
<p>The rigging of congressional elections for partisan benefit is one of the most significant of political hypocrisy. ; Gerrymandering is not the only way to rig them. While Democrats – the historic masters of gerrymandering &#8212; rail against Republican redistricting, they are quietly executing a far more insidious scheme. ; They are using their open border policies to inflate population counts in blue states, thereby securing more seats in Congress and more votes in the Electoral College. This isn’t speculation.  ;It is the Democrats’ strategy – reaching its peak under President Biden. ; And it is happening before our very eyes.</p>



<p>The numbers prove it.</p>

<p>While Pew leaves the additional seats gained under President Biden to be determined, an additional 4 to 6 seats is a reasonable estimate. ; That gives Democrats a more than 20 seat advantage based on their illegal open border policies. ;</p>



<p>The scope of Democrat skullduggery far surpasses the number of Republican gains from redistricting in Texas and other states. ; Add Democrats’ historic gerrymandering in such states as Illinois, New York, Massachusetts and others and you find that Democrats have successfully disenfranchised millions of Republican voters in multiple states by manipulating the system – gaining a conservatively estimated 40 to 50 stolen seats.</p>



<p><strong>Census Shell Game</strong></p>



<p>The U.S. Census counts every person residing in the country at the time – permanently or temporarily, citizen or not. That means millions of undocumented immigrants are factored into the population totals that determine how many House seats each state receives.</p>



<p>Tennessee Republican Senator Bill Hagerty noted ; that “States with more illegal immigrants are awarded greater representation in Congress… artificially boosting their political power and diluting the power of other Americans’ votes.”</p>



<p>As Peter Kirsanow of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights noted:</p>



<p><em>“The net effect of increases in both legal and illegal immigration in the 2020 Census shifted 17 House seats and 17 Electoral College votes, resulting in a net gain of 14 seats in Blue States.”</em></p>



<p>That’s not from a demographic shift—it’s a political windfall gained through chicanery. ; In other words, Democrat states gained 14 seats even as they were suffering an exodus of people to Republican states. ; The Democrats’ gain was the result of replacing those departing American citizens with illegal aliens.</p>



<p>President Trump has moved to have only citizens be counted in the census for political apportionment.  ;His rationale?  ;Representation in public should reflect the <strong>citizen </strong>population who have the right vote – and that right should be limited to citizens in all cases. ; Not every Tom, Dick and Harriet who happens to be in the country on visas – and especially not those who are here illegally – should be allowed to vote or influence the vote.  ;But Democrats opposed this fiercely, knowing full well what is at stake. ; They not only flooded the country with illegal aliens, but they now oppose every effort by the Trump administration to remove them.</p>



<p><strong>Real Election Rigging</strong></p>



<p>Democrats accuse Republicans of gerrymandering. But what Democrats are doing is far more onerous and dangerous. ; They are rigging the population numbers themselves – and doing it illegally. ; This is not just about immigration—it’s about manipulating the foundation of our representative democracy.</p>



<p>“Biden’s massive abuse of immigration parole [has] ballooned the number of people living here illegally to record proportions,” said Simon Hankinson of the Heritage Foundation.</p>



<p>These individuals are not just staying—they are being incentivized to come. Sanctuary cities offer dubious legal(?) protections. Illegal aliens are offered jobs, housing, welfare, cash and even voting rights in some local elections. They are pushing aside the rights, privileges and benefits of American citizens – and sticking the taxpayers with the bill. Democrats defend birthright citizenship. Deportation orders are ignored, and campaigns like “Bring Them Back” aim to reverse removals—even for criminals. </p>



<p>In the pursuit of power, Democrats do not fight crime but fight against crime fighters. ; Even as they protect criminals, Democrat mayors and governors promote protests and violence against federal law enforcement agencies – and we have seen it in real time. ;  ;Instead of making the streets safe for all citizens, they block federal efforts to do so. ; Cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York have doubled down on their refusal to cooperate with ICE, even when it comes to deporting convicted criminals. ; They call on their citizens to rise up against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the ; FBI, Homeland Security and the National Guard – assuring violent confrontations.</p>



<p>“Our city’s police department is not going to double as ICE agents—we’re just not going to do that,” said Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson – who issued Executive Orders barring local police from cooperating or coordinating with federal law enforcement agencies and any deployed National Guard.</p>



<p>This resistance is not about compassion—it’s about control. By keeping undocumented immigrants in place, these cities maintain their inflated population counts and, by extension, their political power.</p>



<p><strong>Even the Children Suffer</strong></p>



<p>One of the most disturbing examples of Democrat resistance to immigration law came when a Biden-appointed judge blocked the reunification of nearly 700 Guatemalan children with their families or guardians. These children had been placed in foster homes—some without proper vetting—and were slated to be reunited with parents who have requested their return. ; These are a small number of the 290,000 children that the Biden administration “lost.” ; ; Many of those children were victims of unvetted abusive foster parents and sex trafficking. ; Returning those 700 kids is part of Trump’s program to locate and reunite the Biden “lost” children with parents and guardians who have requested their return.</p>



<p>Democrats and the lawyers retained to keep the children in the United States falsely claim that they would be returning to poverty and danger. ; That is arse backwards. ; It is the Biden policy that allowed the children to be “lost” to horrific situations – resulting in abuse, sex trafficking and, in some cases, death. ; So-called foster parents were collecting numbers of children for the money. ; In one particularly disturbing example, more than 320 children were sent to two small garden apartments in Texas.</p>



<p>A <em>New York Post</em> investigation described a “conveyor belt” system where children were released to unverified sponsors, sometimes with addresses linked to strip clubs or storage units. Whistleblowers alleged that lax oversight made these children vulnerable to exploitation.</p>



<p>This year in Florida, Operation Dragon Eye rescued 60 missing children, many of whom were victims of sex trafficking. Some were as young as 9 years old, and at least one was pregnant by her trafficker.</p>



<p>In 2023, the FBI’s Operation Cross Country identified 59 child victims of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation in just two weeks. The operation also arrested 126 suspects and 68 traffickers.</p>



<p>In 2024, whistleblower Deborah White – a onetime Health and Human Services employee &#8212; testified that hundreds of migrant children were sent to unverified sponsors, with many disappearing without follow-up. ; She said what she found “was horrifying and shocking… children were actually being trafficked.”</p>



<p>She further testified:</p>



<p><em>“Make no mistake, children were not going to their parents. They were being trafficked with billions of taxpayer dollars by a contractor failing to vet sponsors and process children safely, with government officials complicit in it.”</em></p>



<p>All this suffering by children occurring so that Democrats could increase the population in their states for reason of pure political power.</p>



<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>



<p>Democrats aren’t just ignoring immigration law—they’re weaponizing it. Their open border policy is a deliberate attempt to reshape the political landscape by significantly altering the population itself. ;  ;It’s not about helping the poor or welcoming the oppressed. It’s about power, plain and simple.</p>



<p>And while they cry foul over gerrymandering, they are committing the greatest act of political dishonesty in modern history. They are not just rigging elections—they’re rigging America’s population. ; In addition to the distribution of congressional seats, the Democrat open borders policy has increased crime, enabled drug and sex trafficking and placed significant financial burdens on welfare programs, local budgets and ultimately on the American taxpayer.</p>
