<p class&equals;"p2"><span class&equals;"s1">Speaking at a campaign event Wednesday&comma; Democratic hopeful Elizabeth Warren suggested it was inappropriate to allow the son of the Vice President of the United States to serve on the board of a foreign company&period;<&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1"><span class&equals;"s1">The comment was directed at rival Joe Biden&comma; whom she has eclipsed to take first place in two national polls &lpar;the first time this has happened&rpar;&period; <&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Her comment is related to Hunter Biden and his work in Ukraine &&num;8211&semi; an old controversy that has been brought to light in connection with Democrats&&num;8217&semi; impeachment inquiry into President Trump&period; The inquiry focuses on a July phone call&comma; in which Trump called the Ukrainian president and suggested he investigate the Bidens&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>These are the opening shots as the Democratic candidates for President cannibalize themselves&period; Warren sees blood in the water&comma; she has beaten Joe in two major polls for the first time&period;  Now is the time to pile on&period; Others will follow&comma; and everyone must eventually condemn Biden&&num;8217&semi;s actions as heinous and promise they they would never do them&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The liberal media isn&&num;8217&semi;t catching on&comma; but everytime they attack Trump on this issue&comma; they have to mention Joe Biden&&num;8217&semi;s crime&period;  These are serious&comma; certain and easy to understand by the Democrat constituency&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Joe is done&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Want the rest of it&quest;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Hunter Biden served on the board of<span class&equals;"s1"> Ukrainian oil and gas company Burisma from 2014 to 2019&comma; making &dollar;50&comma;000 per month&period; Critics said the hire was an attempt to influence then-Vice President Biden&comma; who oversaw Ukrainian policy at the White House&period;<&sol;span><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Burisma was founded by Mykola Zlochevsky&comma; who later worked as Environment Minister under Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych&period; After Yanukovych was ousted by public protest in 2014&comma; the United Kingdom&comma; the United States&comma; and Ukraine launched investigations into Zlochevsky regarding allegations of embezzlement and tax fraud&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In December 2014&comma; the United States complained that Ukraine wasn&&num;8217&semi;t doing enough to move the investigation forward&period; In 2016&comma; Vice President Joe Biden threatened to withhold &dollar;1 billion in loan guarantees from Ukraine unless the nation&&num;8217&semi;s lead prosecutor &lpar;Viktor Shokin&rpar; was removed from office&period; Shokin was also investigating Burisma&comma; the company that was providing Hunter with a handsome salary&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1"><strong><span class&equals;"s1">The public has no choice but to believe Biden used his position as vice president to protect his son &&num;8211&semi; an impeachable offense&period;<&sol;span><&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Author&&num;8217&semi;s Note<&sol;strong>&colon; This issue could very well be the straw that breaks the camel&&num;8217&semi;s back for Biden&&num;8217&semi;s presidential campaign&period; Biden can expect to be questioned on this scandal by all of his rivals&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
