<p>China&rsquo;s massive spy network in the US includes 25,000 Chinese agents and at least 15,000 American recruits.</p>
<p>These agents are engaged in &ldquo;offensive&rdquo; spying; this includes obtaining military technology, &ldquo;buying&rdquo; US officials and their family members ;and penetrating our Internet systems with malicious software. ;</p>
<p>This information comes from billionaire business magnate Guo Wengui, a dissident who fled China in 2015. &ldquo;I know the Chinese spy system very, very well,&rdquo; says Guo. &ldquo;I have information about very minute details about how it operates.&#8221;</p>
<p>China&rsquo;s budget for intelligence gathering is between $3 and $4 billion annually, which is a significant increase compared to 2012 ;when it was $600 million. ;</p>
<p>&ldquo;They have successfully penetrated all the major defense weapons suppliers of the US government,&#8221; says Guo. &#8220;The scale of their operations is mind boggling.&rdquo; ;</p>
<p>Guo says China controls agents by keeping their family members and relatives hostage. ;</p>
<p>&ldquo;These spies, when they come to the United States, they could sleep around, they could put poison in your glass of wine to kill you; completely unscrupulous.&rdquo;</p>
<p>Guo currently lives in New York City. Over the past several months, he has been posting YouTube videos disclosing what he knows about Chinese corruption and spy activities. ;</p>
<p>In January, the Chinese government launched a campaign to silence him. In April, China claimed Interpol had issued a &ldquo;red notice&rdquo; for his arrest. ;</p>
<p>In May, two Chinese officials showed up in the US to &ldquo;persuade&rdquo; Guo not to disclose any Chinese secrets to the US. They threatened his family and his business associates and promised to release his frozen assets (worth $17 billion) if he kept quiet. ;</p>
<p>The two officials also asked the Trump Administration to repatriate Guo back to China. One of them was later arrested by the FBI for violating visa regulations.  ;</p>
<p>But Guo has no intentions to keep quiet ;and has promised to expose more information in future videos. His goal is to bring democratic reform to communist China.</p>
<p>&ldquo;What I want to do is change the whole system&hellip;I want to change the Chinese government. Absolutely, the Chinese government is the mafia.&rdquo;</p>
<p>Guo believes the Chinese government seeks to overthrow western democracy and believes they will be successful if the US doesn&#8217;t realize just how corrupt the communist regime really is. &#8220;The ;United States is bleeding and is unaware that sooner or later the United States will run out of blood,&#8221; warns Guo. ;</p>

<p>Guo learned about China&rsquo;s spy activities through Ji Shengde, a former military spy chief, and Ma Jian, a former vice minister for the Ministry of State Security (MSS).</p>
<p>Ma was in charge of the bureau tasked with counterintelligence against foreign targets &ndash; including businessmen, diplomats, and reporters. He was imprisoned in January after exposing details of corruption related to Wang Qishan, a high-ranking government official. ;</p>
<p>Ji was involved in the 1990&#8217;s scandal involving the alleged Chinese funding of Bill Clinton&rsquo;s presidential re-election campaign. In 2000, he was given a suspended death sentence on charges of bribery and illegal fundraising.</p>
