ban … any information about that other candidate –unless it is an occasional barb.” Are you telling us that you believe the White House has called all the major media and ORDERED them to ban info on any other candidate. And the media listened? Why? Or does Joe just have to pick up the hotline to the media cabal chief to pass the word along? It is nice seeing all the media play together though; that’s a first for a competitive marketplace…. Ridiculous. You guys see cabals and conspiracies around every corner. Run to the roundhouse Nellie, they can’t corner you there….

“If it were not for the pro-Biden media bias, that would be a BIG story” is better but I find it hard to believe you honestly believe the White House is orchestrating a ban on RFK. Did Joe call Caroline to tell her to get the Kennedy’s to disown this guy? Cuz they have.

The most recent stories I have seen all deal with the polls that have dropped from 20% to 13% rendering your story: moot. Moot, mute and BUSTED.

“Those numbers are part of a national trend that shows Kennedy on a downward trajectory. He had a RealClearPolitics average of 20 percent in April, a stronger-than-expected showing that fell to 16.8 percent in June. As of Wednesday, his average from the polling data aggregator is 13.3 percent.”

If you’re going to be a total partisan warrior, at least try to keep up. Or paste the alert at the top informing readers that the data has changed, but feel free to read anyway. Think you do that.

How inebriated, dishonest, mental or lacking in i;ntelligence must someone be to question the absolute fact that the mainstream media give and/or take orders from the left? Or that RFK’s entry into the Donk Party’s race constitutes an existential threat for the party?

Trump won Michigan (my state) in 2016 by 10,000 votes. The minor party candidates running on the Green Party and Libertarian Party garnered either 225,000 or 275,000 votes collectively. They clearly dictated where Michigan’s electoral votes would go.

In the same election, the exact same scenario played out in at least two of our neighbor states — wisconsin and Pennsylvania. In each case the minor parties siphoned off so many Donk votes that Trump carried the states.

And the goober above contends that RFK has no impact because he’s running around 13% in Donk polling, LOL. Plus he pretends that RFK is fatally compromised because some of his arch-woke family members don’t like his entry into politics.

Pat Buchanan, running as an independent, produced a victory for George W. Bush in 2000 by allowing him to beat Algore by a few hundred or few thousand votes in Florida. What can you say about a doofus who writes off any serious impact by someone who polls suggest could generate more than 20 million votes if he runs as an independent — a move that Bernie Sanders might initiate as well?

And if the Stalinist media and Donk Party unleash their storied defamation machine on RFK, he could well be incentivized to run as an independent in the general election.

That’s if he doesn’t knock off wobbly Quid Pro Groper Joe in the primaries as the corruption and treachery of the Donk Party is unveiled at congressional hearings.

We’ll be waiting for the results of those hearings into the “corruption” of the Biden administration by house republicans. I would be willing to bet there will be a similar result as the ‘Hillary Hearings’ that the republicans held to damage her presidential bid. A lot of nothing-similar to the “Lock her up” lies that the idiot trump told throughout his campaign to rile up his sycophants. RFK may run as a third party candidate, and he could possibly be a spoiler, much as the Green Party was in 2016. But, he is an idiot, which is why he isn’t getting coverage-not because the administration has silenced the media on him…

Whatttta expect. Comer is a BS-agriculture farmer by trade, Jordan is an ex-pedo-wrestling coach with a masters in education but after the sex abuse charges, he got his JD but no practice or bar.

These guys revel in trial by FOX, but trial by facts seems to elude them. Everyday they pronounce some heinous action with promises of witnesses in the future — trust em.

Their committee claimed, under threat of perjury: ““The Eye of Sauron has turned inward, and it is operating with a white-hot intensity that seeks to destroy everything in its path,” as describing the FBI. Comer and Jordan promised “dozens of FBI whistleblowers.” Dozens they have talked to. Dozens that they have testimonies from. Dozens. Three turned up. They promised more, but it has been months, even over a year since Jordan claimed to meet them all.

Of the three that turned up, two got cash from Kash Patel, Don’s rich buddy, from DOD, to which Jordan quipped: ““They’ve got a family. How are they supposed to pay their family?” Yes, Jim, your entire organization can be called “The Family.” And you have “Family Values” all the way up to The Don. Two of these witnesses had their security clearances yanked for causes like being in a restricted area on 1.6.2021 at the Capitol, hmm, no partisanship there…. The other was yanked for advocating false 1.6.2021 conspiracy theories to obstruct investigations by other agents. A case he closed was later reopened and the target indicted for assaulting a Capitol policeman. Unbiased my ass.

When asked to see any of the testimonies, Jordan said he wasn’t comfortable including Democrats in the interviews and they can’t see all the evidence collected from whistleblowers. It’s mine, it’s my Precious. Dems said: “These are not whistleblowers,” Plaskett shot back. “The law has not determined they are whistleblowers. His attorney is just asserting that.” Jordan said: “We can talk about the testimony, but right now you’re not getting the testimony.” Nah de nah de nah nah he said sticking his tongue out…. :>)

While we haven’t heard from dozens of FBI whistleblowers, we have heard dozens of Jordan FOX interviews about the FBI whistleblowers who will blow the doors off this case: TRUST JORDAN.

    Wanna buy a bridge?

If it walks like a duck, if it acts like a duck, looks like a duck, then it’s Jordan who says three looks like dozens to me! hee hee, hee hee. wink-wink, nudge-nudge.

These guys will go down as the McCarthy’s of our times. History can indeed repeat itself. Gentlemen, have you no shame?

    Benghazi mic down.
