<p>American voters deserve to know if Joe Biden knew about Hillary Clinton&#8217;s plan to damage Donald Trump&#8217;s reputation by linking him to Russian election interference.</p>
<p><span class="s1"><a href="https://punchingbagpost.com/2020/10/02/confirmed-hillary-invented-russia-hoax-to-distract-from-email-investigation/">As I wrote last week</a>, a Russian intelligence analysis obtained by the CIA suggests Hillary approved a plan to “vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal involving interference by Russian security services.&#8221; </span></p>
<p>The FBI launched its controversial Russia investigation less than a week after Hillary is said to have approved the plan. <strong>Now, the Trump campaign is demanding that Biden tell us exactly what he knew.</strong></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">“It is imperative that the American people now learn what then-Vice President Joe Biden knew about this conspiracy and when he knew it,” argues Tim Murtaugh, Trump’s communications director. </span><span class="s1">“What did Biden know about Clinton’s plan to use the Russia Hoax to try to smear her political opponent? Did Biden condone the plan? Did he express any misgivings about it or remain silent? Biden must give a full accounting of his knowledge and his conversations about Clinton’s scheme, which was known to the highest reaches of his administration.”</span></p>
<p>DNI John Ratcliffe has pointed to former CIA Director John Brennan&#8217;s handwritten memos as proof that he <span style="font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;">briefed President Obama directly on Hillary’s skullduggery. </span>When asked about those notes, Brennan <span class="s1">claimed Hillary’s behavior was completely legal and accused Ratcliffe of siding with Republicans.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">“If, in fact, what the Russians were alleging that Hillary was trying to highlight the reported connections between Trump and the Russians, if that was accurate and a big if, there is nothing at all illegal about that,&#8221; said Brennan. &#8220;</span><span class="s1">John Ratcliffe and others are trying to portray this as unlawful activity that deserves follow-up investigation by the FBI. No, it was a campaign activity.”</span></p>
<p>Russian intel confirms the FBI received an investigative referral on Hillary&#8217;s misdeeds. <span class="s1">The following is an excerpt of that referral, which was declassified by Ratcliffe in September:</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><i>Per FBI verbal request, CIA provides the below examples of information the CROSSFIRE HURRICANE fusion cell has gleaned to date:</i></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><i>[Redacted] An exchange [redacted] discussing US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning US presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering US elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server. [Redacted] According to open sources, Guccifer 2.0 is an individual or group of hackers whom US officials believe is tied to Russian intelligence services. Also per open sources, Guccifer 2.0 claimed credit for hacking the Democratic National Committee (DNC) this year.</i></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">This referral was received by then-FBI Director James Comey (who was fired by Trump in May 2017 after failing to press charges against Hillary) and then-deputy assistant director of counterintelligence Peter Strzok (who was ousted from the Russia investigation along with his mistress after exchanging anti-Trump text messages including his reference to an “insurance policy” in the “unlikely” event that Trump won the election. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><b>Author’s Note:</b> Biden was obviously in on this. If he is even half the man he claims to be, he will tell voters the truth. </span></p>
