Donald Trump Has “The Truth On His Side”

Donald Trump Has “The Truth On His Side”

In an email reportedly sent to Trump’s Save America PAC on Friday, the former Commander in Chief wrote,

President Barack Hussein Obama kept 33 million pages of documents, much of them classified. How many of them pertained to nuclear? Word is, lots!” Democrats claim this statement is a confession.

Trump also stated,

Like all of the other Hoaxes and Scams that they’ve used to try and silence the voice of a vast majority of the American People, I have TRUTH on my side, and when you have TRUTH, you will ultimately be victorious!

Take A Look at the FBI Warrant

The FBI warrant that allowed more than 30 FBI agents into the home of former 45th President Donald Trump last Monday was released on Friday. Media channels claim the FBI was after nuclear documents and sat on the warrant for days.

View the FBI warrant, here or below.

Judge Bruce Reinhardt, who signed the warrant, was found to be tied to democrats and world-renowned pedophile Jeffery Epstein.

FBI Claims Classified Documents Were Found

In a report by the Washington Examiner, “FBI agents were directed to seize from the Florida resort “any government and/or Presidential Records created between January 20, 2017, and January 20, 2021,” as well as “any evidence of the knowing alteration, destruction, or concealment of any government and/or Presidential Records, or of any documents with classification markings.”

Reports claim that the FBI obtained Trump’s executive grant of clemency for Roger Stone, two binders of photos, a handwritten note, information on the President of France, and other miscellaneous “top secret documents.”

Additionally, reports claim a receipt was seized that showed “various classified/TS/SCI documents.” SCI stands for sensitive compartmented information, which is above top secret classifications.

Fox News recently reported that the FBI seized boxes containing records covered by attorney-client privilege. “Sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News Saturday that the former president’s team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documents—all seen on the final page of the FBI’s property receipt —contained information covered by attorney-client privilege.”

Were FBI Agents Under Investigation?

Twitter went crazy after investigative reporter Paul Sperry posted that the federal agents involved in the Mar-A-Largo raid were under investigation

The Gateway Pundit stated in an article that the documents allegedly seized implicated the FBI.

What’s Next?

Many Republicans are pushing back against the FBI’s raid on President Trump. If Trump did have anything to hide and the government “knew” about it already, why did they wait over a year after Trump left office to search for records related to ‘nuclear weapons’?

In June, Trump’s lawyer certified there were no classified documents within the Trump household.

So far, Trump has not been charged in the incident, although the warrant detailed possible violations of several U.S. statutes. Sources say if what the FBI claims they took from Trump’s house is true, he may face three to 20 years if convicted.

The FBI ( Failing Bumbling Idiots) group PLANTED the documents that the CLAIM they found so that PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP might not be allowed to run against biden because this time they won’t be able to STEAL the election

DONALD TRUMP HAS “THE TRUTH ON HIS SIDE” says the guy who lied, as fully documented, over 30,000 times in his four year reign.

Mr. Trump can simply point out any planted documents. I would gather all documents are recorded at the archives to see if they are real.

It gets a little dicey in that Mr. Trump, through his lawyer, has already stated that there were no documents there as of June, 2022, so I am not sure he is claiming some planted documents or 20 boxes of plants since his lawyer, in writing, already said documents at Mar A Loser just do not even exist as of June, 2022.

If agents carried extra boxes in, and then carried them out again, that’s just weird when they could have just skipped it and said they were there. But in any case, Trump can just identify the planted documents and we can go from there. So far, crickets.

While Trump and his Trumplicants can allege all sorts of nefarious FBI deeds, and they have, but only Trump can move it from an feckless allegation with absolutely no supporting evidence except: “fbi bad, trump good,” to an actual charge of illegality by the FBI. Whataboutism, this-is-worserism, none of this bullshit matters. It’s what you can prove in this case that matters and Trump the liar has proved absolutely nothing. Nada.

Show us the lies asshole. Biden told lies. He said that he’s mentally sound.

      • Frank stetson

        It’s a little difficult posting 30,000 lies.

