Arizona Democrat Sentenced Lightly for Molesting Child

Sexually molesting children is one of the most heinous crimes unless a Democrat politician in America is caught doing it. Not surprising then to see a Democrat in Arizona get away with a very light sentence for the molestation of a minor.

Otoniel Navarrete, known as Tony Navarrete, is a Democrat who served as a Senator from 2019 to 2021 in the Arizona State Senate. He was arrested in 2021 over multiple charges of sexual misconduct with minors. The Washington Examiner reported that he initially faced 49 years in jail if convicted on all seven counts of felony. But a 2023 mistrial washed away most of the charges. In February this year, a jury found Navarrete guilty of one class 6 felony of sexual conduct with a minor.

AZ Central reported that Navarrete was sentenced to one year in prison on Friday (April 26) by Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Kristin Culbertson. The sentence was awarded for molesting a boy between the age of 13 and 15 who was in Navarrete’s care. Before ordering the one-year prison sentence, Judge Kristin Culbertson offered Navarrete a sentence of 60 days in prison followed by 10 years of supervised probation. Navarrete rejected the offer as he did not want to participate in counseling that was a mandatory part of the probation. The story added:

The judge did not order internet restrictions for Navarrete, which she said weren’t appropriate in this case.

With a light sentence of a year for molesting a minor, the Washington Examiner noted that Navarrete can be out of prison sooner than one year if he exhibits “good behavior.” Popular Twitter/X account Libs of TikTok posted that Navarrete’s sentence shows how broken the judicial system has become.

The Gateway Pundit posted Navarrete’s picture with VP Kamala Harris as they reported on his sentencing. The story mentioned a recorded phone call monitored by the police in which the convict admitted to oral sex with the minor multiple times over several years. Adding Navarrete’s history as a lawmaker, the story wrote:

Navarette also has ties to State Rep. Athena Salman and Sen. Juan Mendez, Democrat colleagues who helped him draft a bill requiring all Arizona schools to teach sexual education instruction starting in Kindergarten.

Navarrete resigned from the State Senate after he was arrested for child molestation. In a video from October 2023, January 6 defendant Micajah Jackson and citizen journalist Kyle Clifton were seen confronting Navarrete in public to remind him that he was a child molester.

Most of the left-aligned mainstream media have not reported on Navarrete’s conviction and sentencing.

his is a horrendous story about a heinous act. Earnest Dempsey is a piece of shit journalist and not much of a man, IMO. Why he continues to lie to incite people to anger is anyone’s guess. Why PBP pays him to lie and incite violence is less of a mystery.

Dempsey falsely states: “Sexually molesting children is one of the most heinous crimes unless a Democrat politician in America is caught doing it.” I am sure everyone agrees it’s a heinous act. But Dempsey offers no proof, not even in this case, that “unless a Democrat politician in America is caught doing it.” JFC, does he offer stats or proof for that? He also does not have a clue if the punishment met the crime and proves his case with stupid sources of ill repute, known liars, of the highest bias imaginable. Meanwhile, if one acted like a journalist and just took a peek at Republicans:

Josh Hawley’s Missouri is the destination wedding spot for 15-year-old brides and he doesn’t do anything except support the law.

How about: “Republican Under Investigation for Allegedly Sexually Assaulting Child” Newsweek 4.26.24

OR: “Young Republicans Leader Charged With ‘Sexual Torture’” Newsweek 3.10.24

In the past, in 2016, former Republican speaker of the House Dennis Hastert was convicted for trying to pay off men he had sexually abused as a high school wrestling coach. His victims had been boys between the ages of 14 and 17 at the time.

Or in 2006, Florida Rep. Mark Foley was forced to resign after it was revealed that he’d sent sexually explicit messages and propositioned teenage congressional pages via email and text. Fuhgit about it Jake, it’s Florida-town.

Donald Trump is accused by several contestants in the 1997 Miss Teen USA pageant saying he came into their dressing room while girls as young as 15 were changing. Trump allegedly told them, “Don’t worry, ladies, I’ve seen it all before.”
Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore was abusing girls as young as 14 and 16.

The righteous Jim Jordan, Mr. Sears short-sleeves himself, co-founder of the Freedom Caucus, trapped in a scandal as a wrestling coach at Ohio State, where team doctor Richard Strauss was found to have sexually abused more than 177 male student athletes. Strauss committed suicide, supposedly, and Jordan become one of the most powerful men in the House.
And finally, Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida, exonerated, but yech.

Dickhead Dumpster says it’s the Democrat’s fault there was a mistrial. He sources Chinese Tik Tok and the highly biased and inaccurate Gateway Pundit and then tops it off with bitchute, and extremist hate speak site. Gee, he left out his favorite source, Russian TV, he must be slipping. Oye. Sigh.

Fact is when it comes to sexual abuse, party does not matter; people do. Dempsey never proved the punishment and trials were not proper. As a person, Dempsey is lacking. As a journalist, he is failed. Over and over. This is just sub

Frank wants democrats to be sexual predators and not have to answer for it. You would want the record erased for a democrat faggot as long as they get trump. Which is becoming more doubtful So come on out of the closet Frank

Not even close Archie, not one thing correct. Hetro who has consistently said — punish to the full extent of the law whether a sexual predator, NJ Menendez, or Trump and company. And did you say “faggot?” What are you, like 90 years old?
