Biden Admin Lets 350,000 Illegal Aliens Stay as the Border Remains Open

Following its policy to flood the country with illegal aliens from around the world, the Biden administration has been quietly releasing hundreds of thousands of the invaders into the country by stopping legal proceedings against them. A new report reveals that the current Democrat administration has allowed over 350,000 illegal aliens to stay in the country over the past two years.

On Tuesday (June 2), the New York Post reported that since 2022, the Biden administration has closed more than 350 thousand asylum cases for those illegal aliens who had no criminal record and were not deemed a threat to the country. Thus terminating their cases “without a decision on the merits of their asylum claim” allows these border-crashers to indefinitely remain in the United States without fearing deportation.

The breakdown of the said closed cases, as included in the story, shows that 102,550 cases were closed in 2022, 149,305 cases closed in 2023, and 113,843 closed in the first four months of 2024. These cases are in addition to those granted asylum by the administration.

The paper cited former immigration judge Andrew Arthur commenting on what the story calls “mass amnesty for migrants” as:

“You’re basically allowing people who don’t have a right to be in the United States to be here indefinitely.”

Since the 2024 presidential election is just five months away, the Biden campaign is set to pretend that it cares about securing the border and will take the measure to close the border temporarily for political publicity. The paper wrote:

The administration is also poised to issue an order to close the border once the number of migrant crossings reaches 4,000 per day, sources told The Post.

By this, however, the Biden administration will also falsely imply that the current number of border crossing has been less than 4000 people a day.

Meanwhile the violent crimes and threats to national security posed by migrants – both illegal and legalized – continue to make news. Last month, two Jordanian nationals were arrested for breaching the Virginia Marine base on May 3. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement identified them as “Jordanian noncitizens” as reported by Marine Corps Times. The suspects will reportedly be deported, implying they won’t be prosecuted here.

Rebel News reported that on Wednesday, May 29 a Pakistani migrant attempted to run over a group of Jews with his car in New York City. The 58-year-old man, named Asghar Ali, was arrested after he drove his car onto the curb in an attempt to hit some Jewish people as he shouted antisemitic slurs. The footage of the incident was posted to social media.

Earlier this week, the New York Post reported that two NYPD cops were shot by a 19-year-old Venezuelan migrant, who entered America illegally in 2023. The suspect, Bernardo Castro Mata, was also being sought by the police for last month’s violent robberies in Queens.

Thanks to all these illegal aliens, our economy has not crashed as was predicted for the last several years. America has not been replacing people for many years, so based on that alone the economy should be shrinking. But when you factor in the illegal aliens, it explains why we are not in a depression. How long this can last is anyone’s guess.

Andrew, can’t see subscriber-only link, but while it makes some sense, it can’t be the whole story. The first jobs to go in the pandemic were service-level jobs.

This story is from NYPost, the same people who run Trump positive stories against adversaries, for effect. I am sure the numbers are right, but the legalities have some spin probably. I might look more later.

I’m watching Trump wax on about the border on Hannity last night. Must be bad lighting, but his hair looked really weird. Once we got through the “lock em all up” rant, he moved to the border. He gets into his fentanyl rap about illegals, drugs, etc. —- the two are barely connected…. Drugs don’t come on illegal “mules.” They come right through the border…. But Trump makes the claim that, under his rule, fentanyl numbers were down significantly. Hannity nods. I’m like — during a pandemic, maybe, but…… so I look it up. Yes, Biden’s numbers are higher, but, under Trump we set fentanyl abuse death records there out of four years, and the only year that was not a record would have been if the others weren’t so damned high. I have not a clue what metric Trump was using.

His recommendation: execute all drug dealers. Not sure where that ends, mules too? In America, it costs us more to execute than it does to serve life. That’s my rationale. Only if they summarily did it would it save money. As for the probative value, not sure the death penalty has much more than life.

