Doctors Admit Violating Guidelines in Transgender Procedures on Youth
The mental illness of transgenderism continues to victimize American youth with the active support and facilitation of radical liberals and unethical medical professionals. Of the latter, video evidence recently surfaced from events wherein doctors are seen admitting to performing “non-standard” gender-affirming procedures on young adults.
On December 4, the New York Post (NYP) reported on the footage originally obtained by The Free Press. The paper described the footage as recordings from closed-door medical conferences in the country over the past few years. The footage shows doctors telling how they performed the transgender procedures on young patients “even if it means deviating from guidelines.” The story cited one clinician from the World Professional Association for Transgender Health conference in 2022 talking about doctors deviating from standards when performing transgender procedures on young patients:
She acknowledged, too, that medical professionals were often making it up as they went, saying: “I feel like we’re all just winging it, you know? And which is okay, you’re winging it too. But maybe we can just, like, wing it together.”
These revelations about doctors, coming with video evidence as receipts of their abusive conduct, have sadly fallen on deaf ears yet again as mainstream media has largely ignored the story. The fact that doctors feel assured of no consequences even when their professional misconduct scarring young people’s lives is revealed speaks volumes of the apathy toward child safety on federal level.
At the same time as the medial system is quite shielded from accountability in this matter, particularly in the blue states, conservatives have been putting their weight behind conversion therapy – the practice of changing one’s sexual orientation through counseling, mostly or exclusively from homosexual or other non-straight sexuality to straight (male-female) attraction. Liberals fiercely oppose conversion therapy as they promote the LGBTQ lifestyle and accordingly conversion therapy remains banned in more than 20 states run by Democrats.
However, the Supreme Court is currently hearing a challenge to Colorado’s conversion therapy ban and it is making liberals and lots of doctors nervous over potential removal of the ban – something that would set a precedent and let conservatives in other states follow suit. This anxiety on the left came out in a story in San Francisco Public Press (December 12, 2025), which cited Jack Turban, a psychiatrist at the University of California, San Francisco:
“If all of those laws go away, we’re going to see an increase in suicidality among those young people,” Turban said.
Turban and his like-minded pro-LGBTQ crowd are using the same rationale of increase in suicidal tendencies and self-harm that conservatives use when advocating against transgenderism. The left also claims that conversion therapy is ineffective.
On the contrary, those on the right disagree and blame the left for intentionally misrepresenting the conversion practice with political negativity. In a recent interview with Tucker Carlson, former gay commentator Milo Yiannopoulos talked about conversion therapy (in the final half hour of the conversation) and the SCOTUS case. He explained the core reason for gay sexuality and how conversion therapy works.
Come on guys, we need our critical thinking hats on which make this article is quite funny as a fantasy comedy piece by a guy who has not a clue as to alternative lifestyles except “dey be strange, I dun like that.” His first claim: “The mental illness of transgenderism….” Oh my, I think Dr. Dempsey just Admitted Violating Guidelines in Mental Disease Classification.
Dempsy boldly states “deviation from guidelines” without ever describing the deviation, the guideline, or the illegality of doing so. Another doctor talks about winging it, everyone winging it together. Yet there is zero context beyond the author’s imagination as to the entirety of the passage. Might they just be referring to the silly, hodge-podge, of restrictive laws crazy conservatives are enacting making doing anything a journey into the unknown? These state laws vary from State to State, quickly changing, maybe Doctors just don’t even know what’s the law anymore. Yet their patients still need support.
We, and the author, just can’t know from the story and Demsey isn’t telling.
The author seems as confused claiming conservatives like him “putting their weight behind conversion therapy – the practice of changing one’s sexual orientation through counseling, mostly or exclusively from homosexual or other non-straight sexuality to straight (male-female) attraction.” Ah, so it’s a mental disease that can and must be fixed through brain-washing. Got it. Now there’s a mandate from gaydar pinging Dempsey. Makes sense. Good to have an answer even if bat-shit crazy as it is the author’s brain-fart of an idea.
What experts in medical and psychiatric fields say about that: “Conversion therapy” refers to a range of discredited and dangerous practices that attempt to change an individual’s sexual orientation or gender identity. It is widely condemned by major medical and mental health organizations worldwide as ineffective and harmful, and can lead to severe psychological damage including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and suicide.” Who do that Voodoo that you do so well? Dempsey do do that do do VooDoo well.
Along the way he gets an ex-gay conversion now magically cured who explains the core reason for gay sexuality and how conversion therapy works. Oh, that’s just got to be as rich as hearing about a recovering racist listing his Black friends who own BBQs and like watermelon.
He then moves on to a study about heightened suicide rates amongst transgenders, not exactly unexpected, eh? Good study, but does not answer the general rate, before any actions taken, by transgenders. Wanna bet it’s off the scale to begin with? Just guessing, but must be a pretty brutal path to walk if, for example, you meet many of the kind, compassionate, and egalitarian types frequenting this little slice of hammon.
The study looks valid, been peer reviewed, got corrections, made them, has been cited a few times so far. It’s NIH published which seems fair and balanced. Media Bias ranks Cureus as “Overall, we rate the Cureus Journal of Medical Science as a mild pseudoscience journal based on publishing poor studies that require retractions. We also rate them Mixed for factual reporting due to failed fact checks.”
This article has been corrected by the Editors-in-Chief to clarify the conclusions of the study. Two sentences have been revised as detailed below. The authors agree with these corrections.
Original abstract conclusions: “Gender-affirming surgery is significantly associated with elevated suicide attempt risks, underlining the necessity for comprehensive post-procedure psychiatric support.” Corrected to: “Patients who have undergone gender-affirming surgery are associated with a significantly elevated risk of suicide, highlighting the necessity for comprehensive post-procedure psychiatric support.”
Original first sentence of the Conclusions section: “The results of this study show that gender-affirmation surgery is associated with a significantly higher risk of suicide, death, suicide/self-harm, and PTSD compared to control groups in this real-world database.” Corrected to: “The results of this study indicate that patients who have undergone gender affirmation surgery are associated with significantly higher risks of suicide, self-harm, and PTSD compared to general population control groups in this real-world database.
But here’s the crusher: Dempsey’s conclusions and the report’s conclusions differ in that the author is knicker knotted, hates gays, transgenders, thinks they are mentally diseased and must be “converted.” The report clearly states: “The results of this study indicate that patients who have undergone gender affirmation surgery are associated with significantly higher risks of suicide, self-harm, and PTSD compared to general population control groups in this real-world database. With suicide being one of the most common causes of death for adolescent and middle-aged individuals, it is clear that we must work to prevent these unfortunate outcomes. This further reinforces the need for comprehensive psychiatric care in the years that follow gender-affirmation surgery.”
Let’s be crystal clear with critical thinking: the study concludes surgical transgenders at higher risk of suicide than “normies at 12 times the rate.” Tubal ligation/vasectomy controls yielded five times the rate. What the study didn’t say was what happened IF they did nothing or underwent Conversion Therapy. Just saying.
This important part is the author’s misguided, uneducated, fucking judgemental hands down other’s pants conclusions versus the study’s: “With suicide being one of the most common causes of death for adolescent and middle-aged individuals, it is clear that we must work to prevent these unfortunate outcomes. This further reinforces the need for comprehensive psychiatric care in the years that follow gender-affirmation surgery.” That’s a very different outcome from the author’s which, at that part, seems kinda crazy.
