CIA Director Reveals 4400% ISIS Growth Due to Obama

<p>Although many Democrats have been quick to point the finger to Republicans&comma; declaring that George W&period; Bush is responsible for the havoc in the Middle East&comma; a new statement from the CIA director proves otherwise&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>When President Obama decided to prematurely pull troops from Iraq&comma; he created a ripple effect that led to the rapid growth of terrorist groups including ISIS&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>CIA director John Brennan said in a speech at the Center for Strategic and International Studies that ISIS was &ldquo&semi;decimated&rdquo&semi; under George W&period; Bush and only had around &ldquo&semi;700 or so adherents left&period;&rdquo&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Brennan stated&comma; &ldquo&semi;&lbrack;ISIS&rsqb; was&comma; you know&comma; pretty much decimated when US forces were there in Iraq&period; It had maybe 700-or-so adherents left&period; And then it grew quite a bit in the last several years&comma; when it split then from al-Qaida in Syria&comma; and set up its own organization&period;&rdquo&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Current data shows that ISIS is made up of between 20&comma;000 and 31&comma;500 fighters in the Middle East&comma; meaning that even the CIA is admitting Obama has caused between a 2700 and 4400&percnt; increase in ISIS fighters&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Is this the change that voters were hoping for when they chose to elect Obama twice&quest;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
