New Flynn Case Data Reveals Extent of FBI Corruption

Internal FBI documents revealed this week suggest the FBI interviewed former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn with the intention to get him to lie.

“What is our goal?…Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?” reads a handwritten memo dated January 2017.

Additional memos suggest the interrogators tried to trick Flynn into committing a criminal offense during the interview.

The interview itself was conducted without the presence of legal counsel; something which, according to ex-FBI Director James Comey, is a major breach of protocol.

The FBI asked Flynn about his conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. Little did he know, the FBI had wiretapped Flynn’s calls with Kislyak so they already knew he didn’t break any laws. This week, it was divulged to Flynn’s legal team that the FBI’s report on the interview was heavily edited – including by agents who never spoke with Flynn – to make the subject appear guilty.

Flynn resigned from his Administration post in February 2017. He agreed to a plea deal in December, one month after Special Counsel Robert Mueller said he had evidence to press charges against Flynn’s son based on the family’s work lobbying for Turkey in 2016.

At the time, President Trump expressed concerns that the FBI forced Flynn to lie.

Critics say Flynn was only prosecuted in an effort to further the Russia collusion investigation. And since that investigation ended with no proof, the case against Flynn should be dismissed.

“What happened to General Michael Flynn, a war hero, should never be allowed to happen to a citizen of the United States again!” tweeted Trump on April 30th.

To make matters worse, Flynn’s original law team may have had conflicts of interest including a side deal with Mueller’s prosecutors about which Flynn was unaware. Flynn fired his law team from Covington & Burling (C&B) last summer and hired Sidney Powell, who has since complained that C&B failed to turn over thousands of documents related to the case.

Flynn attempted to withdraw his guilty plea in January, after which US Attorney General William Barr directed US Attorney Jeffrey Jensen to review the case. In February, Jensen postponed Flynn’s sentence indefinitely to give both sides time to prepare arguments in response to Flynn’s claim that his C&B team violated his constitutional rights by providing inadequate legal counsel.

Author’s Note: It seems the FBI was determined to set up General Flynn. They altered data to make him seem guilty. They forced him to plead guilty by threatening his son. This is political corruption at its worst.

Editor’s Note: Hell yes they violated his rights.

Remember Rodney King? He won $4 million in a case against police officers who beat him up, violating his rights.

In the Flynn case, not only did the FBI violate his rights, they CONSPIRED to violate his rights for political purposes. And these were not beat cops who lost control, these were top FBI officials who KNEW they were violating his rights. Jail time is warranted.
