
<p>Since losing the Republican presidential nomination to Donald Trump in 2024, former South Carolina Governor and U.N. Ambassador has kept a low profile. ; She was originally appointed to the U.N. post by Trump but broke with him to run for President. ; But even Trump – who usually excoriated his perceived enemies – has not had much to say about Haley.</p>



<p>One can only wonder if she will step forward to make another bid for President in 2028. ; But she has not even been talked about in the speculation game.</p>



<p>There is another Haley who may be in the initial stage of a political career. ; It is Nikki’s 24-year-old son, Nalin. ; He is starting to speak out on political topics. ; Surprisingly, his opinions do not align with those of his mother. ; He seems to have gone MAGA.</p>



<p>He is still too young to run for President – or even a Senate seat. ; But not too young to launch a campaign for the U.S. House – where the age requirement is 25. ; Nalin is movie-star handsome, extremely intelligent and articulate. ; If you are looking for future leaders on the right, Nalin has potential.</p>



<p>The major question is whether his far-right beliefs are marketable in today’s political environment. ; Some of his opinions are not widely held by the American people. ; In fact, some are more controversial than Trump’s.</p>



<p>Nalin’s views, as expressed in a recent Tucker Carlson podcast interview, reflect a hardline “America First” stance on immigration, citizenship, and foreign policy. He has called for banning naturalized citizens from holding public office, restricting foreign students at U.S. universities, and ending dual citizenship. He also criticized what he sees as excessive U.S. political deference to Israel. These positions are controversial and place him further to the right than many mainstream conservatives.</p>



<p>In the Carlson interview, Nalin outlined several positions that have drawn attention:</p>

<li>Ban on naturalized citizens in public office: He argued that only those born in the U.S. should be eligible, claiming naturalized citizens lack full cultural assimilation.</li>



<li>A virtual ban on immigration with the ending of the H-1B visas.</li>

<li>Restrictions on foreign students: He suggested universities should reduce international admissions &#8212; alleging that some foreign students act as spies.</li>



<li>Opposition to dual citizenship: He insisted that loyalty must be singular, saying “you are either American or you are not”.</li>



<li>Criticism of U.S. policy toward Israel: He described America’s political “obsession” with Israel as unhealthy, though he stopped short of calling Israel “evil”.</li>
</ul>



<p>These views are undeniably provocative and have sparked debate. Some see them as too extreme, especially the proposal to bar naturalized citizens from office, which runs counter to long-standing American principles of equality under the law. But &#8230; Nalin is very young, fresh out of college, and may moderate his positions as he gains real-world experience.</p>



<p>Regardless, his charisma, intelligence, and willingness to challenge orthodoxy – including his mother’s &#8212; make him someone to watch. He represents a new generation of Gen Z conservatives who are pushing the boundaries of traditional Republican politics.</p>



<p>So, what does Mother Nikki think about her son’s plunge into the national political debate. ; Especially since his views can only be described as a repudiation of hers. ; So far, she has only expressed her love – and calls him a very bright and impassioned young man. There will be no family feuding at the Haley Thanksgiving table.</p>
