Kansas is suing Pfizer for lying about its COVID-19 vaccine. The pharmaceutical giant that rolled out the mRNA COVID-19 shots at an accelerated speed at the end of 2020 is being taken to court by the state of Kansas for misleading the public about the safety and effectiveness of the COVID shots.
Last week, Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced his lawsuit against Pfizer at a press event on June 17 in Topeka. The official press release from the AG’s office cited AG Kobach as:
“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth.”
The lawsuit filed against Pfizer in Thomas County District Court includes a number of complaints against Pfizer’s claims to sell its COVID vaccine to the public, including:
- misleading the people on the health risks, including those to pregnant women and for myocarditis, associated with the shots;
- claiming that the vaccine protected against COVID variants while the scientific data showed otherwise;
- suggesting that the vaccine prevented COVID transmission but later admitting that it never studied the vaccine for curbing transmission of infection.
The lawsuit also addresses Pfizer’s coordination with social media to censor criticism of its COVID-19 shots. In addition, the lawsuit points at Pfizer’s refusal to participate in the federal government’s vaccine development program, dubbed as Operation Warp Speed, seemingly to avoid government oversight during the vaccine development. According to Kansas City Star, the lawsuit seeks monetary damages from Pfizer without specifying any amount.
Reporting on the lawsuit, LifeSite News wrote (June 18) that if successful this case would mark “a turning point in the ongoing battle against the controversial injections.”
The story noted that the Kansas lawsuit comes at a time when a grand jury in Florida, formed at the request of Governor Ron DeSantis, is investigating the manufacturing and rollout of the COVID-19 vaccines. In February this year, the jury released its first interim report, which determined that the lockdowns did more harm than good and wearing masks failed to stop COVID transmission. The report also noted that COVID-19 was “statistically almost harmless” to children as well as to most adults; finally that it is “highly likely” that the numbers of COVID hospitalization were inflated.
As some conservative lawmakers and leaders are trying to dig into the well-guarded secrets of COVID-19 and the role of various stakeholders in the health emergency, the Biden administration is actively engaged in blocking such efforts. Last week, as reported on JusttheNews.com, Biden’s Departments of Justice and Health and Human Services tried to delay the public release of COVID-19 vaccine safety data until at least 2026. The news organization sought to get the data under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and wrote:
“The Departments of Justice and Health and Human Services asked U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton this week to issue an 18-month stay that keeps them from having to release the Food and Drug Administration’s data.”
Meanwhile, the serious health risks associated with the COVID shots, particularly the mRNA vaccines of Pfizer and Moderna, are being revealed by independent researchers and medical professionals. Earlier this year, British neuroscientist Dr. Kevin McCairn explained how the spike proteins created by the mRNA vaccines in the body are potentially leading to a host of “prion diseases” ranging from neurological problems to heart disease and even cancer in those infected.