Then, like a Biden family memory exaggeration, he talks about his brilliant Uncle John. He was brilliant and Trump rolls him out to cover his feelings of mental inferiority. Like, look, I got smart guy in my family. Don’t look at Eric, look at my Uncle. He trots him out to show where he learned his vast knowledge of nuclear weaponry. John Trump developed radar around WWII. After he was a expert in high energy which he developed to clean sludge as waste treatment. He also was called on to reviews Tesla’s belongings on his death to see if anything was weaponizable. With help. He could have easily discussed nuclear, but it not only was not his field, but he shied away from weapons and towards science-for-the-community. You know, communist scientist :>) kidding.

Point is Trump is an idiot on the border and lies through his teeth about everything, including family lore.

I will say, except for the crazy-man’s hair, his demeanor was downright Presidential.

While you are watching Trump “wax on”, watch him win the election.

    Frank,

Wasn’t blocked for me, and I’m not a subscriber. Accessed it from a newsletter, maybe that let me in.

Wall Street Admits The Biggest Economic Shocker: All Jobs In The Past Year Have Gone To Illegal Aliens

For much of the past year we had been pounding the table on two very simple facts: not only has the US labor market been appallingly weak, with most of the jobs “gained” in 2023 and meant to signal how strong the Biden “recovery” has been, about to be revised away (as first the Philly Fed and now Bloomberg both admit), but more shockingly, all the job growth in the past few years has gone to illegal aliens.

OK, I see the chart at least. And it’s foreign-born, not illegal…. Big difference. Plus, there are native-born jobs added too. Obviously, all the restored pandemic losses, but also some on top too, according to the chart.

Makes sense to me. We become more service-based every year. Post pandemic surge means extra counter help needed…. The fact we are not recession-ing is the real shocker since these folks are first-in, first-out. OR — good to school if you want a more secure position.

Your point that our economy runs on illegals seems valid to me. The question is —– why illegal? Why not offer temporary or full legal status IF we need workers. Freaking political football for both sides with citizens caught in the crossfire snipping at each other.

Make e-verify the law of the land and overnight there will be no illegals working and no reason for them to come since no work. Then we can work HOW to get the workers we need in a LEGAL manner IF Congress, both sides, will actually pass some laws. Expecting the President to do this via EO is like putting fingers in a leaky dam. We need law.

FYI — Biden is stupid on this too and should have pulled the restrictive EO the day the bill did not pass blaming the Republicans for what Trump did. You don’t smack the dog months after he craps on the floor, you do it while it’s steaming……. And if you are a Republican, after you smack it, you shot it just to be sure…….

Democrats also might shoot it. Most of them own guns. But I’m glad to be counted among the armed citizens

When the Republicans banned together at Trump’s behest to not sign the “Border Bill” they gave Biden the gift of doing it alone, writing the story alone, and taking all of the credit. They could have signed the bipartisan bill and gotten some credit. But no, our convict in chief Trump wants chaos. Biden’s executive order takes affect today. And he gets all of the credit. Meanwhile, GOP is busy looking at more investigations of Dems. America’s business will just have to wait! SAD. More reasons not to join the GOP.

      Tom,
Got that right, however, still think Biden should have acted much faster to make his point, and to protect the nation.

      • Archie

He’s too stupid to protect anything.

      • Tom

Yes I agree Frank. But this seems to be a theme with Biden in that he seems to always arrive a bit late to the crisis. We now have three data points on this: Afghanistan, Ukraine, Southern Border. His style reminds me of a general that Lincoln fired, named George B. McClellan. Ole George always had problems making a quick and correct decision because his confidence issues led him to look at every possible angle before making a decision. Lincoln literally had to kick him into a battle! But from this Veteran’s view, the soldiers under McClellan probably did not mind because they knew under McClellan they would get to live a little longer. Biden has his good points too. Our biggest threat is international, (China economically and Russia militarily) and he has done a good job at repairing and building what Trump destroyed like NATO and the Quad. If ole stinky fingers had been elected in 2020 who knows what this world would have looked like with all of the autocrats dominating and grifting.