Washington post database and others; jfgi.

Biden is tracked too. Yours is not mentioned. Guess you lie like your King.

        • Larry kuhn

It’s ok Frank. Trump will be cleared and then you can apologize and admit you are wrong.

          • frank stetson

Haven’t been wrong or apologize yet. But if I am, I will.

    • Joe Gilbertson

I saw a list of his “lies” one time from the Washington Post. In the five minutes I dedicated to the task, I saw nothing that wasn’t either someone’s opinion without basis that he lied or a thrid party saying that he lied.

Trump never said there were not documents there.

You really should stop drinking when you are posting on this site.

      • frank stetson

Unlike you, I rarely drink. Are you still beating the wife?

Well, 30,500 lies, you took five minutes, and determined it’s all opinion. 30,500 times you discounted in five minutes.

        In one minute, picked out:

        1. it didn’t rain on his inauguration.
It rained. It rained on his speech.

        2. The flu is totally under control and it is disappearing.
It wasn’t, it didn’t, and it hasn’t yet.

        3. Remember the hurricane map with Trump sharpie edits.
It was wrong and could have killed people.

        4. Omar supports al Qaeda.
There is no proof of this.

        5. The Big Lie
Over 60 court cases shot down. Trump lawyers had credentials lifted, sanctions, sent to ethic class and referred to states for further penalties. Recounts in multiple states, done by Trumplicant hires, all failed miserably. Beyond whack job conspiracy statistics and hot air, there is ZERO proof of any voter fraud at the level that would have changed the outcome. Trump has racked in hundreds of millions of donor dollars based on The Big Lie.

Out of 30,500, I am pretty sure I will find some more if you would like.

I mispoke: the lawyer said no classified documentation at Mar A Largo. She may plead it was all declassified, but no one can find the Trump order, the Trump process OR any fact that he told anyone that Mar A Largo documents had been declassified in over 2 years. As far as anyone, outside of Trump’s mind, knew, they were still classified.

Apparently the classified nature of the documents, combined with the lawyer’s lies, combined with the mole saying there’s classified stuff down here, convinced a judge as to the need for the raid. Deemed that dangerous to national security.

But hey, 11 sets of classified documents, some at SCI level, is a nothing burger to you because anything Don steals and takes home is public information based on an autopilot declassification process that does not require that he even tell the owners and stakeholders that he has done this. I am betting the dumb fuck didn’t ever read them before he declassified them. How could he, he and his lawyer didn’t even know they were there.

Time will get us a better answer, but if you are OK with 35 boxes of stolen papers owned by the people, including many classified docs, and some SCI level docs that can’t even be read at Mar A Loser —— that’s a choice. I think it stinks to high heaven and is not OK and shouldn’t be OK, in anyone’s book.

Ghouliani to be indicted in Georgia, any day now. What you going with: privilege? free speech? he’s a drunk?

What about all the photos taken of Trump and his son with all the crooked leaders from around the world.
    Oh wait, that was Biden.

    • Frank stetson

What about it? Like one photo, 109 years ago, Chinese money man, not political leader, so what? Hunter was joining his daughter, who was invited, did not do business at this time, was unpaid for anything done, photo was a chance encounter with Biden Sr. In a hotel libby.

Huge smoking gun you gots. And you blow one photo to many photos, many times, all over the world no less, so many lies you tell. Sigh.

  4. Frank stetson

Ask yourself this, if Donald Trump magically declassified all the documents in the 30 boxes in his basement, and didn’t tell anyone, if you get arrested for stealing classified information that’s hidden in trumps basement as declassified, who would know?

I mean Trump can’t really tell you, his lawyer already committed in writing that the documents don’t exist as of June 2022. Do you think Trump he’s going to stand up and say no that’s not right, I have documents, there’s a classified, set that schmuck free. This guy can’t even tell you were documents the FBI planted there, how’s it gonna tell you what documents are there?

