Protests to be held against Planned Parenthood in 50 cities, major corporate sponsors withdraw

<p>On Tuesday&comma; pro-lifers in more than 50 cites plan to rally against Planned Parenthood and its practice of selling human body parts&period; &nbsp&semi;National groups Student for Life of America &lpar;SFLA&rpar; and Pro-life Future have launched the &num;WomensBetrayed initiative which urged these rallies to encourage their state leadership to investigate practices of Planned Parenthood&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Kristan Hawkins&comma; president of SFLA said &&num;8220&semi;Women are supposed to help and support other women &&num;8211&semi; not use them for profit and sell the body parts of their prenatal children&period; Planned Parenthood gets a half a billion a year in taxpayer dollars&period; We are calling on every state and federal government to cut off those funds immediately and investigate Planned Parenthood for possible wrongdoing&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;punchingbagpost&period;com&sol;planned-parenthood-hits-the-fan-second-video-released-liberals-in-denial&sol;" target&equals;"&lowbar;blank" rel&equals;"noopener"><strong>As covered by PBP earlier&comma;<&sol;strong><&sol;a> two videos were released by the Center for Medical Progress with interviews from senior Planned Parenthood executives describing the ghoulish practice of harvesting and selling human parts from aborted fetuses&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Major sponsors Coca Cola&comma; Xerox and Ford have all asked to be withdrawn from the list of donors to Planned Parenthood&comma; according to the Heritage Foundation&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>According to Fox News&comma; Rand Paul yesterday was attempting to force a rare Sunday vote on his bill to defund Planned Parenthood&period; &nbsp&semi;No word as to his success yet&period; &nbsp&semi;He is among several Senators who are attempting pull over half a billion dollars of federal money given to Planned Parenthood each year&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>President Obama has doubled down in his support for the organization&comma; thanking them for their history of service&period; &nbsp&semi;AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka&comma; has also come forward to support Planned Parenthood&period; &nbsp&semi;We&&num;8217&semi;re not really sure why unions would be involved in this&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
