Obamacare Enrollment Falls Below 10 million, Misses Obama Admin Projections by a Wide Mark.

The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services reported last week the total Obamacare enrollment had only reached 9.9 million participants.  This is below the 11.7 million claimed last March by the Obama Administration, and well short of the projected 13 million predicted by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) in 2014.   The CBO’s projected 24 million by 2016 appears well beyond reach.

Obamacare appears to be losing popularity and enrollment, despite some very expensive subsidies and extraordinary manipulation of the market by the Obama Administration.  Obamacare has not reached the popularity promised at its launch.

Author’s note:  One thing will indeed spur Obamacare enrollment, the rising cost of health insurance for non-enrollees (my own has risen over 20% per year for several years now!).  But I think this was always the plan.

We believe Obamacare is Obama’s most dangerous legislative mistake. It pushes 16% of our economy toward a socialist structure where it will become such a massive liability it will likely collapse.

Very soon we will have a book on Amazon called “The Opposite of Obamacare” which will explain the problems in detail and provide the free enterprise steps to fix our health care system and push prices down.  Stay tuned!
