
<p>President Biden is saying that if Russia invades Ukraine, the Nord Stream 2 pipeline will not go through.</p>



<p>“If Russia invades, that means tanks and troops crossing the border of Ukraine, again, then there will be no longer a Nord Stream 2. We will put an end to it,” Mr. Biden said. “I promise you, we will be able to do it.”</p>



<p>Biden is adamant.</p>



<p>Biden is lying.</p>



<p>Putin has orchestrated this brilliantly. Either the West concedes to his demands, like restricting the expansion of NATO, nuclear arms controls, limits on military exercises, so on and so forth, or he goes in. He has taken a page from Trump&#8217;s book and put a ridiculous number of demands out there allowing room to be negotiated down.</p>



<p>And if Putin gets his concessions, then he basically owns Ukraine. He can take his time to undermine the current government and install a friendly one, with our negotiated blessing.</p>



<p>Or he can invade, take some territory, kill a lot of people.</p>



<p>Biden seems to forget that once Putin is in, somehow he has to be persuaded to leave.</p>



<p>Should we escalate? Risk all-out war with a nuclear power? Not the best idea.</p>



<p>So if Putin invades, and we want him out of there, Biden will give back the Nord Stream 2 pipeline and probably everything else on his list. He has no choice. Putin has set a trap, Biden is ensnared and doesn&#8217;t know how to get out.</p>



<p>So Biden is blustering, lying and trying to scare Putin. He has no idea how to negotiate, he has not been in the line of fire before.</p>



<p>Putin is testing Biden, Biden is failing, and now the world knows that Biden is not up to the task. Wait until you see what China&#8217;s Xi cooks up.
