
<p>The FBI has arrested an alleged LA riot leader who authorities say was filmed equipping violent protesters with masks and presumably other gear.</p>



<p>The Feds nabbed Alejandro Theodoro Orellana on the morning of June 12. He faces a charge of conspiracy to commit civil disorders, US Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli said on X.</p>



<p>Given the “bionic face shields” that Orellana was handing out to protestors, Essayli told Fox News that the riots “appear” to be “well orchestrated, coordinated and well-funded.”</p>



<p>“We have made it a huge priority to try to identify, locate and arrest those who are involved in organizing, supporting, funding or facilitating these riots that they’re going on,” he said.</p>



<p>“We want to understand who these people are and where these organizations are coming from,” he added.</p>



<p>Unsettling footage taken by Fox in the days prior to his arrest showed dozens of protesters running toward a truck to grab the “bionic shield&#8221; face masks.</p>



<p>Orellana is accused of driving the truck that delivered the expensive face shields.</p>



<p>The man, who was sporting a ponytail, was allegedly seen in footage behind the wheel of the pickup truck wearing protective goggles and a face mask. He could also be seen speaking with a protester, who came up to the driver’s side window.</p>



<p>The video emerged as President Trump ordered 2,000 National Guard troops to deploy to LA to restore order in the streets.</p>



<p>And DHS is also doubling down following Orellana’s arrest.</p>



<p>“Secretary Noem’s message to the LA rioters is clear: you will not stop us or slow us down,” Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told The Post.</p>



<p>“ICE and our federal law enforcement partners will continue to enforce the law. And if you lay a hand on a law enforcement officer, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” she added.</p>



<p>Rioters have been taking to the streets since last weekend and have been seen hurling rocks and cement at federal agents, as well as setting cars on fire and blocking highways.</p>



<p>The FBI has also set its sights on ;a masked brute – identified as ;40-year-old ;Elpidio Reyna ;— who was ;caught on camera hurling bricks at federal law enforcement authorities ;as they drove by.</p>



<p>“WANTED: Elpidio Reyna can run, but he can’t hide. He threw rocks at federal officers leaving a command post in Paramount on Saturday, a brazen attack caught on film and that could have resulted in deaths,” Essayli said.</p>
