<p>While liberals everywhere will be spending the next few weeks exploiting the tragic murder of two journalists in Virginia&comma; they will simultaneously&comma; undoubtedly be celebrating the promise of gun rights for their favorite&comma; infallible demographic&colon; illegal immigrants&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Mariano Meza-Rodriguez&comma; a citizen of Mexico&comma; was arrested in August 2013&semi; a &period;22 caliber cartridge was found in Meza&rsquo&semi;s possession&period; Appropriately&comma; he was charged as being in violation of 18 U&period;S&period;C&period; &sect&semi; 922&lpar;g&rpar;&lpar;5&rpar;&comma; which forbids illegal immigrants from possessing firearms in the United States&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>However&comma; in the new America we live in&comma; Illegal immigrants are neither expected to follow the law of the land nor are they capable of doing any wrong&period; As Jeb Bush said&comma; their presence in America is an &ldquo&semi;act of love&period;&rdquo&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Meza-Rodriquez then challenged the indictment by claiming &ldquo&semi;&sect&semi; 922&lpar;g&rpar;&lpar;5&rpar; impermissibly infringed on his rights under the Second Amendment to the Constitution&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>When the case finally reach the The U&period;S&period; 7th Circuit Court of Appealsm&comma; they stated the following&colon;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&ldquo&semi;Undocumented immigrants can be part of &ldquo&semi;the people&rdquo&semi; protected by the Bill of Rights&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&ldquo&semi;It is now clear that the Second Amendment right to bear arms is no second-class entitlement&comma; &lpar;and&rpar; we see no principled way to carve out the Second Amendment and say that the unauthorized &lpar;or maybe all noncitizens&rpar; are excluded&comma;&rdquo&semi; Judge Diane Wood wrote for a panel that included judges Richard Easterbrook and Joel Flaum&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Though Mr&period; Meza-Rodriquez will still be charged with the crime&comma; the language used in the decision will undoubtedly open up doors for similar appeals&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
