<p>A man posted on social media on Tuesday that California Department of Justice agents raided his home over undercover Planned Parenthood videos he had previously filmed.</p>
<p>David Daleiden, an outspoken anti-abortion activist and founder of a group called the Center for Medical Progress, posted on Facebook that authorities seized all of his video footage and his personal information. They did not, however, take important documents that he believes directly connects Planned Parenthood to illegal sales of fetal tissue.</p>
<p>A spokeswoman for the state Attorney General Kamala Harris would not comment on this matter since it is an ongoing investigation. However, Harris did say back in July that she planned to review the undercover footage thoroughly to determine whether Daleiden impersonated representatives of a biomedical company and filmed the videos without Planned Parenthood&rsquo;s consent.</p>
<p>Daleiden believes that the raid was motivated by the upcoming election, since Harris is running for the U.S. Senate and has been backed by Planned Parenthood in the past.</p>
<p>At this time, Daleiden faces charges in Texas related to his role in the Planned Parenthood videos. A jury found that Planned Parenthood did not misuse fetal tissue and instead indicted Daleiden and his colleague, Sandra Merritt, for using a fake ID to get into the clinic.</p>
<p>Daleiden believes that the raid is an &ldquo;attack on citizen journalism&rdquo; and he is adamant that he will &ldquo;pursue all remedies to vindicate our First Amendment rights.&rdquo;</p>
