Gates Foundation Reported to IRS for Racial Discrimination
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has been reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for engaging in racial discrimination targeting white people for which the organization should lose its tax-exempt status. The complaint against the Gates Foundation has been ignored by the mainstream media.
On Thursday (April 3), LifeSite News reported on the complaint against the Gates Foundation registered via a letter to the IRS titled “Request for Investigation into the Activities of the Gates Foundation.” The 8-page letter by the American Alliance for Equal Rights (AAER) was sent on April 1 and is accompanied by over 140 pages of documented evidence of anti-white discrimination by the Gates Foundation.
The AAER letter specifically focuses on many scholarship programs, funded by the Gates Foundation, open only to select ethnicities within America and notably excluding white applicants. Since this discrimination is deemed illegal, the letter has asked the IRS to consider revoking the tax-exempt status of the Gates Foundation. The letter reads:
“The Foundation is intentionally discriminating against white students by excluding them from the tuition assistance and specialized support that it provides to students of every other race or ethnicity. Such discrimination is sufficient grounds on its own for the IRS to revoke the Foundation’s tax-exempt status under 26 U.S.C. §501(c)(3).”
As noted in the letter, these Gates Scholarship programs have been offering support to college-bound high school seniors in the country since 2017 and have since been excluding white students from applying for them. In the “Legal Analysis” section of the letter, AAER reminded the IRS that by Supreme Court precedent, a single unlawful policy or purpose is sufficient ground for an organization to lose its tax-exempt status.
Racist policies and rhetoric against white people are nothing new to liberals whose politics over the decades has made it a key element of their campaigns, inciting hatred and discrimination and thus creating a divisive social structure. A single case of discrimination against a non-white person is inflated and given hyped nationwide coverage. However, anti-white discrimination is silently cheered and excluded from such media attention.
Thus the news of the complaint against the Gates Foundation over its racist policy has been ignored by the mainstream media, which is predominantly leftist and repeatedly involved in promoting the Gates Foundation. The letter by AAER to the IRS was reported in a number of conservative news sources like LifeSite News, The Daily Wire, The Western Journal, and Breitbart etc.
The Gates Foundation, which is deeply invested in vaccination business around the world, recently suffered a blow from the Trump administration that axed the wasteful and abusive USAID agency. Gates was invited on the radical leftist show The View to express his disappointment while conservatives cheered at the measure.

It is what it is, and it will grind it’s way through the system apparently starting with the IRS. Given the fact the IRS has been pillaged, having fired 7,000, then forced to bring them back (how much does that cost?), and now is looking to fire 25% of the work force, it will be interesting to see IF they even prioritize this. Matter of fact, it will be interesting to see if they do any work at all beyond updating and sending out their resumes.
