Biden Admin Sues Doctor Who Recommended Vitamins For COVID

The U.S. District Court is suing Dr. Eric Nepute by the Eastern District of Missouri because he advertised that vitamin D and zinc supplements could help or prevent COVID-19.

The Department of Justice, together with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced a civil complaint against defendants Eric Anthony Nepute and Quickwork LLC, doing business as Wellness Warrior, in the first enforcement action alleging violations of the COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act.

He is being sued for $40,000 per violation.

For each time he recommended to the general public to take extra vitamin D and zinc, he would get fined. He is not the only one who recommended these supplements because they have been recommended for colds and viruses by doctors worldwide for many years.

In total, the Biden administration is suing the chiropractor for 12,000,000,00 cases, or for $500 billion dollars.

Nepute promoted taking vitamin D and zinc to help prevent and combat COVID on social media and videos that were viewed millions of times.

The claim says that he does not have competent or reliable scientific evidence to support his claim about the vitamins and supplements.

“I Humbly Risk It All Because I Know God Is In Control” said Dr. Eric Nepute.

What is the COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act?

This civil complaint against Nepute, a Missouri chiropractor, and his company gives the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission a chance to seek its first enforcement of the COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act.

The COVID-19 Consumer Protection Act was put into by Congress in December of 2020 place to stop any person, partnership or corporation to engage in a deceptive act or practice of treatment or cure for the COVID-19 virus.

For the duration of the COVID-19 public health emergency declared pursuant to section 319 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247d), this Act makes it unlawful under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act for any person, partnership, or corporation to engage in a deceptive act or practice in or affecting commerce associated with the treatment, cure, prevention, mitigation, or diagnosis of COVID–19 or a government benefit related to COVID–19. The Act provides that such a violation shall be treated as a violation of a rule defining an unfair or deceptive act or practice prescribed under Sec. 18(a)(1)(B) of the FTC Act.

The act is by the Consumer Protection Branch, which is part of the Department of Justice’s efforts to enforce laws to govern Americans both in criminal and affirmative civil enforcement cases throughout the country. The Consumer Protection Branch has strong relationships with the U.S. Attorney’s offices and investigative services.

Vitamin D and Zinc “Bad”?

Because of the scrutiny around vitamin D and zinc to help with covid, scientists worldwide began testing and submitting real-life results. The results that we discovered showed that both of the supplements Dr. Nepute recommended do help in early treatment.

Vitamin D

Dr. Neput’s website directs you to Vitamin D for COVID-19 studies across the world:

Database of all vitamin D COVID-19 studies. Sufficiency studies analyze outcomes based on vitamin D levels, confounding factors may be significant. Treatment studies directly analyze the effect of vitamin D treatment.

The Vitamin D study on the website revealed that studies from 989 scientists and 98 treatment studies with over 180,000 patients in 28 countries showed statistically significant improvement in mortality, ICU, hospitalization, recovery cases, and viral clearance.

Zinc

According to the study that Dr. Nepute’s website refers you to, says that Zinc was studied by 388 scientists in 37 studies, which included 45,372 patients in 15 countries and showed statistically significant improvement for mortality, ventilation, hospitalization, progression, recovery, and viral clearance.

You can perform a search on your own for other COVID-19 early treatment results, here.

A video from November 11th released by The Gateway Pundit shows an interview with The Gateway Pundit’s Joe Hoft and Dr. Eric Nepute, the first person charged under COVID-19 false claims law.

Doctors and people around the world have responded to the Doctor’s plea for help. You can visit these websites if you would like more information or to donate to his case. The websites are fightwitheric.com and stopmedicaltyranny.com.

This article is not medical advice, it is reporting on statistics from scientific studies, and on vitamins and supplements discussed by Dr. Nepute. If you or someone you know needs medical help please call your doctor or go to the emergency room.

Scientists and nutritionists have known for decades that our foods are not as healthy as they were at the beginning of the 20th century. It’s known that artificial fertilizers do not replenish the vitamins and minerals that factory farming strips from our fields. It is highly unlikely that doctors are unaware of the problems with our foods, so any supplements that we should be getting from what we eat cannot be harmful to us and are most likely helpful. If this lawsuit goes through, maybe Americans who expect our foods to provide all our nutrients should sue the FDA and the EPA for not ensuring healthy foods, and then sue Congress for not passing legislation requiring our “watchdog” agencies to do their jobs.

I’ve been taking Zinc and Vitamin D3 for the last 15 years. Neither stopped me from getting Covid in September. In retrospect I’m glad they did not work, as Covid reduced the devastating effect my spinal stenosis has had on me. Never in a million years did it occur to my that getting Covid would be beneficial.

We are the living proof that Vitamin D, Zinc and Magnesium protect your immune system and makes it stronger to fight viruses like Covid, Omnicron, Omnicron variants, etc! Neither my husband nor I got any of the deadly shots — they are SHOTS, NOT VACCINES! Vaccines protect you from the disease. People who got the shots still got Covid! The Shots DO NOT PROTECT YOU FROM ANY COVID VARIANT! And then there is the mRNA Protein Spikes from the shots that have killed thousands of Americans — and are still killing people!! And we did not get Covid!!

If you build up your Immune System to be so strong to fight any virus, you will be safe from any outbreaks our loony Government demands we get shots for. DO NOT TRUST THE CDC NOR BIDEN OR FRAUDCI TO TELL YOU ANY SHOT IS SAFE — those people have other hidden agendas!!

