
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Biden-Harris plague of America has struck dead another victim via its weapon of mass destruction, namely the lenient policy on illegal immigration. The victim in this case is a 7-year-old girl in Houston, Texas.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Fox News reported earlier this month that 45-year-old Joel Enrique Gonzalez Chacin, an illegal alien from Venezuela, ran a red light early morning in Houston and T-boned a car. The car’s driver Christina Quainoo and her 7-year-old daughter Ivory Smith, who was also in the car, received severe injuries as a result of the crash. Young Ivory didn’t survive the accident.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This crash was entirely preventable because Chacin, the suspect, had an ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) hold put on him owing to his prior criminal record. Chacin was supposed to be deported because he had assaulted a family member in June this year. But then the swamp judicial system in Harris County – which leans left – dropped the felony charge against him and downgraded it to misdemeanor.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Chacin pled guilty and ICE, as if in active assistance to the criminal, lifted the hold on him the same day. He was sentenced to time served and was let to walk free. Two and a half months later, Chacin caused the crash that killed Ivory and injured her mother.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ICE didn’t disclose to media why it lifted the hold on Chacin but combined with the fact that Chacin was sentenced to exactly 113 days – the time he had spent in police custody &#8211; indicates the liberals in charge of the case had a plan to let him stay in the country. Their plan caused the untimely, tragic, and preventable death of another child as the victim’s family lamented in their statement:</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>How can a system allow such leniency, where a person with such a record is given a chance to walk free and re-offend? Even more troubling is the fact that this individual was released after being detained earlier this year, only to find themselves back in custody after causing irreparable harm.</em></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>Headline USA</em> reported on the case on Monday (December 16) and blamed Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalezas a woke official who freed the suspect without notifying ICE. The story note:</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Chacin has since been arrested again and another ICE hold put on him for possible deportation. Ivory’s death is just a glimpse of the real-life horror show run by the Democrats in collusion with the compromised segments of Republicans and leftist media that justifies crimes by illegal aliens. On Tuesday (December 17), another segment of this horror show made news, again in Harris County, where two men were arrested for child sex trafficking. The suspects, one of them an illegal immigrant from Venezuela, trafficked two minor girls for prostitution as they advertised them online as escorts. Pedro Gonzales, the Venezuelan national, is now on ICE hold. The big question in the case is whether he will actually be deported or will the woke authorities release him again in the country to cause more harm.</p>
