Are Democrats trying to re-create 1929?

At no time in American history did big-government authoritarian Democrats gain more power for a longer period of time than in the aftermath of the 1929 crash of the stock market that led to the Great Depression. They controlled Washington by wide margins for decades to come.

It led to the only American President to serve more than two terms – a hitherto unbroken tradition established by George Washington.  Because of his enormous power, President Franklin Roosevelt was dubbed as America’s first dictator.  His reign – until his death in 1943 – was considered so dangerous to the Republic that Congress advanced a constitutional amendment to prevent any future President for serving more than two terms – our first example of the importance of term limits.

The authoritarian rule of Democrats from 1932 to 1952 enabled the party to conduct its racist pogrom against black Americans for an additional twenty years.  The residual of Democrat one-party rule – and receding elements of institutional racism – continues in America’s major Democrat-controlled segregated cities to this day.

Under the leadership of people like Woodrow Wilson, FDR, Lyndon Johnson and Barack Obama, Democrats have always advanced the cause of a large central authoritarian government in Washington to the detriment of the rights of states and we the people under the federal system created by our Founders and memorialized in the Constitution.

It has been – and will continue to be – argued as to whether the 1929 market crash was avoidable, but it was not intentional.  In response to the COVID-19 virus, America willfully shut down a vibrant economy and put millions of Americans instantly out of work – and shuttered millions of businesses that provided jobs, goods and services. It shrunk the economy by trillions of dollars while adding trillions of dollars in costs, expenditures and debt.

There is no arguing that Democrats have seized on the duo health and economic crisis to win the 2020 election just as they did the economic crisis in 1932.  The dangerously biased media has made it a battle between Republicans and Democrats – consistently condemning the former while heaping praise on the latter.

Democrats have long claimed that President Trump’s only chance at a second term would be the economy.  Some – including television personality Bill Maher – have openly wished for a recession as the only means to defeat Trump — and Republicans across the board.

The question now, however, is whether Democrats have gone beyond wishful thinking to the point of actually working to create a deep recession or depression to win office. Are they using fearmongering to keep the economy suppressed?  They are most certainly using a two-pronged political strategy — that Trump is causing needless death and he is responsible for the floundering economy.

Democrats and their media functionaries seem to be putting an unrealistic emphasis on “saving lives” as a means to resist the re-opening of the economy – even in a measured and regional manner.

Keep in mind that even a depression will not damage these elected officials and government workers.  They will still get paid whether they are on the job or not.  It would not hurt all the millionaire media folks – and that is virtually everyone you see on the news each day.  They are super wealthy AND will not lose their jobs.  Collectively they comprise the elitist authoritarians who want Washington (them) to rule over the nation for the foreseeable future – preferably forever.

Their short-term strategy seems to be to take advantage of death to keep the economy shut down – in crisis – for as long as possible.  Current Democrat policies will most certainly push the unemployment numbers higher and the stock market lower.  We really need to ask ourselves: Is it with malice of forethought?

So, there ‘tis.