The doctor (who s being sued by the Dufuses in D.C.) is trying to HELP people PROTECT themselves against any COVID-like Virus! That Doctor knows exactly how we can do that — ourselves — WITHOUT THAT CLUELESS AND WORTHLESS FEDERAL GOVT TELLING US WHAT WE SHOULD BE DOING FOR OUR HEALTH!

YOU CAN PROTECT YOURSELF AND LOVED ONES BY USING SUPPLEMENTS AND VITAMINS TO BOLSTER YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM AGAINST ANY PLANDEMIC CREATED BY THE GLOBALISTS!! And please know, as long as Joe DUFUS is in office, there will be more Plandemic because that is how his brain works — or doesn’t work!

BIDEN and his Plandemic is WHY no democrat should be able to serve in a public office…no smarts, just arrogant egotistical ignorance!
Too bad that doctor doesn’t have a Vitamin to cure

Biden, CDC, FDA weren’t able to shake down the vitamin producers like they were able to do with Pzfizer, Moderna, and J&J. Now they think that they may be able to fill the tills through civil suit. All scumbags!!!

We are still losing around 300 a day, 9,000 a month, 108,000 a year and you’re saying thousands against that is worth passing on the vaccine?

    Sure.

More Republicans and nonvaxers die than those with the shot.

Your vitamins and herbals may help, but if you didn’t get it, you were not exposed or are special. If the later, and you can prove exposures, do us all a favor and let them study you in search of the immunity gene.

You could be the savior to humanity. Or keep it to yourself.

I must say, why didn’t you stay in your momma’s basement? Those “?Vaccines?” have KILLED as many as they have “?” saved. NOW, Norway has banned ALL WUHAN Virus vaccines for people 30 years old and younger. WHY???? Because of the preciously high sudden death numbers in that age group who got the “VACCINE”. POST vaccine numbers from 2019 to 2022 show 900% higher sudden death rates compared to the years prior to the pandemic and this “?VACCINE?” . So Bibfy , I didn’t get the shot, I got the Wuhan Virus, 7 days in the hospital and I am ALIVE AND WELL! Still no shot, and I am 75 years old. SO , You guessed it, I am Republican , and I am not a sheep , fool , or did I ever believe in Fauci or Biden for ANY medical advice. You may go back to sleep.

It is Norway and Sweden, it is Moderna only, its a pause not a ban, and it is only relevant to men under 30 and all under 18. They recommend Pfizer as alternative. They say they are OVERLY cautious given the extremely rare occurrences even in those demographics. The pause is to 12/1/22; I do not have the update.

It is blatantly untrue that the vaccines kill as many as they save. Globally we are at tens of millions saved. About .0018% deaths against successful doses, and that’s not a lock that the vaccine did it. The number stands much better chance to be lower than higher.

Assuming 2 doses per, Norway is 100% vaxxed. Sweden is 72% fully vaxed.

Actually, it does seem foolish for you to believe this and I wonder what your source(s) were. You should try other sources.

You got it, you were hospitalized, I am glad you survived and while the vaccine would not have stopped you from getting infected, probably, I would bet that you would have avoided seven days in the hospital if you had been fully vaxxed. I think you answered your own question if you would think about it. 75% now of all US covid deaths are 65 and above. Those under-vaccinated are at a much higher risk of an adverse outcome. If you are in that demographic, consider yourself lucky. However, if vaxxed, you probably could have let all those hospital resources be used for others.

Wake up people if they can force you to take a shot you don’t want, what else can they force on you. The shot doesn’t prevent anything, nor do the masks. This was the biggest government grab in history and Pfizer is making billions. They’re not telling you about the thousands of people who died because of the shot or the fact that it causes Myocarditis and low sperm counts in men or any of the other side effects. Fear is a terrible thing, and that is what they’re doing to the populace. Keep then fear going and you can control people. Sad! I for one am not taking anymore so-called “vaccines”. It has b been proven that if hydroxicloriquine and Ivermectin had been allowed to be used approx. 85,000 people could have been saved, but Pfizer wouldn’t have made billions from taxpayers.

The doctor’s suggestions are no more nocuous than advising someone to take a multivitamin!

If he would have said men have vaginas and women have penises, that would have ok.

it’s not so much what he advocates, it’s what he advises, or in presumed to advise, that these “cures” are better or an alternative to the vaccine. not according to cdc, and the majority of the medical and scientific community.

rarely in the entire history of vaccines has there been a testing error or a huge unanticipated outcome. in the scheme of things, generally have been proven pretty safe.

can see where the expedited development might be cause for concern, but after this many years and this many doses —– not sure there is a better tested product in such a short interval. better tested than anything you are suggesting.

I have a vitamin C regimen I use for a cold. It seems to work for me, I swear I can cut the total time down considerably, but there is zero scientific proof. I still do it, it still seems to work, but if they had a vaccine, I would jump ship in a heartbeat. That’s kind of what you are saying. There’s a credible vaccine, side effects are low risk and can be mitigated, yet you opt for something a DR is pushing because he’s got a bunch of good reviews from people. Personally, if I were you, I would do both.

I think Larry and Joe are fully vaxxed, not sure if they got the bivalent booster yet though. And on that one, I could see waiting. Might not improve the severe outcomes over the initial two boosters, jury is still out, data is still coming in.
