The FBI Protected Hillary Clinton – Special Prosecutor?

<p class&equals;"p1"><span class&equals;"s1">The Democrats got Robert Mueller to handle the Russia collusion allegations against Trump&comma; and now Republicans want a special prosecutor to take a closer look at how the FBI handled the Hillary Clinton email probe&period; <&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1"><span class&equals;"s1">The FBI and DOJ’s treatment of Hillary during the email probe differs dramatically from their treatment of Trump during his presidential campaign&comma; insists Senator Lindsey Graham &lpar;R-SC&rpar;&period;<&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1"><strong><span class&equals;"s1">With the Russia investigation nearly over&comma; it’s time Republicans got their chance&period; <&sol;span><&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1"><span class&equals;"s1">&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;There’s more than smoking guns here&period; There’s overwhelming evidence that somebody outside the political system should look into&comma;” said Graham&comma; who on Thursday asked Congress for a special counsel to investigate &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;potential crimes” committed by the FBI and DOJ&period;<&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1"><span class&equals;"s1">Graham’s suggestion follows the release of interview transcripts featuring former FBI agent Peter Strzok and his lover&comma; former FBI lawyer Lisa Page&period; Both individuals<&sol;span><span class&equals;"s1"> played key roles in the email investigation and in launching the Russia probe&period; <&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1"><span class&equals;"s1">According to the transcripts&comma; Strzok and Page were determined to keep Trump out of office and were considering impeachment as soon as he won the election&period; <&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1"><strong><span class&equals;"s1">The DOJ must answer two questions&comma; said Graham on Wednesday&colon;<&sol;span><&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<ol>&NewLine;<li><span class&equals;"s2">Did they stop the email probe because they wanted Hillary to win the election&quest; <&sol;span><&sol;li>&NewLine;<li><span class&equals;"s2">Did they launch the Russia investigation as insurance in case Trump won the election&quest;<&sol;span><&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ol>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1"><span class&equals;"s1">Graham&comma; who chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee&comma; wants testimonies from top DOJ officials&period; <&sol;span><span class&equals;"s1">&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;We’re going to call them all before the committee&comma;” he said&comma; <&sol;span><span class&equals;"s1">threatening to subpoena former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein&period; <&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1"><span class&equals;"s1"> &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Did they take the law in their own hands&quest; Did they abuse the FISA warrant process because they had a political agenda&quest; Did their hatred of Trump go so far that they abandoned their role of being law enforcement agents and become advocates for a political cause&quest; We’re going to get to the bottom of that&period;”<&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1"><strong><span class&equals;"s1">Author’s Note&colon; <&sol;span><&sol;strong><span class&equals;"s1">It seems pretty clear the FBI and DOJ were biased in favor of Hillary Clinton&period; And that&&num;8217&semi;s an issue that needs sorting out much more than the Russia collusion <&sol;span><span class&equals;"s1">allegations against Trump&comma; which are known to be false&period; <&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;
