<p class="MsoNormal">Patricia Smith and Charles Wood are both vocal critics of Hillary Clinton, but they have something else in common: they each lost a son ;in the infamous 2012 Benghazi attack that has been blamed on Hillary&rsquo;s oversights. ;This week, they filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the former Secretary of State. ;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">According to the suit, Charles and Patricia&rsquo;s sons Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods perished due to Hillary&rsquo;s &ldquo;extremely careless handling of confidential and classified government information.&rdquo;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Despite the FBI&#8217;s affirmation that Hillary is innocent in regards to both the Benghazi attack and the email scandal, issues like this promise to ;affect her performance as Democratic nominee. Just yesterday, <a href="https://punchingbagpost.com/did-hillary-clinton-email-cause-shahram-amiri-execution/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>we theorized</strong></a> that Hillary&rsquo;s use of a private server might have led to the death of 40-year-old Iranian nuclear scientist Shahram Amiri. ;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">According to Charles and Patricia&rsquo;s lawsuit:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><em>It is highly probable, given Defendant Clinton&rsquo;s history of reckless handling of classified information, that Defendant Clinton, as Secretary of State, sent and received information about Ambassador Christopher Stevens and thus the U.S. Department of State activities and covert operations that the deceased were a part of in Benghazi, Libya. This information was compromised from the second that it left Defendant Clinton&rsquo;s private email server and easily found its way to foreign powers including, but not limited to Russia, Iran, China, and North Korea.</em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The defamation section of the lawsuit references Hillary&rsquo;s denial of accounts by Charles and Patricia ;that she told them the Benghazi attacks were the result of an anti-Muslim video on YouTube produced in the US. ;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">&#8220;When I saw Hillary at Sean&#8217;s coffin ceremony&#8230;she looked me squarely in the eye and told me a video was responsible,&#8221; said Patricia last month at the Republican National Convention. &#8220;I blame Hillary Clinton personally for the death of my son.&#8221;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The unforgiving lawsuit accuses Hillary of negligence, recklessness, lying, and malice &ndash; all words we have come to associate with the name &ldquo;Clinton.&rdquo; ;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Clinton campaign spokesman Nick Merrill has responded to the lawsuit, ;arguing that ;&ldquo;while no one can imagine the pain of the families of the brave Americans we lost at Benghazi, there have been 9 different investigations into this attack and none found any evidence whatsoever of any wrongdoing on the part of Hillary Clinton.&rdquo; ;</p>
