Democrat Governor of Wisconsin Has a New Word for Mothers

It’s a pity that the Academy Awards are still missing a category for Best Moron of the Year given so many liberal leaders who are eligible for the recognition. Take Tony Evers, for example, the Democrat Governor of Wisconsin who has come up with a new name for mothers – “inseminated persons.”

Governor Evers, now 73, introduced a biennial budget proposal last week, part of which deals with changing the language in the state code to make it gender-neutral. Thus, words like “mother,” “father,” “man,” and woman are to be replaced with new terms that don’t give away the gender. Evers used the word “inseminated person” to replace “mother” and “natural parent” to replace “father.” Similarly “wife” and “husband” are both replaced but by one word, “spouse,” while “man” and “woman” are both replaced with the same word “person.”

The reaction to this new episode of insanity by Democrats sparked rebuke from the conservative segment of the legislature. The Washington Times reported (February 24) that Wisconsin Senate President Mary Felzkowski – a Republican – reacted with disgust to this move by calling it an attempt to “erase women, the institution of marriage, and the family unit.”

Republican Congressman Thomas P. Tiffany of WI slammed Governor Evers’ use of the word “inseminated person” for “mother” as he called it an insult to women who give birth to and raise children. Calling Governor Evers’ move “gross” and “insane” on Fox News, Senator Ron Johnson of WI posted on X (Twitter) that Democrats are sick.

While conservatives on social media called out Evers for his gender-neutral rubbish, the senior Democrat seemed unfazed by the reaction on the right. Instead, he called out Republicans for lying about his language modification in the bill. Evers said that he was just accommodating the artificially inseminated (IVF) cases of producing children into the language.

In trying to defend his move by saying he is looking to help the people using IVF for becoming parents, Evers seemingly forgot that billions of people in the world today are not here by IVF and they would like to keep the words “mother” and “father” that have emotive relevance and bring a sense of belongingness to the family and community.

The Washington Times noted that liberals have practiced this insanity before during the Biden administration by calling mothers alternative names like “pregnant people” and “birthing people.”

Why not just call them cum catchers? I can imagine how proud that people on the left would be to go buy flowers for cum catcher’s day.

I just think you have to smile and hope that saner minds prevail. Then again, I am just a soulless baby-initiator so don’t have much standing since my part is usually from a prone position. And replacing he, she, with they will never happen. Kids tried making me, but I just shifted to using proper names instead of pronouns. Win-win, everyone happy.

    But I won’t they, and I wouldn’t this either.

They wrote it out last time, just do it again.

English tends to evolve but usually towards simplification. Not only stupid sounding, this move is not simplifying English, its making it more confusing.

Wonder how Tony’s own “inseminated person” feels about her offspring’s views.