There seems to be something missing in the magical Trump process. It seems to be a half baked process, or maybe no process at all, or maybe a smokescreen, another lie, a fabrication to convince the faithful flock of sheep that everyone is against Trump, all institutions are corrupt, and he is the victim, victim, victim. Please donate today, Trump need your money to stay afloat

Why would Trump have 35 boxes of documents hidden at his estate? It’s not like he has to do much more than make a phone call to have them all go away. He returned 15 of them but why did he keep the remaining 20? Then he said he didn’t have the remaining 20, or at least his lawyer did in writing, I just can’t see a common sense answer of why someone would have 35 boxes of paper that they could get rid of with just a simple phone call. Maybe that all makes sense to you Trump Likins, but I cannot think of a good reason.

    • Joe Gilbertson

Donald Trump can indeed “magically” declare boxes of documents in his basement unclassified. And yes, that might be a genuine defense. After all, Obama declared casually on a talk show that Hillary’s compromise of top secret documents did not damage national security. That was enough that she could not be prosecuted for it, according to experts.

No one can tell if the FBI planted anything because it would be in their confiscated documents, not back in the house.

Did you actually read the article? Barack Obama kept over 30 million pages. Where do you think the documents for presidential libraries come from?

Come on Frank, keep it to no more than a couple of beers before you post.

      • frank stetson

Joe, again, I rarely drink. In your knowing this, you think you have found something to needle me with, and in your false sensing that it might cause pain, you turn up the volume. It does not, but your mean, spiteful comments tell us much about your character. Keep it up, show us more.

Yes, presidents can declassify on the fly, it happens. But it’s unusual to declassify 11 sets of materials, including SCI level documents, and not even tell anyone. This is clearly not a typical on-the-fly declassification of the moment. The man had 35 boxes of stolen papers, the people’s papers, and most of it was originals, cuz Trumpy likey originals, not likely copies, Trumpy no likey copies. Neeeext, you allude to a presidential library. If that was the case, why steal the documents? Why hide the documents? Why return 15 boxes of them and then say you have no more. And then have your lawyer say “there’s no classified documents here anymore?” But they were there, 20 more boxes. And they were classified ones amongst them. If it’s a library, why don’t you just use the normal Archives process, like Obama did. Like Bush did. Like Clinton did.

You say Don’s on TDD. The Trump Document Declassification autopilot system which magically declassifies everything he touches without notice. Since Mr. Potty Mouth is also Mr. Loose Lips, I can see that process protecting the idiot. But Joe, if you declassify something, shouldn’t you tell someone. After 1 year? After 2 years? Maybe even just tell your lawyer? And if you don’t tell someone it’s declassified, how can it be declassified? Is this finally the tree falling in the forest without a sound? Even his lawyer didn’t know Trump had the classified goods.

And if nothing is wrong here, why do you need to mention Obama did it too? As in Obama did this bad thing so it’s OK for Trump to do it too? It’s Joe’s perfect example of “whataboutism.” But, since you digress, from Business Insider:

“In the days following the raid, Trump and his allies on Fox News delivered the whataboutism defense of Obama transferring records from the White House to Chicago for his presidential library.

“What happened to the 30 million pages of documents taken from the White House to Chicago by Barack Hussein Obama? He refused to give them back!” Trump wrote in a Thursday post on Truth Social. “What is going on? This act was strongly at odds with NARA. Will they be breaking into Obama’s ‘mansion’ in Martha’s Vineyard?”

The former president and his son Donald Trump Jr. cited an opinion piece published by The New York Post in support of their baseless accusations.

But the facts don’t align with Trump’s statements

Tens of thousands of Obama’s documents were transported to Chicago. But these items were shipped to a federal government facility — which is what’s supposed to happen with a president’s records. Federal law requires that presidents and their administrations keep a detailed collection of emails, documents, and even gifts from their time in office since all of those things are actually the property of the American people.

In Obama’s case, the National Archives took legal ownership of Obama’s documents and then began the long process of sorting through the material before the public could request it years later. Some of this material was then turned over to Obama’s presidential library, which is the standard legal process.

