New Photo Evidence: China has had the Bidens ‘in its back pocket’

Recent revelations have reignited intense scrutiny over President Joe Biden’s past denials of involvement in his son Hunter Biden’s international business dealings. Newly released photographs depict then-Vice President Joe Biden meeting Hunter’s Chinese business partners during an official trip to China in 2013. These images, made public through litigation by the conservative group America First Legal, offer visual proof of Biden’s presence in meetings that have long been dismissed as inconsequential or merely ceremonial.

The Pictures Tell a Different Story

The photos show Joe Biden meeting with Jonathan Li, the CEO of Chinese private equity firm BHR Partners, alongside Hunter Biden. In another image, Biden is seen introducing his son to then-Chinese Vice President Li Yuanchao. Additional photos capture Biden interacting with Ming Xue, a managing partner at BHR Partners. These meetings contradict Biden’s repeated public statements, including his 2019 campaign claim, “I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.”

In one particularly striking image, Hunter Biden is seen introducing his father to Jonathan Li in the lobby of a hotel during their China trip. Hunter later testified to Congress about this encounter, saying, “When we returned from an event to the hotel, there was a rope line, and Jonathan Li was in the lobby of the hotel where I was going to meet him for coffee. In that line, I introduced my dad to Jonathan Li and a friend of his, and they shook hands and I believe probably took a photograph. And then my father went up to his room, and I went to have coffee with Jonathan Li.” This statement raises further questions about the depth of Joe Biden’s involvement and whether these meetings were truly casual and insignificant.

Damning Evidence Against Biden’s Claims

For years, Joe Biden has firmly maintained that he had no knowledge of, nor participation in, Hunter Biden’s international business ventures. However, the release of these images adds weight to claims by Republicans and investigative committees that Hunter leveraged his father’s political influence to secure lucrative deals.

Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s former business partner, previously testified before Congress that Hunter was selling the “illusion of access” to his father. Yet, these photos suggest more than just illusion—they imply direct access facilitated by Joe Biden himself. Archer also revealed that Joe Biden had joined business calls at least 20 times and even wrote letters of recommendation for Jonathan Li’s children. These letters, according to Archer, served as clear signals of Joe Biden’s willingness to assist Hunter’s business partners.

Michael Ding, counsel for America First Legal, stated, “Even while President Biden has pardoned his son, Hunter, for anything and everything ‘he has committed or may have committed or taken part in’ going all the way back to the year 2014, more evidence comes out each day showing how his family leveraged Joe Biden’s even longer career in public office for private gain.” This assertion underscores the growing perception of impropriety surrounding the Biden family’s foreign business connections.

Could Biden Have Been Compromised?

The implications of these meetings go beyond familial ethics and into national security concerns. Did China use these interactions to establish leverage over Joe Biden? Could sensitive policy decisions during Biden’s vice presidency—and even his presidency—have been influenced by these ties?

Critics argue that the Biden family’s business relationships with Chinese executives create a significant vulnerability. These photos are not just snapshots of polite diplomacy; they are potential evidence of influence-peddling that could have compromised U.S. interests.

Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, commented, “China has the Bidens in its back pocket.” Such statements reflect the growing anxiety over whether these connections had deeper consequences, especially given China’s strategic interest in influencing American leadership.

Biden’s Changing Narrative

The Biden administration and Hunter Biden’s legal team have dismissed these photos as “old news” and “misinterpreted optics.” Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, insists that these meetings were nothing more than casual introductions and photo opportunities.

“These attacks trying to twist these images into something they are not is just more of the same old tired, misinformation spin from some Republicans who can’t let go of their ridiculous conspiracy theories and baseless accusations,” Lowell said in a statement.

But public trust has already been eroded by years of conflicting narratives. President Biden’s blanket pardon of Hunter earlier this year for federal offenses dating back to 2014 has only fueled suspicions. Critics view the pardon not as compassion from a father, but as a strategic maneuver to shield the Biden family from deeper legal scrutiny.

In an earlier statement, President Biden defended the pardon, saying, “From the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Department’s decision-making, and I kept my word even as I have watched my son being selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted. There has been an effort to break Hunter — who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they’ve tried to break me — and there’s no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough.”

The Road Ahead

While these photos alone may not serve as definitive proof of corruption or criminal activity, they undeniably cast doubt on Joe Biden’s repeated denials. The House Oversight Committee and other investigative bodies now face mounting pressure to delve deeper into the Biden family’s dealings with China.

At the very least, the American public deserves transparency and accountability. These images represent more than just embarrassing optics—they symbolize the potential erosion of trust in the highest levels of government.

The question now is not whether these photos matter, but how much they reveal about the true extent of Biden’s involvement in his son’s business affairs—and whether those connections compromised American interests on the global stage. The truth must come to light, and the stakes could not be higher.

P.S. If Biden was cooperating with China under China’s direction, he would have to have someone in his inner circle to do the communications and to deliver intelligence information, a “handler” if you will. It would need to be someone who had the ability to spend time alone with “The Big Guy.” Could be a close advisor, chief of staff, one of the assistants or even a Secret Service agent. Will the FBI have the common sense and integrity to look for this person?
