Speaking to Newsmax reporter Greg Kelly, GOP Senator Lindsey Graham (SC) said he doesn’t believe President Joe Biden is really in charge at the White House.
Biden was a moderate Senator, and the policies he has already enacted as president are anything but moderate. “I like Joe Biden, but the agenda is AOC, Pelosi, Schumer, Sen. Bernie Sanders,” said Graham. “So, no, I don’t think Joe Biden’s in charge.”
Graham isn’t alone in this opinion.
According to the latest Rasmussen poll, 54% of voters agree with this phrase used by Donald Trump Jr. in an interview with Secrets: “Joe Biden’s not the moderate nice guy that they made him out to be. He’s a puppet of the radical Left.”
This number includes 82% of Republicans, 27% of Democrats, and 54% of voters not affiliated with a major political party.
The “liberal wish list” disguised as a COVID relief package introduced by House Democrats last week is not something the old Biden would have approved of (read more here), says Lindsey Graham. And neither is the decision to reverse Trump’s ‘Remain in Mexico’ policy.
Biden’s status as a puppet of the Left was made clear last year. He teamed up with Bernie Sanders after the Vermont Senator bowed out of the race. As I wrote last August, the manifesto the two of them produced was virtually indistinguishable from Sanders’s own campaign (click here to read more).
“Everything I worried about is coming true, but we can stop it if we can get the House and the Senate back in 2022,” continued Graham. “And we need President Trump to help us. Without him, we cannot get there.”
As it stands, Senate GOP leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) does not feel the need to seek Donald Trump’s help in winning the 2022 elections. Graham will soon meet with McConnell to convince him otherwise.