On Friday, the National Archives took it upon itself to further dispel Trump’s claims.

“NARA moved approximately 30 million pages of unclassified records to a NARA facility in the Chicago area where they are maintained exclusively by NARA,” the archives said in a statement. “Additionally, NARA maintains the classified Obama Presidential records in a NARA facility in the Washington, DC, area. As required by the PRA, former President Obama has no control over where and how NARA stores the Presidential records of his Administration.”

Apart from the long processes, Obama’s presidential library will break from the precedent in that the Obama Foundation will pay for the unclassified records to be digitized in a bid to democratize access to the documents, in what has been billed to be the “first digital archives for the first digital president,” according to The New York Times.

Trump and Trump Jr. also drew on a line from The New York Post column noting that, to date, the records transferred to Obama’s presidential library have yet to digitize the materials and make them available to the public — five years since the end of his term and when the record transfer began.

Though the delay has sparked some ire from historians and critics, the process of transferring the records themselves often take years, not to mention the task of digitizing roughly 30 million documents to be made available online.
Trump’s lawyer, on the other hand, said the Feds took at least a dozen boxes containing sensitive — and some “top secret” — material from the former president’s Mar-a-Lago home, according to The Washington Post. The FBI’s search warrant was aimed finding out if Trump had taken documents home with him that should have been turned over at the end of his term.
Though Trumpworld can draw similarities between Trump and Obama both taking records from the White House, the significant difference in how they took the documents explains why the former remains under scrutiny by the FBI and the latter is still in the process of setting up a library unbothered by federal law enforcement.”

BUSTED joe. Your whataboutism smoking gun is a steaming turd of deflections.

The man stole 35 boxes of documents. He hid them in his basement and told no one he had them, he told no one he was declassifying a lot of materials, including SCI level documents. Under duress, he returned 15 boxes which is what he said he had, then he said he had no more, and his lawyer said there was no classified in the no more that he said he did not have. They met on site, he gave up no documents. A top national security guy came down, met personally, he said he had no more. Then a mole said that’s not true, a judge signed a warrant that DOES NOT mention classified even, and they raided the place coming up with 20 more boxes of documents, 11 sets of classified, and even some SCI level documents that can not even be read at Mar A Loser, legally at least.

This is not how you build a presidential library, not even close.

And now you add in something about FBI planted documents. Trump has the inventory, he can just check off the planted documents. Surely, he remembers what documents he declassified at least; those would be the important ones. He just has to point out the ones he didn’t declassify, they must be the plants. It should be simple.

I just don’t know how you can say it’s OK when it looks this bad. I don’t see where you have enough whitewash with your “it’s legal for him to declassify on the fly,” or “it’s the library,” or “Obama did it,” or Tucker’s new favorite: “hey, the stuff is just not that important.” Nope — it’s 35 boxes of stolen papers, the people’s papers, that he didn’t tell anyone he had, he didn’t tell anyone he was declassifying a mountain of shit, and he consistently tried to keep as much as he could secreted away in Mar A Loser’s basement —– for what Joe, what reason? The man does not read even…….

Democrats, the DOJ, or FBI have a snowballs chance of stopping Trump from running in 2024. The leftist constitutional scholar Alan Dershowitz made it plainly clear there are only four disqualifications for anyone considering a run for president, none of which affect Trump’s running. This raid on Mar-A-Lago is just the latest in a long string of attempts to stifle Trump and they have all failed, actually serving to bolster Trump rather than stop him. This too will fail.

  6. Joseph S. Bruder

The article starts out with a lie from Trump – Obama didn’t “keep” 33,000 documents. He worked with the National Archives to transfer those documents from the White House to the Archives.

If an article starts out with such a blatant and obvious lie, the rest of the article is suspect. it’s obvious that there was no fact checking whatsoever, and this is just copied from far-right media. The author is throwing out red meat to attract the Trump cultists.

  1. Frank and Larry, I agree with both of you! Just another trifecta of joy and harmony! I do think Frank…
