<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;" align="center">It&rsquo;s no surprise that Bill Clinton would be given a role in the White House if Hillary Clinton does indeed get elected president. Through her campaign, she has acknowledged that Mr. Clinton will not be left to sit on the side lines if she climbs her way into the oval office. But the specifics of his role were not mentioned until this Sunday.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">While visiting Fort Mitchell, Alabama on a campaign stop, she announced to the crowd that her husband would be &ldquo;in charge of economic revitalization.&rdquo; She did mention something similar while visiting Kentucky last month.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">&ldquo;My husband, who I am going to put in charge of revitalizing the economy, &rsquo;cause, you know, he knows how to do it,&rdquo; said Hillary Clinton &ldquo;And especially in places like coal country and inner cities and other parts of the country that have been really left out.&rdquo;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Clinton has continuously alluded to her husband&rsquo;s previous &ldquo;successes&rdquo; through her campaign season. But Sunday she stated that his work isn&rsquo;t over yet, &ldquo;he&rsquo;s got to come out of retirement and be in charge of this because, you know, he&rsquo;s got more ideas a minute than anybody I know.&rdquo;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Specifically, she has been praising his presidency by saying that he increased wages and created jobs.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Although the economy was undeniably strong during Bill Clinton&rsquo;s presidential terms, many argue that his deregulation of the banking industry attributed to the housing crisis in 2008.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Not to mention, Bill Clinton&rsquo;s economic policies were not to blame for the financial boom in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The baby boomers hitting their peak income years, the invention of the internet, and other factors out of his control are the main reasons for the economic success of the country during that time period.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">So Hillary Clinton is exaggerating when she says her husband &ldquo;knows how&rdquo; to keep the economy booming.</p>
